My experience was not what I expected. I have never purchased a vehicle by myself, always had someone with me. I had knots in my stomach on my way to Drive Time. First off, Ive never had a happy experience at a car dealership and my level of trust with them is negative zero. However, I must say this time I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of honesty, pleasantry, and ease I experienced at Drive Time. You always hear the good and bad when you read reviews but my experience turned out great. I was greeted by everyone I came in contact with and was also assisted by a whole team. Its rare that the manager will even acknowledge your presence but the manager at the Brandon store did. He even assisted with getting my insurance taken care of at a very affordable rate. I mostly worked with Marci, who was the sweetest ever! She allowed me time to look at the inventory without being pestered, she actually sat in the vehicle I wanted with me and we chatted about options, etc. She actually worked with my options that I chose versus what she wanted to put me in. She was patient and kept me sane while I was a nervous wreck. I was greeted by everyone there with a handshake and also assisted by everyone in some way. I definitely recommend Drive Time in Brandon for anyone looking for their next vehilcle, especially if you have some credit issues and want a low mileage , nice vehicle. I am totally satisfied!

On the first phone call i was told pretty much anything just to get my information, was reassured my credit wouldnt be a problem. After i sent my information over i received a phone call back and the first thing he starts talking about is my credit and was actually kinda rude about it. No other concern other than my credit, after i was told they dont go off your credit. THEY USE YOUR CREDIT, DONT LET THEM LIE TO YOU AND RUN YOUR CREDIT

Initial business and paperwork went well, the vehicle drove nicely, I wasn’t satisfied with the condition of the vehicle when everything was done. It did not look like it was cleaned and sanitized so I had to do it myself.
