Best and most honest mechanic out there. I went to a different mechanic in the beginning and they told me a ridiculous amount to change my muffler and that I needed a new one when I went to them they fixed it for me right away and did maintenance on my car. I highly recommend.

Fantastic shop, very cordial in going over quotes and honest about rates. Upfront about inspecting vehicle for any possible issues in the kindest manner! They were happy to take me vehicle when delivered by AAA and allowed me to provide my own parts*. I will absolutely be coming to them again when I need major work done on my truck.*You do forgo their provided warranty if you provide your own parts, but factory warranty still applies.

Ive been going to M&M almost 20 years. Mason and Trish have always treated me fairly. Theyre a solid business that practices great customer service and truly care about their customers. You can trust they will take good care of you.

Went there due to coolant leaking out of my reservoir, was told my head gasket blew or was cracked. Took it to another shop where they replaced the reservoir and thermostat. No cracked head or blown gasket. Didn’t even attempt to service my car they called me and told me to come pick it up. Won’t EVER recommend this place. Especially if your car has high mileage they won’t even take the time to diagnose the problem. 0/10 Like I just said my car was serviced and is running 100%. Maybe you should change your advertising and state that if it’s to hard to figure it out you won’t service it. Stick to oil changes. Have a nice day!

I’ve had several issues with my car. Other shops I would go to would either temporarily patch the areas or recommend I fix a separate issue for extra monetary gain. Each and every time I’ve been to M&M I’ve gotten excellent service. I’ve never had to return for a follow up and their prices are very reasonable and they’ll work with you to save you money if possible. This place gives me quality service at a great price. The dealership told me I needed brakes. I talked to the gang at M&M. Instead of replacing the car with standard rotors I wanted slotted/drilled rotors and asked if I could supply my own parts. They agreed.They even installed caliper covers for a minimal fee. All n all I paid over half of what the dealership wanted to charge for OME parts.

I went to M and M for an engine swap on a 2010 GMC Sierra in March 2020. The problem I had was with the rear main seal, it blew out after five months. After going back and forth with the engine company, it was replaced and fixed. The shop manager Tish was very nice, honest, and truthful. On that note, I have SO MANY bad experiences with auto shops in this Detroit metro area. I’ve literally been to a handful of shops in this area where mechanics would try to take advantage of me by selling me all kinds of BS and I know a fare amount in regards to engines and vehicles. I never got the scandalous vibes from Tish or the few minutes I spoke with their mechanics. They seemed like honest people the whole time. In my case, they put up with the headache of dealing with an engine company that had a defective part. It’s truly hard these days to find good HONEST mechanics. There’s a lot of con men out there these days. So yes, I am a satisfied customer. They have quality service. Fair prices and yes I will refer their business to friends and family and advertise their business through word of mouth and yes I recommend their business and will be a returned customer. So i had a couple of issues that i kept taking my car to back and forth to a couple of shops in my area, same issues would be there and they would sell me something new. Inwas referrred to M and M from my cousin. Im so glad i went. The cool thing is they yook pictures of whatbeas wrong and sent them to me . They made me feel comfortable fixing my car and the fact they comminicated with me the whole time about what they were doing and how much i was paying made me actually feel good about putting money into my car. Let me tell you that when I say this is possibly one of the greatest repair shops I absolutely mean it. I have tried at least 15-20 repair shops all over the state of Michigan over the last 10 years and I have come to the same conclusion each time and the same issues. Half the time they aren’t honest, and the other half they are rude and just about all the time overpriced. But here at m and m, the prices are the most fair I’ve seen, and the help and staff are out of this world. Mason is more than happy to clearly explain the situation of your vehicle and the exact steps needed to solve that situation. And at the front desk, Tish is the most helpful person I’ve met. She is also extremely friendly and is more than willing to help with all your questions and worries. Not only are they an extremely helpful and generous staff, they also genuinely care about you and your vehicle, which is a rare find at auto repair shops. They are very awesome, loyal and trustworthy people. They keep their word, and do EXCELLENT work. I bought a 2008 grand Prix. When I test drove it, it was only two things I had a problem with. I told them and I said once those little things are foxed give me a call. I couldnt get the car off my mind, so I called about an hour or two later and asked when did they think it would be ready for another test drive. Tish who is so darling, said they were working on it as we spoke. I went back, they fixed the things i complained about. I bought it. Mason told me, any problems, you bring it to me. And he has been doing just that. I love them and highly recommend them. They are awesome sauce 😁😊

Ive been coming to this shop for years. Mason is awesome & can fix ANYTHING!!! Women tend to get overcharged because few of us know anything about cars. Tish is as well versed as the mechanics who work there. My mother & daughter have also used them over the years. Im confident the job will be done right and they stand by what they do. Mu husband had taken is 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to another mechanic in the area and they did a awful job. We then took it here to M&M Auto and we are very impressed with the work that was done on his jeep as well as the customer service. Hands down this is where you should take your vehicle for repairs they are fair and honest. We will always take our vehicles here for future maintenance.

I have always gotten my car serviced here and I love the fast and friendly service I get. I had my brakes done here about a year ago and I came back in to have them rechecked because they were shaking when I stopped and they got me in right away and warrantied the brakes for me WITHOUT A RECIEPT. Most places wont be honest and try to resell you some stuff you dont need. It is really a blessing to know that some people really do have your back, and there is still honest people in the world that can stand behind their job! Thank you guys!!!!!

This place is AWESOME! I had a oil leak and a belt that controlled my power steering etc. broke on me Friday night. I called M & M Saturday morning and talked to Trisha. She told me to bring my car up and they would be able to work on it right away! They had everything fixed up within a couple hours. My front bumper also had some damage and never closed right, however the mechanic closed my hood up and took the time to put the bumper back in correctly so it looked like I had no front end damage! I have never been to a place that took the time out to do that!! I will for sure be back for oil changes and maintenance!! I highly recommend M & M!! Friendly, clean, fast and very fairly priced!

I was referred by a friend of mine and let me tell you they are absolutely amazing went in because my belt was melting to the pulley and didnt have time to tinker with my work schedules dropped it off toward closing time and by noon the next day it was done, prices are lower then most places and staff was very nice and professional will most certainly be back in the future i have found my auto shop for a long time to come. The absolute WORST place to take your vehicle for repairs!!! I cannot believe they would mess up my whole fuel injection system, and my BRAKES to boot!!! The mechanics here are subpar at BEST! Ive given up on them a long time ago...But to actually see and witness the poor quality of work.. Its very disturbing!!!! Ive been wrenching on vehicles my WHOLE LIFE and Ive never ever seen work as poor as this!!! They could have caused me an accident had I not been AWARE! Never ever take your car here for repairs!!!!!! They LIE, THEY CHEAT PEOPLE, AND THEY WILL!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!!!! Tish and Mason are both full of LIES!!!!

I took my Traverse in to get checked out, I had another mechanic previously so called fix it but it still wasnt driving good(not M &M). They were honest with me about what was wrong, did not charge me for looking at it. I would highly recommend going to M &M. This will be the only place I take vehicles to get fixed.

Complete confidence in the quality of Masons work. If Im gonna pay anyone, Id rather go here... 1st choice! 2nd choice? Scalping by original dealer, but why pay them twice as much for same quality of work? I have been bringing my family cars here for almost a decade & I never have to return for the same work... Fast service

EVERYTIME, I come in here they take very very good care of me and my vehicle. They go over the top in explaining things, and will check over&over to make sure everythings right on the job they did. Price checks are usually very easy over the phone. M&m auto is the main repair shop I go to and would tottally reccomend.
