Got my oil changed there in my truck. Turns out there was a nick in the oil filter and it leaked and burnt oil. It was a slow leak but it eventually emptied all the oil out of the engine.

After my oil change the young guy pulled my truck out of the bay, I went to pay my bill and when I got to my truck my seat was layed all the way back, every adjustment to the seat was changed, never going back to this place for anything!

Second time to visit this facility. First time I gave him five stars but this time I could not The best I can do is four stars. ask the gentleman if they check the air pressure on the tires while doing the oil change and he said yes. I took this to mean that they checked the pressure and add air if necessary. However when I got into my car the tire low warning was still on for both the front right and left tire as it was before the oil change. Im giving them four stars for the super fast oil change because that was nice but dont mislead me when I ask a question. Im kind of old-fashioned and the truth goes a long ways with me. I will still be back because overall I do like this place.

I had my oil changed on 11/3/20 and I noticed a couple of days later that my vehicle was not running the same as before. I told a friend and he said it might be a hose that was moved while the oil was being changed. I took my car back to see if they could check what was causing the muffle sound and they opened the hood and said they dont touch hoses they only change the oil and filter. I drove off and still my vehicle was not running the same as before I had gotten my oil changed. I drove to Houston for the holidays and had a family member look at my vehicle and I had no transmission oil in my transmission. On the invoice it states that the transmission fluid was checked. If they would of checked the transmission fluid like they said they did they would have told me that the transmission fluid needed to be added. Also, my oil I was told didnt look like it had been changed three weeks prior. I called Taylor Lube Center and I advised them that I was in Houston and what my family member had discovered and they made every excuse why my oil was dark and that I must have had a leak in the transmission. I dont have a leak in my transmission. What I have been told is that what might have happened was that the transmission fluid was drained on accident and they forgot or didnt care to fill the transmission fluid back into the transmission. They probably didnt even change the oil. I now know that when I drive out of a lube place to make sure that I check the oil and the transmission fluid so this wont happen to me again. Now I am worried that my vehicle might start having transmission issues.

I have gone here for various services for years but this time was disappointing. I sent my teenage son in to get his inspection done and he was pretty much ignored. I drove by several times and noticed no cars in the bays yet he sat in his car for almost 40 minutes after checking in at the desk. I finally had to call and ask what was going on before they actually would help him.

I went there for an inspection. They failed me due to a hairline crack in my taillight. I looked up the regulation, and the dude was wrong. Here is the statute:k. Lens is cracked or broken to the extent that a portion of the lens is missing and/or separated, permitting light from the bulb to emit through the crack or break.

Fast in fast out. no upsell pushing and prices are lower than the competition. I friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

So frustrating! Went there for an inspection and oil change. After 20 minutes they told me the first guy tried to remove the plug but stripped it so they had somebody else try. After another 15 minutes they came back to me and blamed the last place I had the oil change done, told me I now have to take it to a mechanic to remove the plug, then take the bill to the first place that changed my oil.

Came in for an inspection and decided to get an oil change while i was there. They got me in with no problem and the wait wasn’t long.

The store manager, Ross, is a great example of old-school customer service. Hes friendly, honest, and takes time to explain whats being done.As a girl, I am often nervous about taking my car into the shop (any kind of car shop). I received an honest opinion and was not up-sold at any point in time. Ross helped me out and explained everything in detail.Prices and staff are great. If you live near Taylor, this is the place to take your car.

The customer service rep on the phone was not kind at all, she wanted to rush me off the phone, when I was only calling to give them a heads up that I would be heading straight to their workplace after I got off of work for an inspection. I called Premium Automotive and they were extremely kind and I was off the phone within 25 seconds. Cheers to kind people, it really does make a difference on my choice as a future customer!!!! Technicians did a through and professional job, checking for oil leaks after the change was complete with the car running, all fluids topped and tire pressure fixed without asking, double checked all caps for tightness before closing it up. Cant ask for more
