My car was covered under warranty and those repairs were done well because the inspector had to review. During the repairs that were covered under warranty they damaged another part of my car . I noticed the loud noises my car made and brought it back ,they lied and said it was like that and it would cost me 800 to repair it. I took my car to another shop and got it repaired for 120. This repair shop confirmed that Elite did in fact break the part and not only that ...they tried to patch it. They knew they damaged my car yet instead of being honest they tried to take advantage of me and charge me $800 to repair damage they had done. They saw an opportunity to scam for extra money and they tried to take it. They also claim they repaired a part not covered under warranty which they didnt tell me about over the phone but when I picked up my car they charged me. Ultimately I was scammed out of almost $200. Thankfully, I didnt let them scam me out of the 800 they tried to get. Never going here again and I dont recommend it especially, if you are a woman struggling through this pandemic. They took advantage of me and thats disgusting.

I just moved back downriver and needed a mechanic that I can trust that does high quality work on my vehicle. This place has great reviews online and I needed something close to my job for same day repairs.The customer service is excellent and the repairs were completed within a few hours. Very fair pricing for high quality work. I will definitely be coming back here for any more work my car needs in the future and will be recommending this shop to all my friends!

Took my truck here to have some repairs. Hunter was very helpful and professional. We had a little bit of problems going back and forth with the warranty company but Hunter made sure he contacted them and me on a regular basis until it was resolved. Thankfully we got most of it covered. Got my truck running and driving smoothly now! Definitely recommend this place! Extra thanks to all the hard work Hunter did to get everything going. Fixed my trucks differential leak, rear axle, drum brakes and brake lines took less than 2 hours after they received the parts. Thoroughly checked all of my fluids and topped them off as well. Also had my transmission replaced and my back window they will be fixing shorty. Highly recommend this shop, good prices with efficiency and quality!

I had bought a car recently and I could tell it needed a bit of work. I found this place based on other reviews and took it in and honestly this is the best shop Ive gone to. The guys are super nice, I personally see Mario and Mike, and are the first mechanics Ive come across that dont talk down to you. The prices are reasonable and they wrote out a list on things that are the most important to fix and really go over everything with you. Overall a great shop. Very much recommendGoogle wont let me make a second review so Im just gonna casually add it here. Mike and Mario have been so sweet and wonderful always. No one likes having to go to the mechanics, but it is a lot better when you find people you trust. Plus theyre also just funny and dont hate me for making them work on a beetle so it makes the whole experience better. I always tell everyone I know about them and recommend them over and over to everyone.

Took vehicle in to see what problem was, was given a price that I currently cant afford due to being off work from covid pandemic. Asked if there was an alternate temporary solution so I can save up money to fix completely later, was told he doesnt do hacks and was hung up on. I called around other repair shops and there is a kit available to use to temporary close a valve. Called him back to inquire about it, was told the same that he doesnt do hack and hung up on again. Very unprofessional, I used to refer to friends, Ill definitely be going elsewhere. Dont ever ask if there are alternatives if you cant afford what he quotes, he wants you to pay the high price instead of helping people.

I recently had these guys fix an oil leak on my Mustang.. They tell me the oil is leaking from the valve covers and that the intake gaskets and valve cover gaskets would all have to be replaced. Get the car back and it was good for a month or so, now its leaking from the back of the intake and a pretty good amount as well... Smh. They charged me almost 800 for this job and it was done incorrectly so now I have to repay to have it done correctly this time. I will never bring any of my cars back to these guys. Ijs.

Excellent service! Butch and Mike went above and beyond to help me/us. They took my car in on a Friday afternoon, even though they were extremely busy. They did a complete Safe inspection of my vehicle on Saturday and stayed later to order parts. There was a LOT of work needed but they had it completed Tuesday afternoon (way sooner than I would have expected). They stayed late on Tuesday so we could pick it up after work. They let me know what we needed to do to get it on the road and work on a game plan for future repairs. Our car is now running better than it has in years, we are forever grateful!! We HIGHLY recommend them!!

Second time at elite, first time with new car. I like the fact they will explain the repair and why its needed. Other shops i have been to just call and say car needs x,y and z but never say why. If you ask questions they seem to get offended. Butch takes the time to explain the repair process and why the parts needed to be replaced when asked.

This shop was professional and adequate they fixed all the issues on my Ford F150. They were extremely military friendly. I would recommend this shop to any one that needs there vehicle fixed. If you have a extended warranty for your vehicle they work to get the job done with little out of pocket costs to you.

Love this place. I will only get repairs here going forward. I have had my f150 serviced only at the dealer, until I met the guys at Elite. I get the same quality work or better then the dealer and the prices are more then fair for the work I have done.

Best place to go. They work with you on everything. They drop you off if needed. Not only do I use them for my personal vehicles the vin company I work for uses them for our company vehicles. The workers and managers are friendly and understanding.

Super professional, friendly and overall fantastic customer service. Took my jeep in there for head gasket repair and months later, runs lika a charm. Was referred by a car lot that i had bought my truck from. Truck was A1 when i picked it up, so brought my wifes suv in for service and was impressed beyond belief. They did timing chains at a reasonable price brakes and a tune up. I will be making this my place of repair going forward.

When owning multiple vehicles you most definitely need a great repair shop. Elite Kar Care is definitely the place to be when in need. I found Butch and Mike after purchasing 2009 Mercedes Benz ML350 & a 2006 Range Rover HSE. They both had problems right away. Butch team of experts got right to the bottom it. My family of vehicles both foreign and domestic have been under the care of Butch and the team. Not the cheapest shop in the metro Detroit area but I travel over 60 miles even on Tow trucks to get my vehicles there for repairs. Thanks Elite Kar Care for your services.
