Ive purchased two cars from this store this year. The honesty and integrity of the guys Ive worked with here on both vehicles, David & Jeff is refreshing. The cars are exceptional. I wont look elsewhere in the future for cars and will recommend them to all my friends and family who are in the market for a vehicle.

I felt mistreated by the owner and employees at this location for a number of reasons. I have been to dealers where things happen out of the ordinary. An employee of CarMart crashed into a customers car. Turns out, this guy and myself had the same idea to look into purchasing cars. I was not only witnessed of the situation, I was asked by a sheriff to make sure the the victim made it to a hospital since his shoulder seemed broken from the crash. So while I am hanging around looking at the inventory on the lot A lady walks up and tells me I cannot purchase anything from their lot and demanded I leave. As a spectator of the crash, I was expected to remain present by request of the sheriff. As a customer interested in a newer car, my business should be as good as anyone else. The only two people who didnt work at CarMart, for the remainder of the evening, was the gentleman CarMart staff created into, the police, and myself. Which made me the only customer present.It gets worse, the owner comes out and tells me that I cannot park my car on their lot to look ay anything and they refused my service. I was driving a 98 Mustang convertible, and I was looking at 3 newer model Mustangs during my visit. So I moved my car because the officer informed me that though he wanted me to stay close, he had to ask me to relocate my vehicle from the lot as a result of it being private property. I moved the car outside the gate and return to the victims car and continued to talk about cars and other interests involving cars with the victim. No employee came to apologize to the victim, or myself during these unusual circumstances. Nor, did anyone make me feel welcome as a first time visiter of this lot. After everything was said and done, they closed the shop without engaging in any way with any of us.I made sure the victim made it to St Josephs hospital, then I ended up going down the street, that very same day, to Elder Ford to look at some newer model Mustangs and talk with their more hospitable staff.

If you dread car shopping as much as I do... CarMart will change your mind. My experience buying a car here was the best experience I have ever had! It was so easy with no haggling back and forth. Honest upfront, personable, and absolutely knows how to buy and sell excellent vehicles! You will not be disappointed buying a vehicle here. If I could rate them a 10 would! Thank you CarMart! I will definitely be back and will highly recommend your dealership with everyone I know!

I have to say, these guy at Cart mart are GREAT!!!I have purchased a lot of vehicles from different places and cities. I am located in Houston, TX. right now and I flew to Tampa to get this truck.Jeff and the staff were friendly from day 1. Not asking me all the sales questions, trying to get my number and shopping me. Instead, they told me everything about the truck and even sent me more pictures (the good and bad). They didnt pressure me even when I flew down. Pick me up from the airport, fed me a Cuban sandwich, my 1st, and showed genuine concern and support. We noticed a few problems with the truck and they had no problem addressing and taking care of them. It makes you feel good when you go to purchase a car and the sales people are not pushy and doing everything you can to make your experience the best. All of their cars were in excellent condition and clean. I would definitely fly back to them and purchase another vehicle.

I had a great experience. I dealt with David and Sam. I was looking for a BMW convertible, found one they had through car fax and contacted them by email. I hate car buying like the dentist because they take your day away wearing you down to try selling you something you may not want or for more than you want to pay. However not here. I showed up, they gave me the keys and let my family and I go out to test drive alone. At first I didnt think I was interested, so I came back, said no thanks and then left. -and they let me without badgering. A few days later I felt ready and reached out by email about my concerns. They addressed them all, agreed to a lower price and prepared all the paperwork so that when I came back I was in and out in 30 minutes with my car. Since then I have loved my car. Its 8 years old but it only had 1 owner, low mileage, and all the accessories. David had told me they are very selective to get quality used vehicles and I will attest to that with mine. I will go back, and am happy to refer others there way.

We went to CarMart on a tip from my brother-in-law who is very good at picking out car value deals. First of all, the car we went to see was exactly what was pictured so we were happy about that. My husband and I bought a truck from CarMart about two months ago and had a very good experience. The salesman was kind and not pushy, and was even patient with our two little kids running around. They did not budge on the price, which was initially disappointing to us, but once we did some research we realized their asking price was actually very fair. The finance guy was willing to work with our own bank instead of pushing financing through another institution, which we appreciated, and so far we have had no problems with the truck and are very happy.

Had a wonderful experience, I had been searching for a car for a few months to drive to and from work over a mountain to the keep miles off my other cars we found it on their website now mind you I live 10 hours away but I knew vacation was around the corner and that was my opportunity to take that baby for a spin. Their was a Subaru WRX STI limited that they had with only 8,000 miles. It was clean, the gentleman who greeted us so kind and was willing to help. Purchased a much needed work car upgrade from CarMart and could not be happier. Mike (sales) was extremely helpful and not pushy or trying to rush me in any way. A breath of fresh air compared to other car dealers as he listened to what I needed to buy and not what he needed to sell. I had a specific work need and he was there to help me out. I found a nice Ford Focus wagon in great condition that was barely used at 34k miles for a 10 year old car. Interior was near mint and super clean while the exterior had a few cosmetic issues that were not all that much for a car of this age. I took it out for a quick test drive and everything felt solid. The price was a good deal under Kelly Blue Book and I didnt need to haggle on price which was a huge relief as I really was getting a great deal. Mike (finance) worked with me to get a great rate with minimal down payment. Due to my self employment he worked with just my client list and bank deposit statements to secure the loan. All told, I was in and out with a great deal in under 90 minutes. Best car purchase experience Ive had in a long time and Ive owned a lot of cars over the years. That purchase was over 6 weeks ago and I wanted to hold off on the review until I had a chance to get some mileage on the car. Well I travel the state for retail computer work and after 4000 miles and at least a dozen fill ups I cant find anything wrong with the car. If you are looking for a team to trust and no hassles or problems see Mike and Mike as you cant go wrong. Tried to get a car from here. Contacted them and submitted what I needed to submit. Going on 3 weeks now and never heard anything back from them!!! Sent then an email saying I never heard back from anyone. No reply to that either!! Terrible customer service!!!

If I could write a review with no stars I would. Stay away from this place they are awful. They told me to bring all my stuff in for the car so I did then they tell me I have to put more money down for the down payment. They said 2000 was good for a car then they raise it to 7000. Take your money to another place. The car salesmen walked away several times on his phone and would not even help me answer my questions.

The owner, David, 3-year-old daughter met me at the door and I was ushered shortly by David to his office. He did not try to ever sell me on the 2015 Nissan Sentra I wanted to buy, he just provided me all the facts I asked him and backed it up with facts from multiple sources. Not only did he let me and my father test drive the car, he also let me take the car to my mechanic to double check the car as well all the way in Seffner.My mechanic told me it was an excellent car, and I knew after this that I have found used car lot I plan to use again if I live in the same area. CARMART is an amazing place to buy a car, two thumbs up!

The customer service here was absolutely incredible! My wife and I were in the market for a new family friendly car because she is having twins soon. We found Car Mart to have really affordable prices and contacted them via their online form. The online sales specialist, Suzanne, talked us in to coming in and seeing the inventory for ourselves. Once we arrived we were greeted by Car Marts friendly sales staff and they introduced us to the manager, Sam, right away. Normally meeting the manager first thing is unheard of unless they know you signed a contract or something. The whole car buying experience was amazing from start to finish and I would recommend anyone who is in the market for their next vehicle to check Car Mart out first.

After searching on the internet for a few weeks, I saw a Mini Cooper on the Car Mart website that looked like it had everything on my wish list. I called and spoke to Mike (the salesman) and then went in to test drive the car. Mike answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid or pressured to make a decision. I returned a couple days later with my husband and we met the other Mike (the finance guy) and worked out a deal. The overall experience was pleasant, the two Mikes were fun to work with and I love my new Mini.

So I was responded by this company to give my review of this car lot, since I gave it 1star. The cars are nice, however when it came to talk price the 500 dollar dealer fee was unexplainable, after asking what this was. To verify I asked if this was a part of tax, tag or title fees and the answer was no, thats it. They also low balled my trade severely. Because of the fact that it took 2 hours to get approval for excellent credit and while I was sitting there got a competitive approval from my bank, we decided that this place was not for us. However if you check my other reviews, we purchased from another dealership. Walked in got approval, better than my bank, and were completely finished within 45 mins. Received a call today stating my tag and registration were ready to be picked up 2 weeks later. Sorry CarMart LLC but your inability to make a negotiation and your street cred with your lender is not what you think it is.

After several failed attempts at other dealerships and being warned to stay away from used car lots... I gave Carmart a shot anyway since they had my dream car. The buying process was pretty quick, we agreed upon MY pricing and the car today runs the same as how I bought it a month ago. Driving it home on day one I did however notice the steering wasnt exactly straight. Had it looked at and was told the inside of one of the wheels was bent. I informed the salesman at CarMart and although they were not aware of it at the time and could of easily said they are not liable for it... they still took care of it!! After dealing with so many careless people in the car industry (and almost any industry) I was so impressed with the customer service from Jeff and respect CarMart showed me. I bought a vehicle from this dealer earlier this year. A 2012 BMW X5 50xi. After discussing the car and being assured this car was in EXCELLENT conditions with no issues whatsoever, I purchased the vehicle. They told me that they run tests on all of their cars and do a full inspection. This clearly was not the case. This car burns oil like a sieve, has incredible hail damage all over the car in which my BMW direct dealer stated that it was clear that someone tried to do some repair work on the damage, and that it was too much to be repaired and that I would need a new hood, roof, and side panels to fix the damage. Also, there were 4 open recalls on the car specific to its VIN number through BMW, so it is clear that their so-called “background check” on the car is VERY lackadaisical if there was any at all.Additionally, they will talk you into their warranty packages in which they assure covers any sort of issues you might have with the engine, turbo, coolant system, etc.2 weeks after purchasing the car, my oil light came on AND my car was leaking coolant. I brought it to their “preferred partner” in auto repair and maintanance to check it out. After only putting 250 miles on the car in that time, I was burning oil and needing to put more coolant in. When bringing in the car, their preferred partner claimed I had these issues and that the warranty did not cover any of the issues.After calling to discuss the oil burning issue with the owner, he claimed b/c it was a V8, I should expect that the car burns more oil than normal.Since purchasing the car, I have put on 4000 miles and have had to bring my car in to add oil 8x. Per a BMW expert, he claims this is absurd for the owner to say at the rate it is burning oil, and that there are clearly issues with the engine and that they would have been easily noticeable while doing a simple inspection of the vehicle. The BMW dealership claimed I got completely hosed on purchasing this vehicle.B/c the “fix” for the coolant system and their solution to the oil issue was about $1400 and apparently the warranty did not fix the issue, he said my only option was to cancel my warranty and he would use that principal payment to cover the cost. I paid over $2500 for then warranty, and NEVER saw a reimbursement check for the remainder. The owner was not happy about doing this because he was losing the referral commission he had made when originally having me sign up for the warranty. ADDITONALLY, the owner claimed I am out of luck for any additional warranties.I would stay far away from this dealer, especially if you are looking for a European performance car.

I had the BEST experience buying from Carmart. I highly recommend checking them out, if you are looking to buy!! I shopped around and nothing felt right, but the guys at Carmart were knowledgeable, patient (not pushy), and really informative. They earned a customer for life.

Purchased the truck for my son. Took it to my long time repair mechanic. Front and rear breaks needed replacement from the hub on out! Rear brake drums were sealed and the brake pads completely worn. I cannot fathom how they could have been checked if they were sealed.... Front sway bars were completely worn and replaced but thats understanding.Additionally I paid $500.00 for a (3) month or 3,000 warranty that covers 100% for engine and transmission and it made it less than 2000 miles before I had to have the transmission rebuilt costing $2600.00 found out there were some in correct parts previously replaced according to the 30 year experienced shop owner who did the rebuild. Called a few times leaving messages with the customer service extension without a return call. Being persistent, someone answered but said they would relay the message, I pressed him, placed on hold, and then told to fax the warranty info, vehicle vin # and repair work invoice with (2) phone numbers to call me back....... Will continue to call trying to get the invoice paid and waiting for their excuses. I will follow up with this review and rate accordingly however I would be shocked if they are men of their word........ See follow up and I would rate them higher if they are TRUE! If not they have nor seen the wrath that may descend upon them in press or TV! Lets see what yah got😎

No BS... I worked with David, told him what I was looking for and the price I needed OTD. He said if he make it happen he would... and he did. From a womans perspective I never felt pressured or uncomfortable which is a rarity in the car buying business. This process was much easier than when I purchased my last vehicle.
