The couple who own the car lot were nice in person and polite. My wife bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla. On her second day of driving it, on highway 410, the grill went flying off my car! She went back and got it, called Robert (the owner), and he got it put back on. They originally told her that there was nothing wrong except for this plastic piece on the front of the passenger wheel (just cosmetic nothing crazy). After driving it through a car wash the front medallion came off so she went and got it after finishing the car wash. She didn’t buy a new medallion, she just glued it back onto the car. She also found out at this time that my passenger side mirror was broken and they had just put it on there loosely without even properly securing it. The high-pressure jets from the car wash were enough to knock it off.Shortly after having the car she noticed that the radio would not work sometimes and we thought that maybe it was just a bad connection. We werent too worried about it, because sometimes when you buy a used car it’s going to have cosmetic issues so while the mirror, grill, medallion, and radio were annoying, we figured that we could deal with it. She works from home so she really just needed the car to get our kids to their appointments with the doctors and to drop them off and pick them up from school. The car was 10,000+ dollars and she put 1400 down as an initial payment.What was NOT ok was when after only driving it less than 2000 miles that it broke down on the side of the road and it appears to be needing a new alternator and possibly a new computer. She did call When the car broke down she did leave a voicemail never heard back from anyone. Shes only had the car for two months, and had only driven it about 2000 miles in that whole time. This is our experience so far, and it has not been a good experience. They have incentives for you to refer people and encourage others to go there, but we can’t in good conscience refer anyone to this place. Not after our bad experience.

Had a very pleasant experience. Vehicle I purchased was roomy and super clean inside. Super polite and felt very comfortable. They explained all the finance options and went thru all the paperwork in detail. Love the place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality car/truck at a place you can trust.

Bad customer service, bad experience, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.Basically when I showed up I wasn’t even given the chance to walk more than 5 steps before being interrogated by the lady taking out the trash (think her name was Maria or smth like that). She asked me and my friend for our names and started addressing him what he was looking for. Already terrible start assuming who the customer was, mind you the whole time she barely looked at me and would address my friend. She asked if I would be financing or purchasing, I said financing. Then she asked abt my income and I explained with covid I lost my job and my door dashing as my main income. She replied, “We don’t sell to you. Doordash, Uber, Uber Eats, you put too many miles on the car” , exact and direct quote. I was dumbfounded at that point. Who just openly says that, obviously the cars are all meant to break down within a few months with that logic. I replied that regardless of door dash that I need a reliable car and asked if they sold reliable cars, she ignored me and basically was shooing me away at this point saying “you don’t have income we don’t sell to you” . Never even knew how much money I had, nothing. She just assumed I was poor and dumb bc I look young. The most infuriating part was that she was trying to address my friend the entire time and she made it a point to say goodbye to only him. I wouldn’t recommend this place, if you do go take a reputable mechanic that you trust bc obviously something fishy is going on with these vehicles.
