I would like to let all individuals know that Auto Blvd has changed my past and future experiences knowing that Michael the owner is a person with dignity and honesty. He as a owner reversed a transaction due to my misunderstanding and allowed me to see that he was not a person out for money but for his clientele. Being Hispanic it is good to see buisness owners who truly value their clients.

Buyer beware! I recently purchased a vehicle sight unseen, boy was this the wrong dealership to enter into a buyers agreement with sight unseen. For starters when the vehicle arived it had 1000 miles more than the odometer disclosure said, the overall condition was a lot rougher than was disclosed. I was promised a full multi point inspection, auto detail and full of fuel. Of course none of this was done.. The dipstick was rusted in the tube and hadnt been removed in some time. The oil hadnt been changed, floorboard was filthy and had 1/4 tank of gas. The finance manager would not make it right with me, hence the bad reveiw. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your next vehicle purchase

I had bought my F150 from Auto Blvd a few years ago and decided to go back. Awesome staff! Alex took care of us and he was very knowledgeable of the vehicles. Bought a vehicle for my wife. We had a minor problem with the vehicle and Alex went out of his way to take care of it. Excellent customer service! Working with Kevin and Alex was a breeze when searching for my next Corvette. Coming from Dallas I had been looking for a specific color and model of a Z06 and when I found it at Auto Blvd I had to inquire. The process from beginning to end was seamless. Kevin and Alex took care of everything from sending pictures/videos to arranging enclosed transportation to Dallas. Came in today to look for a car and the sign said to wait outside that a salesman would come out to greet you. Well I waited over 30 minutes and no one said one word to me. I had 2 salesman walk in and out and couldn’t even tell me they’d be right with me. Poor service.

We saw that they were listed under the preferred dealers with USAA and saw nothing but stellar reviews. We purchased our van on May 15 and have yet to receive our plates. We leave for tour this Friday and the temporary tag expires midway through our tour, so when we inquired about the plates the individual we spoke to was rude and unhelpful. We are thankful to Micheal (hence the three stars instead of one or two) for getting our plates to us as fast as he could once we brought it to his attention. Their three month warranty sounds great and no other dealer in San Antonio offers it, so naturally, we were happy about it. Unfortunately, when we brought the van in about issues that were supposed to be covered under the warranty they were not fixed. The battery was also replaced with a used battery that was already low and they used an over sized bolt with too many washers for the positive terminal, and when we told them the tie rod boots needed to be replaced because they were torn, they simply told us that was from them over lubricating the tie rods. They offered to fix the problems covered under the warranty, so long as we purchase the parts (which is wrong because parts are covered as well). We already purchased a new battery with the correct size bolt and will be replacing the tie rod boots once we return from tour. All in all, our experience wasnt too terrible. Obviously, you get what you get in a used car, however, the 3-month warranty only covers so much, but again, theyre the only ones (that we know of) that offer this in San Antonio. Just like with any other used-car dealership, just go in with a bit of skepticism and it helps to bring along a mechanic friend and/or family member.

I have been in sales my entire life and would rather go to the dentist than buy a new car. However, I was lucky enough to meet with Alex. Ive met a lot of sales people in my life and Alex is one of the rare ones. He greeted me, asked how he could help, and wasnt pushy at all. He asked a few questions and actually paid attention to the answers and took time to fully understand what exactly I was looking for. He gave me some great information and his attitude and personality made the whole process easy. He personally saw to it that my new car went through detail, got my trade vehicle parked next to the new one so I could transfer my belongings into the new one. But not only that, got a bag to put things in and HELPED ME move things. Start to finish, couldnt be happier with the whole experience.

Alex helped me get a lifted F-150 limited during the pandemic. He was beyond amazing. We worked out the numbers over the phone, came in to finish the trade in, and was out the door easily. Alex had a mask on the whole time, was fine working outside and was super conscientious about being clean and making me comfortable. I felt safe the whole time and on top of all that the deal was fair and easy.

Joey (sales agent) approach me as I walked around the car lot introduce himself and was super nice! He was upfront and did not hassle me. He worked with what I had to put down on the car (which wasn’t very much being a single-mother). That night I was able to walk out with a nice used affordable first car (low monthly payment) for my daughter with a warranty! Mike (dealership owner) was equally as nice and easy to talk with! He even personally inspected the car before we left the lot and filled up the tank. He informed my daughter to bring the car back for an oil change so she can now be update on future oil changes (reminding her every 3,000 miles). I will definitely recommend this location to my family and friends.

I bought a 2014 Ford Edge from them back in October. It had 100,000 miles on it so naturally I ask what problems it has, the salesman John said “oh it doesn’t have any issues. Everything works great.” Well it doesn’t because my check engine light came on like two weeks after I bought it for emissions. The cap-less gas tank doesn’t seal properly. Also the entire front end needs to be rebuilt, the back up camera is UPSIDE DOWN. That was obviously one they tried to hide since it was backed into a space when I test drove it. I haven’t bought a car in a long time so my fault for not checking first, but I would have liked to at least KNOW ABOUT THE ISSUES IT HAS. I love the car because of the make/model, but the salesman I had neglected to inform me of the issues they obviously knew it had. I tried calling a couple of weeks after I bought it and had to leave a message letting John know I was not happy and they never returned my call. This place just seems very unprofessional, I have learned my lesson and will throughly check any future vehicles I purchase since I cannot count on the salesman to be honest with me and let me know what work it needs done.

Visited this location interested in a 2009 Tahoe that was listed. Spoke with a representative and asked him upfront if any underlying issues were known and needed to be addressed for I scheduled an appointment for a mechanic to over look the vehicle. I assured him any obvious work needing attention would be seen by the mechanic, therefore lets be honest and not waste each others time. He rest assured the vehicle was well took care of and auto Blvd takes pride in their inventory and work done by their shop. Took the vehicle to Midas, 5 minutes into the inspection, main rear seal leak, rotors were worn,a catalytic converter was removed (which is FEDERAL emission law restricted). I paid 89.99 for an inspection that literally Stevie wonder could have preformed. WASTE OF TIME ,ENERGY AND OF COURSE MY EXPENSE. All this could had been avoided if he were honest enough to tell me there are issue that need attention, in which I would had respected more. But instead, auto Blvd hoped those issues wouldnt be found. I understand the name of the game in the auto selling industry, but damn auto Blvd dont make it so easy for those that are willing to take the time and money to assure theyre purchasing a decent vehicle. May had been one bad apple in the bunch, but that was my experience, AUTO BLVD DO BETTER PLEASE. CONSUMERS DESERVE IT.

Be careful of the owner and finance manager. Had a great experience with the salesman we used. Agreed on all terms and had an agreed upon hand written we-owe for a replacement of a cracked dash. Due to COVID only one person was allowed in the finance office at a time so when the finance manager got the hand written we-owe, he changed it from replacing a cracked dash to repairing the dash. Slipped in the new we-owe docs in the stack of docs and trashed the one we signed and agreed to. Unfortunately did not catch the switch and signed stack of docs without reviewing further (our bad on that as we know to always read everything before signing). Went back to have the dash replaced as agreed. Spoke to our salesman and he was expecting the replacement. He called later in the day, very concerned, that the dash wasnt replaced just repaired via a cheap cover. He knew that wasnt what we agreed to and tried to find the original we-owe, even took it to the owner and indicated that this is not what we agreed to. His response was simply that is how we handle all cracked dashes. He didnt care that wasnt what his salesman had agreed to. Very much a known scam they pull between the owner and the finance manager to change the salesmans we-owe to something else and make sure not to tell anyone.

Ive bought about 4-5 cars in 4 states over 15 years and just made a purchase at Auto Blvd. It was the most relaxed/pressure free experience of my life. This place is amazing. I work pretty late hours and they still gave me the time to not only inspect the car but, to also test drive it. They are so kind and amazing its unbelievable!
