He is friendly polite comfortable to be with and really knows his product. He put me in the car of my dreams. Never pushed me. He was like a best friend. Just moved to Boerne from the Houston area and had my first service experience at Dominion Lexus (the 25k service for my LS500). The service rep John was fantastic and very personable. My car was serviced quickly and cleaned as well. The amenities were nice while I waited. John also gave me a tour of your beautiful facility since that was my first visit there - it looks like a hunting lodge in the mountains, very nice! It was a great overall experience!

Purchasing a car from North Park Lexus at Dominion with their salesperson, Said, was the easiest shopping experience Ive ever had for a car. I never felt overly pressured to buy the used vehicle, but at the same time, Said did a good job pointing out features of the car I appreciated. They let me put a refundable deposit down to hold the vehicle while my mechanic came in the next day to inspect it, and everything checked out fine. The icing on the cake was when they drove the car to me all the way in Austin and picked up my trade-in. Everyone there was pleasant to work with. I will shop here first the next time I intend on buying a car.

I absolutely love this dealership. Every time I go up there the staff makes me feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of, even if it’s at 7am or 6pm. I ask a ton of questions, especially when getting my car serviced and the service team is never bothered or too busy to quickly respond and get me the answers I need. I have mainly been taken care of by Rico over the years but the entire team is always friendly and so helpful.

Purchased Lexy my 2014 Lexus GS430 from Joe at North Park Lexus at Dominion. Absolutely beautiful car. It truly is like new. Perfect interior..... even smells new! Great mileage. Awesome car. The dealership is gorgeous. Was a first-class experience buying the car all the way around. My only complaint is that I expressed that I wanted to put down a sizable down payment and finance the rest. It wasnt until I was sitting with my cosigner the next day that Frank the finance guy told us it would be next to impossible for them to find someone to finance a 14-year-old car. I feel I should have been told that upfront. I ended up paying cash for the car and drove away a proud Lexus owner in the end. However, that could have been a deal stopper for someone else. Overall, I would highly recommend North Park to anyone who wants to purchase a new or used Lexus!

My service experience has always been stellar, Brian is an awesome service advisor, I never have to worry about anything with regards to my car and suggested maintenance. He is that honest, 100% without a doubt.My sales experience in December 2019 was great, it was fair and I came away with the best sales experience Ive ever had (and Ive bought a lot of cars over the years from multiple different manufacturers). My husband and I bought a vehicle for him recently and it reminded me how much more exceptional Lexus was in many regards, not that the buying experience was bad at the other dealer, but overall with some time after the sale, Lexus still impresses with their continued care long after the sale.It feels like you are genuinely family, at least for me.

Our entire experience at the dealership was wonderful. It started with Vanessa at the front desk. Her personality makes you feel immediately welcome and like a top priority. Simply the best service experience anywhere across any industry! Having owned several high end vehicles in the past, no one compares in my opinion. Our Service Advisor (Arielle) was great as usual and the service experience is always top notch. Everything from the initial greeting by the valet staff upon arrival to the service bay, to the customer refreshment area, to the video walkthrough from the service tech and finally the completion of the repair, our needs are always met and expectations exceeded. Had a fantastic experience with North Park and their sales rep Cooper. I was buying from out of state, the process was easy and flawless. Minus the shipping. Cooper even gave me a referral for shipping which I chose not to use because of the price. But you get what you pay for. DO NOT use Montway shipping. Horrible experience. Finally got the car and it was in even better condition than I expected. Cooper was a true professional and helped me in any way he could. They also had the best deal I could find for the convertible mustang I had been searching for for over 3 months. If I could give 6 stars I would. Highly recommend even if you live out of state!

I’ve been waiting for my license plate for months. Been driving with expired plates now. Getting the run around from sales guy Eduardo. The car is still under the someone else’s name and no one knows what’s going on. They were quick to sale you a car but the back end of things they are the worst about it. I hope I don’t get pulled over. Last thing I want is to give city officials a reason to be pulled over. And per the city of Austin there is no delays so stop using that excuse.

I went in to Lexus Dominion for maintenance on my 2020 ES Lexus, Nikko was great. While I waited Fernie noticed I was looking at vehicles, and came up to me and I mentioned I loved the RED interior vehicles. He immediately handed me keys to take a drive while I waited for my car. Well I was sold immediately, his professionalism was outstanding. He introduced me to Mike who went over all the electronics on vehicle and set it all up for me explaining everything. Brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and was informed my alignment had failed inspection. Due to tires being fairly new and the alignment failure was minor and had not caused any uneven wear yet, decided to fix it before it got worse. While waiting was informed there were a few others getting an alignment and only one tech available, they put me in a loaner. When I returned I noticed on the drive home the slight play in the steering wheel was gone and also the minor vibration was gone. I had assumed it was road conditions and Due to the GX model being on a truck frame. First experience with a luxury auto dealership, definitely a night and day difference from the Big 3 Ive dealt with in the past. Felt like I was a customer who mattered!

Great dealership. The service department really takes care of you. I had scheduled maintenance due as well as an issue of a recall. Since it took a couple of days I was given a loaner car. Since I am not in San Antonio, Arielle was very accommodating and let me drop my car there and get the loaner on Saturday. When the vey was ready they let you know and send a video! The entire process was great. They make you feel special!

I hate the process of buying a car which is why my husband and I always call James Garza at North Park Lexus at Dominion. James is not pushy, knows how to listen, and I never feel like I am engaged in some weird psychological warfare exercise. We have bought four cars from James and never once has he tried to sell us something that was not exactly what we wanted and he has never pressured us when we just were not ready. He values our time and when we do buy, we show up and he has everything ready so we are in and out in less than two hours. Arielle Alvarado in the service department is equally outstanding and has taken care of every single one of our service needs for the past 6 years including me calling in a panic because I dont know what a light on my dash means or because I managed to get a nail in my tire. I was highly disappointed with my experience here. I went to this dealership with a few different models in mind from research. The visit started out fine with the salesman mentioning a few vehicles he would like to show me. We first visited a newly available IS F sport, which I was very interested in. When I asked to test drive the vehicle, the salesman became very pushy and stated I could only drive it if I was VERY SERIOUS about purchasing the vehicle because those who buy want low miles on it. I felt very uncomfortable and deflected by saying Id like to see the other model I mentioned (RX FSport) and test drive that and maybe circle back. When we went to drive that vehicle the salesman talked so much about the car that when I tried to interject and ask a question, he spoke over me. At this point I was done. At the end I told him I would like to go home and think it over with my family, to which the salesman scoffed at and said the vehicles would be sold by the end of the day. I persisted that I could always order and was not in a rush to get a car today or even in the next month. The salesman stated again that both vehicles would be sold by the end of the day.I do not plan to return.Lexus of NorthPark-you have very nice vehicles and a seemingly very high track record considering you have five-star reviews here. Unfortunately, I think I may be the one in the bunch that had a negative experience. Please teach some of your salesmen to let the vehicle sell itself a little and to listen a little better or ask more questions of the potential customer.

I brought my car in for a scheduled maintenance service and while I was there I also notified my service advisor (Rico) of other issues I encountered. Rather than most service advisors I have used he came out a little rude. He made it seem like if I were making up things just to get my car looked at thoroughly for no reason at all. I have a 3 year warranty on the vehicle and when I was talking to him he countered with everything I would have to pay out of pocket. This is my third Lexus and my first and probably last time I use this location. I have used San Pedro in the past with no complaints guess I will use them from now on. So disappointing 😞

Prakash is the BEST Sales consultant we have EVER worked with! We met up with him mid-way through our journey to find a sporty but luxury SUV. He understood my needs and didnt pressure us on the initial test drive. I still had several other brands I needed to check off my list. At Lexus Dominion in San Antonio, the customer service in the Service Department is second to none! Richard, Brian, Kim, and Sharon are outstanding employees. I’ve had a Lexus since 1994 and the service department is what keeps me coming back! I have the 2007 GS450h that was featured in the Neiman Marcus Christmas Catalog. Mine is numbered “75 of 75!” She is lavender and her license plate says, “Cloud 9!”

I just want to share an amazing experience that I have had at Lexus North Park Dominion. As I arrived I was greeted by a nice young man whose name is Cooper! I had a wonderful experience I was not sure exactly what I wanted I thought I was when I got there but with all the beautiful cars I had to test drive others. Cooper was so patient with me he took me around and let me test drive whatever I wanted. To say the least I did go back to the original one, but that was no problem Cooper made it all happen! Once I had made up my mind he got the ball rolling and he went to bat for me when I needed it! I have to say this was the best experience Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle and I am so happy with my purchase! Also shout out to Chris Nichols finance mgr for making it all happen!❤

Excellent customer service! This is my favorite car dealership so far. As a lexus car owner you have access to complimentary amenities such as free Starbucks inside, free car washes on your car, and you can get a mani and massage while waiting for service. About out to Mike Hagee as a salesman. He is great and takes your concerns in hand.
