When I returned to turn in my key I was greeted by her again and I can honestly say I will be back if I’m ever in need of a storage and will definitely recommend this location to family and friends in the future. The staff knows what they’re doing and they give great customer service. This storage facility is well kept up with.

Ive always had GREAT SERVICE from this location. Its well kept & doesnt feel creepy like Ive had in the past. One of the GREATEST employee is Julia (hope Im spelling it right) shes always been very polite which is why Im doing this review now, with all the world is going through & all of my frustrations the calmness of her voice & explaining what needs to be done It’s REFRESHING to know that there’s still GOOD people who live from their HEART & that humbleness in these times… IM GRATEFUL that she crossed my path. The woman in the front named Whitney was outstanding. if I could give her a raise myself I would she was so patient and helpful with my family and I during the whole chaotic mess with us trying to move and needing extra storage space. She gave us advice about making sure we pay on time and if we want to be stop using the storage to make sure everything is out the day before payment is due because they will charge. she went above and beyond explaining everything in steps and I really appreciate her for all shes done for us. the least I could do is write a simple review for her. Uhaul you have a great one with you.

So why I went to my storage and they had it locked and I paided my monthly bill so me and my husband stop the young lady on her way out to lunch but seem like she wasnt to happy but I asked her can you tell me why theres a lock on my unit and it was paid before time? She checked the computer and she said she didnt understand why it was locked it said it was paided. So if I would have came to my storage and no one was there it would have been a problem for me I need to go and get a storage at the u-hale place on 56 anyway cause they go up on the prices they act like they dont want to help with nothing. But anyway my point find somewhere else to go for your storage spaces
