I took my truck in & when i got it back there was a huge dent like they backed up an hit something, when i brought it to there attention they were really rude an told me oh well, do you have proof? safe to say ill never go there again!!!! To anyone that gets work there, i say take pictures all the way around your car! Or just dont waste your money there at all

Been going here for years. The owner and his kid are good people. The mechanic is really nice guy as well. Not only do u get great prices but the service is top notch and leave u with a pleasant experience everytime. This is the only place I take my vehicles!!

Bought a used tire and had it balanced, the price was fair, the man and wife who operate Muscat are very kind and will take good care of you. Very happy that I chose this place.

Got 2 new tires and it was easy fast and the guts working there are very friendly and knowledgeable about cars and tires. They even let me that my back tire was loose and needed to be checked out thank you for looking out.... Love love love my new tires my car rides so smooth now

Muscat tire has been family owned for many many years serving the downriver area with new tires and rims for a very reasonable price. I trust my vehicle with musket tire so should you. And it never hurts to save some money compared to the other tire shops!!!

New tires got mounted and balanced fairly quickly. Pretty well known by the locals in the area. First come first serve, they open earlier than most places and is visible while driving on Telegraph rd. Fair prices and good service. They do more than mount tires, so give them a call and see if they can help you with your vehicle today.

I dont trust many auto repair shops but this place has my praises... mechanics are friendly and honest...I would recommend them to anyone

Mechanic and staff are always friendly. I never have to worry about them price gouging and they get the job done! I will always go back and have told everyone that has car issues to take it to Muscat.

Their prices were cheaper than any other around, the service was professional and friendly, and I was in and out of the door in 30 minutes. Changed the tire and patched another. Will definitely come back.

Ian is the man. They go above and beyond what is expected. They are a local small owned shop so be patient and youll be happy with results. I work for a local salvage company and deliver parts to them all the time. Ian and his father are both good men.

Great place this is a no nonsense kind of place that will do what it takes to get you rolling the shop is a bit frightful and if you happen to get the owner he does everything by feel i think but it was all close enough to spec that there is nothing to worry about. He has been doing it for almost 40 yrs so he might know a thing or two about tires.

Not a good place to have tire work done. Just a simple mount and balance took way too long and they like to stack weights and not remove valve cores. I went there by a referral from a friend. Avoid this place

They didnt have my size tire used but I needed a tire so I bought a new one. I think it was pricey but I havent researched it yet so maybe it was a deal n maybe it wasnt idk

Wonderful place. Referred here by Fred Miller. I will continue to come here. I was at a different tire place who showed me that there was an issue. Only had one in stock. I called hear after speaking to Fred Miller. They were able to get the other Tire on. And they did it quickly and the cost was quite low. Kudos to them for excellent customer service!

Been going here for over 12 years. Always easy to work with and have cleaned up messes other shops can’t figure out. I cannot praise these guys enough. Honest people and more than reasonable prices.Originally dealt with the owner when I first started driving- but his son Ian is now there as well and is just as honest, respectable and dependable as his dad. This place will be here for a number of years to come.I have strayed away a couple times, but these guys are ALWAYS consistent and have a lifelong customer with me!

I went to see if I could either get a tire repaired or replaced, the guy that was quoting me was pretty rude and So I told I would go elsewhere when he said he didn’t have my size and said he could put the tire that’s close to the size on the rear and put the rear tire on the front where I had my spare, so when it was time to put the tire back in my trunk he didn’t so I had to ask him and he Sarcastically said he would charge for that too and I said to him “you’re being mean to me” and he told me because I was questioning his experience with tires and told me he’s been doing it for years and I told him he don’t have to raise his voice or give me attitude but he said it was because I asked twice if he was sure my tire was flat because it was off the rim and it felt full to me, so I went to another tire shop that was very reasonable in prices and they also had my size and he said he’s been working there for only two weeks

Great prices, great staff! I ordered a tire and it took one day to come in and about an hour to have me in and out! I had a blow out and looked into 5-6 different places in the area and Muscat was the lowest. Everywhere else I called wanted $90 or more. Muscat only charged me $75. If youre looking for a tire and dont want it to cost you an arm and a leg then go here!

We called numerous times about getting my truck tires balanced. Since theyre bigger and wider, they said they could do them. Between playing phone tag and trying to explain why we needed to get them balanced, we were quoted $200 for all 4 tires to be rebalanced. a few days ago, boyfriend was told to bring my truck early Tuesday (this morning 4/10/18) and they would get it done. He was there as they opened the doors and magically they had 5 trucks ahead of him and couldnt get him in til tomorrow. Will not recommend this place to anyone!!

I used to go here and get 4 new tires at once, but never again. I bought 4 new tires that were supposed to be warrantied. Within about a month one of the tires went flat, but there were no holes what so ever even they couldnt find one. It was clearly a bad tire, when i went in instead of honoring the warranty they said you drove on it flat so it voided the warranty no i didnt. My rim is perfectly fine. They could have easily used the warranty but chose not to, dont go here.

I got charged $45 for a great all most brand new tire next day its flat I didnt run nothing over and cant find any holes. I got sold a bad tire and it was put on wrong!

Very disappointed, scheduled a lift kit install on June 5th and gave a deposit to confirm drop off date of July 10th. Dropped my truck off on July 10th.... picked it up July 26th the exact same way it was dropped off....absolutely zero work completed, no parts ordered and I received the same excuse “sorry we are busy”. After leaving my truck at the shop for 16 days and watching brand new trucks from the local dealerships get priority lift kits, wheels, tires.... it was very clear general customers were not a concern

They fixed what I needed to have fixed.

Absolutely horrible. I had a bad tire and needed it replaced in a hurry due to being on my way out of town. $50 for a used tire that I could have bought brand new for the same price. I am a mechanic and could have done this myself if I had not been in a hurry. When driving on the freeway there was a vibration that was never there before. When I got back in town I checked the balance just to find that they never did it. If a tire is over 6 years old and has dry rot then it should never be sold for this kinda price.
