Not happy with service being red McCombs I expected better. Went in looking for a second car I already have my family vehicle a 2020 outlander. With 3rd row seating and all. Even arrived in it. I got out and the vehicles they tried showing me before even getting my info where two cars that had clearly been in accidents. Rear tail light not mounted properly and dark rusted rotors second car was sitting on a spare tire and fender was falling off. And they wanted over 15k for both. Terrible. Very disappointed. Will not be wasting my time with this company again

I applied for 1 car and they made several (7 inquiries) on my credit report dropping my score by 19 points, for those who do not know,this can make your credit account look suspicious to potential lenders (limiting their competition) as well as stay on your credit for the next two years.

I will NEVER purchase nor reccomend Red McCombs. They ran our credit before we even gave them consent too. They tried to sell us a 45,000 truck when it blue books at around 20,000. Makayla straight lied by saying its a soft hit when asked about running our credit. It is a HARD hit! People go somewhere else!

Awful experience with Jose. Our teenage son bought a car here that imploded 25 minutes after he drove away. Once it was towed off the highway, we found no oil in the engine and all fluids expelled to the ground. The tactics the salesman used were questionable. He excepted a down payment from our son to hold the car, but then instructed our son to bring cash. What was that about? Once my husband and I got involved, we expected your typical used car salesmen, but this guy was much worse. I know mccombs employs people like Jose to sale to a certain demographic, but he is a bad reflection on the whole operation.....
