We was at first working with Ashley looking for a cargo van. We got approved and was ready to get our vehicle. Last minute we decided to get a mini van instead. My vehicle was in service at the dealer and required an overnight stay due to having to wait on parts. Kennedy from this Enterprise location arrives, came inside, introduced herself and said she was going to take care of me. She gave me a lift to Enterprise and was very pleasant to speak with while we were in route. I could tell she was smiling under her mask and she was a pleasure to meet. She dropped me off at the door of Enterprise and said she would be right with me. She had one customer before me to get into a vehicle, so another agent assigned me the vehicle. A fast and seamless process.Upon returning the vehicle I again met up with Kennedy whom did an awesome job getting me checked back in. Again. A very fast and easy process. After inspection of the vehicle, she pulled my very expensive sunglasses out and returned them to me, which I was incredibly grateful for, as I would have left them and been out a large amount of money. She asked me about my experience and how the vehicle was? She also asked me if I needed a lift back to the dealership? After informing her that I did need the return lift, she politely directed me towards the building, asked me to have a seat and while she organized the ride. She thanked me for choosing Enterprise and asked for my return business.Michael then came and introduced himself and explained he would be driving me back to the dealership today. He pulled around front of the building welcoming me into the vehicle and off we went. He was very polite and friendly. These guys are GREAT ! ! ! From the moment we walked in my Wife & I were pleasantly welcomed by a gentleman named Bernie who opened the door as we entered. Just as I was about to ask for the person I was referred to see, I hear someone say, “are you looking for Cody?” I turn around & said “yes I am.” There I see another guy, waiting to shake my hand. He said, we should go see Cody from Enterprise Car Sales in Tampa. Thank God we did. Christian ask if it was ok if he passed on our info to Cody. We gave our ok to do so. Unknown to anyone, once we left Christian, we decided to go straight to Tampa to see what these guys had to offer. On our way from Lakeland to Tampa, we get a call from Cody making quick contact with us. He asked me if the Nissan was the only car of interest? My wife was loving the way the Nissan drove. She checked out a few different models. Cody found our vehicle. Then we moved to another office to talk money where we met with Ulises. Here we were more than satisfied with working the numbers to suit our needs. We got the car we wanted, we got warranty coverage we wanted, we had some laughs during, we were treated with awesome customer services, & we were good with what we paid for it. I can admit, I went in a little skeptical. I told my wife that we need a game plan. Lol. Turns out we didn’t need one. I had that mindset from going to tradition “car dealers” in the past. I really didn’t even want to give 1 star. Let me start by saying the car purchase 6 months ago from the dealership in Tampa off of Hillsborough Ave was in a car accident with front end damage. Yes the car was a 2019 . Car fax we received from dealer NO ACCIDENTS. The car has been to the Nissan dealership multiple times for a loud noise in front end. They continue to tell us that the car was in a accident and has shifted the entire front end. Called Enterprise let them know and answer we received “ nothing we can do “. Of coarse we argue with the dealership thinking they just want $$. Well... just by chance We were shopping around for insurance rates and low and behold Statefarm denied us stating the car had a previous payout claim! Wow so guess what the car was in a accident! So they sold us a damaged car. Now going to retain a lawyer.

2 weeks ago I bought a car from Enterprise car sales.5 stars for Vlad and Ulises. They answered each of my questions and did not put any pressure on me. Both gave me the feeling to be in good hands.If you need a car you might want to check them out first.

I called twice regarding a car we bought there and wanted to know if they would be interested in buying it back as my mom is not driving any more . Excellent condition, unbelievable low milage as my mom only drove to Publix and the library. The gentleman that answered was very nice but the person who I was suppose to talk to never called me back... I left three messages. Not worth dealing with company now!

Car was NOT fully inspected before sale, Needed Wipers, Headlights inoperative, one window switch did not work as intended. When brought to the attention of Enterprise Car sales, their response take it to the dealer, its under warranty Buyer beware!

Buyer beware they overcharge for license and registration fees when they fail to sell you any backend finance products. We were charged $450 for a plate transfer and title despite just renewing our plate, which is normally only $10 to transfer. When we confronted Uliysses about it he stated dont worry we charge every customer this fee and you will get a refund within 60 days. Well that never happened, so we are out over $300 for nothing.

Enterprise was wonderful in helping me buy another car after I totaled my Town and Country Van on Feb 10, 2020. I began looking for a car shortly after that. My daughter Melissa Simonds is the manager at The enterprise in Brooksville. She contacted Tampa office for me and told them I was looking for another van. Shantille Blackburn was very helpful showing me two vans . both were Dodge Caravan‘s one was silver and one was white. I told her I wanted a red one and she went out of her way to find me one in Brandon and bring it to Tampa. She was very helpful, courteous and polite and I appreciate all she did for me. I bought a Jeep Cherokee and they refuse to fix an issue after making them aware the day after, the 2nd & 3rd day and then it turned into a week, then several weeks. I put off my welcome call with the financer hoping they would fix but they were ONLY worried about the loan going through and NOT fixing the issue! They deceived me, now they expect me to pay $2200 to fic jt Myself after putting $3500+ down to buy it! Bernie & Ulizes ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! they sold me a car with a bad electric RACK N PINION!! I could lose my steering and they seem ok with that, not to mention i drive 100+ mikes for work everyday!!!! I would never recommend this dealer unless they fix your car BEFORE the financing goes thru!!!

Very pushy in the finance department didnt want to buy any insurance products so finance manager illegally charged us over $450 for a license plate transfer. I would not recommend this place.

There were no aggressive sales pitches, nor was there any undo pressure /unprofessional behavior. We were given the opportunity to test drive, and fully inspect every car that we were interested in. Car shopping at Enterprise was a great experience. I have a new car to prove it!!

When my car got totaled in an accident not only did they get me into a brand new car for very cheap but they also were very helpful on coaching me on how the whole insurance process works and what to be aware of.They are knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. I didnt even know that Enterprise sold cars until we went to rent one for the weekend. I went online and found a vehicle that wouls fit not only our family but our budget. Within minutes of inquiring I got a call from a sales associate and scheduled and appointment. Corey Frauenfelder met us with a smile and made the whole process easy and painless. The customer service that we recieved was unlike any other car buying experience we have ever had. Between Corey and the manager Bernie Hearn we were at ease with the whole process. We ended up walking away in a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan and could not be happier. Definitley recommend if you need a newer vehicle without breaking the bank you go with Enterprise.

I was blown away at the service my family received with my car buying experience. Lauren, Bernie and Ricardo all pulled together to get me in a practically new car! I got a HUGE trade in allowance for my 2002 Saturn dinosaur of a car.(I drove it like a Lamborghini) and they looked past that! Lauren came outside to give me the keys IN THE RAIN to test drive a 2019 Nissan Versa and that truly spoke volumes! They made us super comfortable with everything got me in a new tag and I was ready to go! All the other dealerships that SAY We dont care about your credit,if you have a job,you have a new car! Listen.... THEY DONT REALLY DO THAT! Enterprise is REALLY working with people!!

This was the best car experience I have ever had! The lowest prices we could find, no haggle pricing, no added dealer fees and they filled it with gas and put in new floor mats. Our salesman, Stanley, went above and beyond, even setting up our Bluetooth phone. Almost an enjoyable experience AND I hate car shopping!
