Shout out to Miguel Soto who helped us out today. He did a great job showing us all the cars we wanted and was super patient as we chose between two vehicles. As a younger couple, there’s times when we aren’t taken seriously. It was very refreshing to work with him.

I met with Jeff and Matt on the occasions I had visited Miramar Car Center to buy a car for my daughter. They have excellent inventory with hand selected cars that are in great shape with good pricing. Both Jeff and Matt were great to work with. They do not pressure you into buying any of their cars and let you have the time to think before purchasing.The only reason this is not 5 stars is the add-on for purchasing the GPS tracker that I do not need. I understand its part of making a profit for the car sales place, but it cant be forced upon the customers.

They did show me the car around. But when I said I want to test drive it. They said bring a cashier’s check then I will be given the opportunity to test drive a vehicle I want to purchase. So I should buy the car then test drive it, meaning if there is a hidden mechanical issue, I would be able to find out after I purchased the car. That is nonsense for the reason to have a dealership. You guy can just go online like Vroom or Shift. Plus Vroom or Shift both offer some sort of return if you end up don’t like the car.In addition, price listed on their website is not ACCURATE. They will charge you 995 dollars of some useless gps device, which is a markup. Because you only need those devices if you are driving a Ferrari or Lamborghini, which the dealership doesn’t have. So, if you are rich enough and able to anticipate that the car you want from them is flawless, then go and buy it. Otherwise, check some other places out.

Matt Dacasin is by far one best individuals I have met throughout the whole process of hunting for a vehicle. I have purchased and been to so many dealers that I have found the one that every dealer should try to replicate. Matt is a master of his craft and will make sure you are getting the vehicle that is the best fit for you. No pressure sales tactics or bait and switch. Talk to Matt! Hes a great guy with a lot of energy and excellent communication. The finance team is on point as well. Applied for a loan for a car on their lot, was approved, and they held the car for me while I flew in from Denver. They serviced the vehicle as well and a nice wash and wax job was applied as well! Test drive went perfect and drove the car home to Denver with the top down!

After months of looking for a car, I randomly stopped in MCC and couldn’t have been happier. Miguel Soto the sales man was respectful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would have rated 0 stars, but that isnt an option.Beware the hidden fee, like the approximately $1,000 car-tracking system cost not included in the advertised price of the car wed wanted but that we would have been forced to pay to buy the car. Thats not to mention the rude finance manager & disingenuous salesman who led us to believe he would offer us a better deal than advertised on his dealers car to prevent our looking at another car we were considering. (What can I do to get you to not go look at the other car?)

Rude, unprofessional and unorganized. I went to go check out a car I had seen on Auto Trader, Jeff was the sales person assisting me. He was asking the usual questions trying to gauge if I was a serious buyer or a tire kicker while looking over the vehicle and explaining the features as all good sales man should. I let him know I was pre-approved and was ready to buy. Jeff went to get assistance with getting the car out for the test drive and who ever he spoke with said he would not move the vehicle unless Im buying today. I was in car sales and I didnt car if the car that someone wanted to test drive was buried behind 6 other cars I would do what ever necessary to make it happen and make the sale. You lost this sale Miramar Auto Center, I booked a test drive with Shift.com and got great service

Thought I got my dream car and got a nightmare.Had a damaged gas line that was fixed with a Zip tie.didnt work, gas all over a hot motor. not good.they had it repaired and and the next day a check engine lightcame on and now the Jeep in in the shop (not theirs) and dontknow when they can fix it. Computer has errors now.take the time and have their cars checked by an outsideshop before you plunk down thousands at this place.and i put one star, because it would not let me post with none.

Bought a used car here on 1/31/2021 and traded in my old one. Apparently, even though they have you fill out change of ownership form for your trade-in and tell you “they’ll handle it”, they don’t. Still getting renewal paperwork from DMV. When I contacted them, they claimed that there is no transfer sent when they hold the car in inventory and to just fill out the renewal papers using their name! Be very careful with these guys on trade-ins. Just checked Auto Trader and the car is still listed. If the car had been involved in an accident, I could have been held liable. I completed a transfer online, but it’s been a few months. Had the renewal not come due, it could have been this way for a year!

MILITARY BEWARE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!!! I purchased a vehicle from here and although my salesman was extremely nice and helpful, I wouldnt return or recommend this place to anyone. They add on a lot of dealer fees and try to pressure you into buying an extended warranty. I purchased from them and the car allegedly had a clean title with no accidents. I went to register my vehicle in Florida because it is my home of residence and this is when things got bad. They wouldnt assist me or the dmv with getting the required pw needed. Turns out the vehicle had a significant amount of damage and was vandalized but they never reported that to me nor was it on the car report they provided me with. I then wanted to cancel the warranty and they have me the run around and was extremely rude about it. I had to go directly through the warranty company to get them to be the middle man and help me get this done. The customer service took a complete turn when they felt they were losing money or things werent going their way. I would never go back or send anyone thefd.

Miguel has been super helpful with every car we have had to buy. He is very attentive and knowledgeable. We have bought 3 cars in total from this lot and we will definitely continue to keep coming back. Our family seriously loves the service here.

Found a car I liked and made an appointment to test drive. After the test drive I took a few days to decide then called Matt at the location. Made an offer and he got it approved by the owner. Filled out the credit application online and set up a time to fill out paperwork to purchase the car with Matt the next day. Received a text message that the credit looked good and was approved for the amount plus the terms. One hour later I received a text that the car was sold. Not sure how the car could be sold when I was in the process of buying it and you ran my credit for the car. I feel things were done a little shady and could not get Matt to call me back again.

I just purchased a 2016 Mercedes Sprinter Van 3500 from Zack at Miramar Car Center. Im from Washington State and purchased this vehicle based on the pictures on the website and my salespersons recommendation. That salesperson was Zack and this guy was nothing but 100% honest with me from the start. He was candid about the pros and cons of the vehicle and assured me the van was in great shape. Wow he wasnt kidding! I just got back from the 1300 mile drive from southern California and was thoroughly impressed with the vehicle!! It literally runs and drives like a dream. I know this is an effusive review but when you buy a car site unseen and its better than expected you feel beyond relief. The negotiation was fair and we both got a good deal. I can say 100% that Id trust Zack, Peter and the guys at MCC. Thanks again guys for a great buying experience!!

They are not pushy, they were all in good spirits with one another and my personal sales rep Miguel Cruz was very helpful and friendly towards me the whole time. He made my sit there 100 times better than other dealerships I had been to.When it came time to dealing with money the manager Peter took his time to explain everything to me and helped me overcome some personal challenges. I was in and out quickly, the last time I bought I car at a different dealer I was there for HOURS. That being said, I wasnt rushed. I went in with cash and spent a little over 13 thousand for a jeep from these guys i had it less than a year and the car is bad already needs a new engine so i called to see what i could do to see if they could help me and the manager tells me how long did you expect it to last wow ..... Super shady they definitely hide things and lie about their vehicles .... He told me it was a clean title but Im pretty sure its salvage he just bought it out of state and put a lien on it so that it could become clean ... Please watch out these guys fuked me so bad the money that i used to purchase this vehicle was insurance money from a vehicle that i was in an accident in that i was not at fault for so that car got ruined and here we are in the same boat just didnt think a dealership would do this to me

Was going to buy a car from these guys out of state sight unseen. Red Porsche Cabriolet, was ecstatic to find this car since I was born in LaJolla and my dad purchased his red 1959 Porsche Convertible D in SanDiego at a used lot in the 70s when he was a Charger. So I thought it was meant to be. Alas at the last minute Zach gave me a call. Let me know there was an issue with the car and didnt feel comfortable selling it to me with the issue. He could have just shipped it to me broken, saved me a bunch of money and a headache. Very Honest I would definitely recommend these guys. We purchased a 2012 Acura here. Staff was not pushy at all and up front and honest. After purchasing the car we realized the rear head rests were missing and when we asked about them they purchased them from eBay or somewhere and provided at their expense. Overall satisfied with the vehicle and the people at MCC.

Went in looking to buy a car with good MPG and found a 2012 Fiat in perfect condition. The service was great and was in and out the door faster then any other dealership Ive ever been to. Had a variety of cars to choose from definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Was looking for Mercedes or Lexus after finding this dealership I realized that they specialize on these products so I made a trip down there all their car were clearly marked down with red tags I was greeted by real nice young man by the name Q he spent hour showing me 5 different cars till I finally settled on a beautiful Lexus Gs350 with no hassle they worked out my financing and 45 min later I was driving in my new gorges Lexus . Great price great service these guys are awesome.

Bought a honda accord from them an year and a half back with 35k miles on it and hasnt given any trouble till now. The paperwork and other stuff didnt take much hassles and they were happy to deliver the vehicle at my house as I was a new driver. Was in a hurry to buy the vehicle so couldnt do much negotiations in terms of price else for all other reasons I would recommend it.

I call this place about a car that is available. Ask the dude if they have any Labor Day deal. Straight out of the back the dude say if you looking for deal go some where else. My wife and I were very angry at there costumer service. When we get their, the sell man were very inexperienced and impatient. We also trying to do a trade but they try to low ball us w/ 4k on the car price. We decided to leave the place and the dude run out and tell us he can give us extra 500$ on the car. We say no and left. We went to another place find a same car with all the tech load but 4k cheaper and lest miles on the car that they have. and we were able to sell our car w/ higher price

I bought my lightly used Kia Sportage from Miramar Car Center in 2010. It was my first buying experience, and it was SO seamless thanks to Art Molina! I expected a long, hair-pulling day, but it was easy, smooth, and didnt take nearly as long as I expected. Art was super helpful and friendly, and there was no pressure.Just last week, I had to have a taillight replaced- Art ordered it for me right away, and then had me come in the next morning to get it installed. Such excellent service. I am not a fan of cars in general, and especially not of car problems, but working with Art at Miramar has been a delight!

They were very nice and helped me look at a few cars and the one I picked was the cheapest for 100 miles!

My sister recently moved to San Diego from out of state was looking for a used hybrid. MCC had a 2013 Ford C-Max Energi that we were interested in, so we went to check it out. Joe (the sales rep that we worked with) was waiting outside in his Padres hat. He was more than willing to show us around the car and take it for a test drive. Joe was very friendly and welcoming. There was ZERO pressure to buy -- his first priority was to make sure we liked the car. Joe and the manager (Peter) were very accommodating and held the car for us overnight while they charged it (its a plug-in hybrid). We met them the following day and test drove the car again (electric-mode only) to make sure the battery still had some life in it. We were happy with the cars performance and decided to buy it!During the purchasing process, there was no pressure to buy an extended warranty or any other bells and whistles. They offered us the very reasonable price listed on Autotrader (plus standard title/taxes/fees). The financial manager, Art, was equally personable and low-pressure. He took the time to clearly go through all the paperwork and did not try to sell us extra coverage (some folks like having it on used cars, but we opted not to buy it).Overall, working with MCC was a pleasure (which is rare to say for a used car dealership). Since 2008 I have purchased 3 cars from this dealer. The first two cars, Audi A6 2004 and Infiniti M35 2007, I purchased from their office in Kearny Mesa in 2008 and 2010. My recent experience with them, I was looking for BMW 328i and yes, I found the best deal at MCC, was good as I always expect from Peter and his team. Even after the purchasing, Peter has never left me alone if any minor problem comes up. Keep in mind, you are buying a used car and the best way to protect your investment is to buy an extended warranty for the car. Having the warranty purchased from Peter, I did not have any problem with the insurance provider. My overall experience with this dealership is only positive and I will recommend it to all my friends.

I came in looking for an 2015 is350 fsport and bought a 2014 gs350 fsport instead. The staff was no hassel and told it straight. They put my wifes fears at rest about buying from a used car lot.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I went to trade in my car last week and found out my vin# was salvage. Bogus carfax given to me when i purchased a used car from the owner of the dealership. It was in a horrible accident before i bought the car. Buyer beware!!!!!
