Great storage location. The places is always super clean and dry. It is secure and safe to go after dark. Ive been many times and never had issues. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful!! Excellent customer service.

Ashley at this Life Storage facility was patient, caring and helpful. She went out of her way on several occasions during my move in to be absolutely gracious. She helped reserved the Life Storage Truck for me, called to remind me of the time, assisted me with clean cloths to wipe my furniture that was half soaked from the rain and went above and beyond to help jump start my car battery even in the downpour. This has been the best customer service I’ve received. I really appreciate all the assistance that was provided and would highly recommend this Life Storage Location to everyone.

I must say that its been such a long time since I have experienced service such as what was meted out to me Today, at Life Storage, Trout Creek Tampa FL. The Associate Store Manager on duty from the moment I walked in, was pleasant and eager to assist me. I found her and another colleague to be very kind, caring, professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. The atmosphere was just right and feels like family. I found the facility to be well kept, clean and very appealing. I am very pleased to know that my belongings will be stored in such a place and look forward to continue receiving the excellent service afforded me by the friendly and warm staff. Oh and for sure, I will recommend this facility to anyone looking to pay less and still receive excellent service.

We recently sold a house and had to rent a storage unit to house our extra items. I did some research and actually went with another company initially but switched to Life Storage after one month. I was very impressed with not only the pricing but the service at LS, they really exceeded my expectations.

We were pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process in obtaining storage space. As first timers with storage facilities in general, the staff at the Life Storage building off of Trout Creek in Tampa were super helpful and knowledgeable. Jayime and Ashley helped us on separate days, answering all of our questions and assisting us with making the best decisions for us. Very glad we walked in and decided to rent space at this place.

Place is minimum standard... But very pricey for what you get. The units are not 24/7, and the hallways/elevator entrances are very narrow so huge minus.Also, very poor contract so be sure to be aware of it. Especially around vacating as they will charge you a month forward.

I would not recommend this storage facility because their communication is not good and they do not value customer service. I called in advance to make them aware that I was vacating the unit on June 30th. We actually moved out on Jun 28th. As of today, they are telling us that we owe an additional $28 in fees for not bringing the lock back to them on the 30th. No one mentioned that to me at the beginning of the lease nor did anyone mention that when I called to make them aware that we would be vacating. I explained that to them and they didnt take ownership of that fact. Take my advice, there are cheaper options and better customer service else where.

I had a unit in this building for over a year and I was extremely pleased with the facilities, customer service as well as the reasonable prices. Anytime I had to deal with the staff, they were always helpful and pleasant. When I was moving my things out, they gave me a courtesy call to make sure that i was in fact vacating my unit. When I started using the facility everything was explained to me in reasonable detail and the entire experience was very easy going. If I ever need a storage unit again I will be using their services.

Had already reserved one online and not only did she take the time out to show us the one I reserved, but she also showed us two other sizes so we could see what would be best. Rented a storage unit a few days ago and everyone at the office has been very friendly and helpful! The unit is very clean and safe, definitely recommend!

This is a nice and clean space. The AC really works. The staff are friendly and helpful. On move day I needed a last minute, smaller, extra space and they accommodated me right away to save the day. Closing out with them was easy, too. They noticed my locker was empty and the lock gone and followed up with me to get it cancelled swiftly and unnecessary fees.

Great rate and easy to rent. Contactless as well. The inside is clean and wide variety of storage options. There are always carts available to assist in moving. Great people and very friendly too. The only thing I would ask they improve is lighting outside the facility on the back side. Otherwise a good investment of money to make sure your valuables are safe during transitions.

Having myself been in the public service industry for many years, I have very high expectations and without a doubt, those expectation were exceeded. To add to my delight, once I arrived on site I was greeted by Ashley. She was wonderful. She made us feel welcomed and was very down to earth and polite. I have a, ( let’s just call it )‘’quirky’’ personality and Ashley was able to read me and create a report right away. That is something that doesn’t happen often. We found ourselves in need of short-term storage between closing on the sale of our house and purchase of another locally between New Tampa and Wesley Chapel. Life Storage was perfectly located (New Tampa Location on Trout Creek Drive) and made it easy to access via car, van, and 26 truck! Archie and Lorna take great pride in the facility and were available to address all of our questions. They understood our needs perfectly. We wound up with 4 10x20 units, not knowing exactly how much space we needed up front. They were competitively priced and easy to manage (payments) online. The facility is very clean and has a great climate control system. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!

Renting was easy, grounds clean on the outside, facility clean on the inside, access is safe , storage unit clean. I would definitely recommend Life Storage to others and use again when needed. oh and price is right in an age where everyone is price gouging
