Great service, did a walk in to drive the model 3. They managed the line well, i was attending quickly, and the people that checked me in informed the tram what I needed and I went straight to the test drive. Ive been deciding between a 3 and a Y and thats all I needed to finalize my purchase. As to the technology that backs all the stores have to say works as intended, although the Tesla login first time I have to reset password is a tech bug that should be fixed.

Great store. Obviously very clean. The gentleman that helped us was so polite and thorough. He walked us out to the parking structure to sit in the model X. Took the time to answer all of our questions. We didnt feel at all pressured to look quickly at the vehicle. He let us really take our time as we sat in all the different seats. He was very encouraging that if we liked the vehicle to purchase one today. But not in a pushy way at all. We definitely enjoyed our time here.

Our sales advisor, Colin Brown, was excellent. His service after the sale was second to none. We were able to text him questions about the process, the car, and delivery and his prompt responses were always professional and kind. I never felt like I was bothering him and he kept me in the loop during the excruciating 3.5 weeks it took to deliver the car. Let me tell you, it was worth the wait.

This is a great Tesla showroom. Every time I have been here, the service was excellent. I have taken a couple test drives and all of the models I was able to test out all the models I wanted to. Murat and Joaquin were super helpful with any of my questions and I wish I had caught the names of everyone else there that had helped me though the process of buying my tesla. Even after I had purchased one, they followed up with me to make sure I didn’t have any more questions or help despite the fact that I had ordered it separately even before I went by the showroom. The only warning I have would be to your pocketbook, cause you’re going to want a Tesla after you try one out.

Im interested in the Model 3 or Model S and wanted to test drive the extended range Model 3 but unfortunately that wasnt possible so I ended up walking out.

If you are wondering why the Big 3 are blocking every attempt by Tesla expand the direct to consumer model for car sales, all you need to do is visit a Tesla store. The future of energy is here and its called Tesla. All inclusive solution to harness solar energy and have it not only power your home but your vehicle. This place was eye opening and educational. A complete battery charge for about 15% of what a full tank of gas costs, way more if your vehicle uses premium fuel.

The car is a five star vehicle in every way. The sale experience was excellent, delivery was smooth, the people were all knowledgeable and nice, and the car drives and handles like a dream; but for one issue!Unfortunately, I ran over a nail and it punctured my tire. I used my Tesla app and contacted Roadside Assistance. For the first time, I am terribly disappointed. After signing a Wheel loaner agreement, immediately sent to me on line, followed by communication that service would be at my home within the hour, four hours later they arrived. The reason they arrived is because the sales manager at Tesla Fashion Valley called service for me to get them to my home. His intervention is greatly appreciated, but the experience is not.Tesla is an excellent brand; they need to get their service to the same level.

Fashion valley has the best tesla stor in Southern California. Paul is a great sales representative and provides awesome customer service.

My husband decided for his next car he wanted a model 3 so I scheduled him an appointment at the Fashion Valley Tesla store to test drive the car before purchasing. From entering the door we were immediately greeted (and the store was FULL of people!) and asked if we had any questions. We were checked in right away and while we waited to test drive the car one of the sales associates explained all the main features of the 3 and was very knowledgeable. We were then greeted by Jeannine Adams who was one of the nicest and kindest people I have ever met, truly she was such a big reason we had the most wonderful experience! I stayed with our toddler while my husband test drove the car, but was told multiple times that if I wanted to get her car seat we were more than welcome to also come with on the test drive. When my husband got back to the store we went through the purchasing process and it was so much easier than a regular car dealer. There was no haggling and going back and fourth and feeling like what you were purchasing wasn’t good enough and that you really needed to get anything “upgraded”. If you’ve ever bought a car through a regular dealer, you know exactly what I’m talking about! They make you feel as if you don’t buy all their upgrades and warranties the next day the car is going to fall apart, this was not the experience we had at Tesla, at all! Our 15 month old daughter was getting antsy at this point and really needed to get out of her stroller and walk around. No one at the store minded at all and actually every associate at the store came by and said hi to her. They even allowed me to take her into their back room to change her diaper at one point. I cannot write in words truly how wonderful our experience was here. If you are looking to purchase a Tesla or even just look around, you will not regret going into this store and talking with any one of the associates. No matter who you are they will treat you with the upmost respect!

My sister placed an order for her Model 3 on Monday. My husband placed an order for a Model Y couple days after and he forgot to put in her code for referral. So basically my family just spent almost 100k on cars and they will not give my husband his 1000 miles free supercharging (so its probably around $100 for that promotion) And their is NO WAY to do in the back end cause manager wont allow it. I called in the customer services phone number and couldnt get through to anyone ( SERIOUSLY?!!)My salesperson/advisor was absolutely no help. My text was completely ignored. The whole time I felt like my experience at Toyota dealership was way was better than this. They responded to my texts, followed up after my 30k Rav4 purchase to ask if I liked the car or not or if I had any question or concern. Nothing from Tesla. NO FOLLOW UP. NO CALL. NOTHING.For an innovative company like Tesla, I expect the buying experience is better but at the end it was a completely disappointment. My husband really wanted a Tesla and I couldnt talk him out of it. Im just worried if he ever has any problem with the car, he would be able to get help from them.Dont get me wrong, the car is cool and everything. But paying 60k for this kind of experience, definitely NOT NOT worth it to me.So, if youre thinking of buying one, THINK TWICE. And dont forget to add your referral code.

I stopped by and spent some time with John who was extremely patient and understanding of all my questions. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are even slightly considering a Tesla and it is within your means to do so. Stop by and give them a chance to really show you what the car can do.

We were warmly greeted and allowed to explore on our own with patient sales people near by to answer any question and demonstrate features. I’m blown away by the whole Tesla Purchase experience....it was amazingly smooth and quick. I wanted to surprise my wife with the Tesla 3 for the holidays (really needed it before Christmas as we had travel plans and Tesla delivered in record time) and I was not disappointed. I called the Tesla showroom at Fashion Valley and spoke with MIHAELA BROTHERS who was so helpful and professional and very knowledgeable. From the online financing application all the way to picking up the car in a location that was near to me....she explained it all and I didn’t spend hours sitting there waiting. This is the way a car buying experience should go.My wife absolutely loves it and it makes her daily commute a breeze. Rana the sales manager went out of her way to fulfill all that was promised and both Omar and Rana called me after the vehicle was delivered and made sure all my expectations were satisfied. Went in for a test drive today. Was contacted by a Tesla rep yesterday over the who thanked me for my interest and also expressed his appreciation for my Model 3 reservation while scheduling my test drive. Went in today and was greeted at the door before they knew I was there for a test drive, with a smile and a welcome. Was invited to sit down in the showroom models (Model s and Model X) and asked what brought me in etc. Test drive staff was great. Took me on a nice drive to show off the features and the power of the Model S. If you are a car enthusiast, you should definitely stop by and you should definitely schedule a test drive because the staff is friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable too. Thanks!

There were very courteous and not pushy. The have all three, model X, S, 3 with all the bells and whistles in the showroom. They also have several models available for test drive. The staff is very helpful in answering all your questions.

My co-worker and I stopped by this location this evening to find out more about Tesla vehicles because we each wanted to get one but totally ignored by the sales representatives. We were in the store for 15 minutes and none of the four employees bothered to talk to us. I approached one of them to ask a question but he was more interested in talking to the female that walked in the store after me. I guess our appearance is not worth their time. That’s alright, we rather take our business elsewhere where people are friendly and not judge us by the type of clothing we wear.

Staff was very helpful they knew everything about the car and was willing to work with us even though we were just looking. Not to pushy made you want to buy on the spot even offered a test drive because we where new to the store

My husband and were visiting on vacation a couple days ago and as soon as we stepped in this place we were greeted by the friendly staff. Kyle Lackner was awesome! He answered any questions we had and took us out on a test drive. He was nothing short of amazing! We were very pleased with our experience!

Came in due current lead times and when the state incentive may be phased out by the end of the year. I was greeted politely by the Manager(I believe her name was Kate) who was at the front. I didnt have an appointment or anything but she helped us right away and referred us to one of her wonderful tesla advisors Omar! Omar answered every question we had expertly and obtained information for us if he was unsure. We even got to test drive the model I wanted and and had a great experience, there were no sales tactics involved just an honest discussion of information, technology and price. Im really glad I was able to work with Omar and confidently order a new model 3 to be delivered before years end! Ive browsed Teslas for awhile but have always enjoyed coming to the fashion valley center than others located in San Diego and people like Omar made that experience even better.

I am a current holder of a model 3 reservation and I walked into this store to talk with someone and was completely ignored the entire time I was there ( I was in the store for about 30min). The associates were helping other people, however it was not crowded what so ever and there were multiple time when either one of them could have told me they will be with me shortly or something of the sort to even acknowledge my presence. Side note: I made intentional eye contact with each of them. Anyway, if this is how they treat their customers Id rather be a customer to a different company.

So I thought bought a Model X January 23 this year. My wife and I picked out exactly what we wanted and were told it would be in mid March. After more than two months of additional delays, it finally arrived and went to pick it up almost 4 months after ordering it.My wife was so excited she could hardly sleep last night. But today she is disappointed with no new car because Tesla will not honor the contract.When we signed the contract it was for 1.49% APR. But today the loan was 2.49%.They told me that because of Tesla’s production delays and it took so long for them to build it, I no longer qualify for 1.49%. My credit score did not drop....they just won’t honor the 1.49% anymore.We all know that a 1.49% APR is an incentive. That was one of the reasons I signed the contract. I was told if Tesla had delivered the car on time, we would still get 1.49%. However, because of their problems getting it built and delivered on time, that rate expired.I asked “Because of your companies problems in production, I have to spend thousands of dollars extra?”The answer was “Yes”.I told them I want my deposit back and we left.Who would do business like this??

No pressure from sale person. I was invisible to them. So dont expect any thing from them. If you need assistance, you need to ask. I didnt bother to talk to sales, and just went through Model S, X, and 3. I love these cars. Its just too bad theyre out of my budget.

***PRICE WILL DROP** DONT give your info to this store**There is a lot of misleading information so talk to a Tesla owner(not sales). These are typical sales tatics but its more extreme. This place warns people that you need to get this car NOW to get the tax credit etc. Forget the tax credit!! EVERY TIME the tax credit reduces the car prices to too- A LOT more. Once you give them money, they wont care.Youre just a number to meet the quota. Do your research.

It is so difficult to purchase a Tesla. EVERYTHING keeps changing! The pricing and package options for the Model 3 have been all over the place. They also continue to take away incentives which have gotten as petty as a $35 charging adapter.All things considered, I was still able to accept these changes, and after test driving 3 different cars (Model S 100D, Model 3 Standard Range Plus, and Model 3 Long Range AWD) I was finally sold on a Model 3 Long Range AWD. Once I was told I would get a free paint upgrade (blue for $1000) I finally decided to proceed. After I said, “yes, let’s do it” I was told I would have to take delivery the same day to get the paint comp. I couldn’t make this happen so they said I could transfer my deposit to another car (no paint upgrade). Later, after I put down my deposit, I was told they no longer take my two trade ins as I had discussed. Again, after I put down a deposit, I was told I would no long get the full charing kit, paint upgrade, and they would no longer accept both my trade ins. This was bs and so completely unprofessional. The sales staff didn’t even care, at all. Unlike a traditional dealership, you get nothing in writing when you put down your deposit. Thus far it has also been a nightmare getting my deposit back.These are great cars, but the sales process is horrible. If you want to buy the car out right and have a simple transaction you should be fine, but don’t throw Telsa a curve ball because they flat out suck at sales. It’s evident they have no expertise in the field of car sales and unless their sales department is up to par with the product they put out, Teslas are just not worth buying yet.

I went to check out the car. Larry was extremely friendly, cleared all the doubts patiently, helped me in test drive.
