The best practice is to get any vehicle checked out, run a compression check, drop the oil and check it and buy a warranty. We thought buying a used agency vehicle would mean getting a vehicle that was well maintained, thats not the case. The only thing that saved us on our purchase was an extended warranty and our engine mechanic. The truck blew the engine before 3 months and less then 3,000 miles. The final verdict cost nearly $6,000 to rebuild and the warranty company covered $5,000 on a $500 warranty.

These guys are great! I love their location and have a very nice set up. I recently purchased a Nissan sentra and I couldn’t be happier. Gabe really helped me out when it came to making sure I was satisfied with the purchase. He went above and beyond to ensure the deal went smoothly. I highly recommend Online Auto Group for your go to Used Car Dealer!

I have been very happy with Online Auto Group. We have purchased at least 8 vehicles from them over the last several years. Because these trucks are always sold as-is I make sure to take any trucks over to my mechanic to have an evaluation done. They have helped me to arrange these evaluations, and have even driven the trucks to my mechanic.I have bought trucks from numerous dealers in the past, but once I started working with Online Auto Group, I have not gone anywhere else since. I have checked out a couple other ones in the past, but have never been happy with the pricing or service that the other dealers offer.I strongly suggest you take a look at Online Auto Group if you are looking to buy used vehicles. You will be treated well and get a fair price for whatever you are looking for.

I am not sure why others had issues with Online Auto Group as I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. I found a truck that I liked and negotiated a very fair deal that I thought was under blue book for a truck that looked brand new but was 8 years old. They did all the DMV work for me so I didnt need to deal with that and am very very happy I came here. The owner DJ personally called me to follow up and make sure my experience was positive. They get trucks and vans from Cal Trans and SDGE that have been properly maintained which made me feel even more comfortable.

I have been a customer of online auto since I started my business in 2006, purchasing my first truck from them a, 2004 Ford F250. Since that time we have purchased 8-vehicles from them, everything from ford rangers, to dump trucks so when it was time to purchase another truck, we called on Online Auto. After looking at another Ford, this time a larger F550 diesel dump truck, everything seemed operational the truck started up, and drove ok, though had some visible leakage; that they agreed to fix.Working from our past history of over 11 years we purchased without getting the vehicle looked at. Our BIGGEST Mistake, and one I will regret, and remember for a very long time.We had placed about 100 miles on the truck, all seemed to be working ok, and then it happened. It started up in the morning, we drove it to a local supply yard, a few miles away, shut it off and it would not start. It cranked though would not start, it had fuel in it, and it was just running. I called Online Auto told them the truck would not start, and it was sitting in a supply yard, I asked if they had any thoughts as to why it wouldnt start. I guess I was expecting a bit more help, like let me send you a tow, or have the truck brought here so we can look at it. What I got was anything but that.We had the vehicle towed to a local repair shop, the next day they did some initial testing, and found the batteries were worn down (probably from us cranking to start it) and were not producing enough cranking power, they also found a very dirty air filter, and a cracked serpentine belt, and various leaks. Maintenance items one would like to believe would be changed when making a large purchase such as this. So after replacing the batteries, the truck started. They drove it a few miles, and brought it back to their shop. Went to start it, and the truck wouldnt start, I called online auto again, and let them know that the truck started then wouldnt start, again no offer from them to help or even asking us to transfer the truck to them, nothing.I explained they were going to have to do further testing, to determine the cause. After I authorized the diagnostic costs, they found the engine had an internal leakage problem. The costs to make these repairs were almost 4k, I called Online Auto again, very upset that we had just purchased this vehicle, and were now looking at another 4-9k to make it operational. They came back to me and said how come you brought it there, why didn’t you bring it to us, I was like excuse me I called you the day it happened, you did not offer to help, and I’ve kept you up to speed this entire time.Online sent a manager, or maybe he is the owner DJ to the repair facility, a few days after my last call. DJ called me and said they would cover the parts to fix the truck, but not the labor since I took it to another repair shop, and not to them. I said you never asked me to bring the truck to you, there was no offer from you to even look at the truck. I asked them again to cover the repairs the truck needed to make it operational; after all we just paid 19k for a running truck, and had a working relationship with them for over 11-years.We then received an email stating that, we purchased an AS IS vehicle (which is true) and we were offered an extended warranty (Which is untrue) though Online would cover the parts, to make the truck run. After several back and forth emails, I said fine the truck is at WOW Automotive If you care to help, connect with them. It would turn out that there offer to replace the worn, and broken parts were for aftermarket and not original Ford Parts. The mechanics at WOW strongly discouraged the use of aftermarket parts for this type of internal repair, and so we were left with paying the entire invoice ourselves. $8,441.79Buyer Beware!! Do not purchase without having someone look at it first! Do not trust Online Auto Group, they are only looking out for themselves. If you care about the value of your hard earned money take your business elsewhere, I wish we had.

We bought a truck for our business & it broke a month later, it cost us almost $1,000 to fix it, no wonder they sell trucks as is no warranty, also we had the same problem with the DMV paperwork, at the end I had to do it my self, but even when I did it my self , they send me an ivoice for $80.00 for DMV paperwork.I do not recomend this dealership.
