Ive been with Alert 360 for sometime. Theyve always offered good products and service. Recently upgraded my system and there was a little mishap with drilling into a water line in a very unlikely place. They made sure everything was good and repaired and I am very pleased with their service and I will continue to use them for years to come.

We’ve been Alert360 customers for over three years and have been very happy with our service. We feel Alert360 has competitive prices and great customer service. We just recently had two more cameras installed to our existing video system, and a new motion sensor. Mr. Keith Harris was our salesman and he was honest, straightforward, and eager to help with a great deal that my wife and I could not pass up. Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of the two installers, but they were world class as well. Very pleased with our experience and will continue to be loyal customers.

My recent experience with Alert 360 started with Keith Harris who had excellent reviews on our Nextdoor app for our home community. I contacted him for a system upgrade since mine was very basic . He was very pleasant , receptive and accommodating to find the best upgrade package for me to fit my needs . He did not try to pressure or sales pitch me into a expensive system which told me he was here to meet my needs.Secondly the install crew Christopher arrived promptly today as scheduled . He explained all he was going to install and quickly and efficiently did so . Then he took me through each device and explained all for my use and answered all my questions . He was very courteous , proficient and knowledgeable on all devices and cared about customer satisfaction before he left .I highly recommend Alert 360 to meet your security monitoring needs . They are up to date with home monitoring modalities yet less expensive than many other competitors.

Very helpful and actually listened to me and addressed my problem. The technician even fixed an old problem that I had so very pleased with the service. The app could be better there is to much of a delay in the notifications.

The technicians were prompt and courteous. Kept me informed of the job status. Only complaint I have is that no one provided me with the intruction manual whcih I .am still in need of. Also I am waiting for a copy of the contract to be mailed to me.

Overall I’m satisfied with the performance. However my latest service call was disappointing. When I changed Internet service providers none of my cameras worked. I tried twice to reconnect them with the operators and technical support. Eventually they determined that the doorbell camera was malfunctioning. They said they were sending a technician with a replacement doorbell camera. When he arrived he did not have a doorbell camera with him causing them to have to reschedule the appointment for another day.

The technicians were great ! Very polite, kind and efficient. They went above and beyond taught me the new services I had that I wasn’t aware of and took the time to identify each window and went through it wit me so that when an alarm sounds it tells me specifically which window is having a problem , better enabling me to fix before I call for service! Had a good experience with this company, the technicians did a great job installing my cameras and devices despite me being difficult with the wiring on my new home. They went the extra mile to go through my attic, tight spaces and through the walls to make the installation seamless. Everything looked neat and they even cleaned up after themselves. The Alert 360 technician (Christopher) who was sent to deal with my fire alarm problem was exceptional. He was very friendly, courteous, and new my alarm system well. He quickly replaced the defective alarm and then did a system check on my entire system. He then took time to show me how to use key features on the Alert 360 App. He also gave me some great information on some other aspects of my alarm system. I delt with a chirping fire detector over the weekend and the Service Help Desk was very helpful trying to assist me with reconciling the problem myself, but when they concluded the problem was very likely a defective alarm box, they scheduled a tech to come resolve the problem. Good work from everyone at Alert 360.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2013 (first with BSG). My old system worked well for years but I recently had issues with some of the underlying components. The team at Alert360 did their best to troubleshoot but ultimately needed to replace some items. They came out on time, explained everything that needed to be done and made sure everything was working before they left. Great service!

I have been a customer for several years. My sensor recently malfunctioned. I had the warranty so it was free to replace. Technician was respectful, masked up, and explained my options and the work he performed. I am looking at upgrading to getting ouside cameras soon.

My husband and I just purchased the Alert 360 from the Sales Agent Anthony Pitts. We already had an appointment scheduled with an agent from ADT, so my husband decided we do not need to speak with Alert 360. At that very moment, I showed up at the door and as a Sales person myself, I said my husband is the one you need to speak to because I say yes to everything. At that moment both my husband and I decided we would listen to Anthony. He was very humble and with a clear soft voice and a smile on his face we welcomed Anthony into our home. After two hours we ended up not only purchasing the system, but we felt this was a Divine appointment for all of us. The next day, Anthony called us and scheduled an appointment with his Technician to install the equipment and product in our home. It is now five days and we are very satisfied not only with Anthony Pitts, but with Alert 360. My husband who is an engineer is having a ball with this new security tool. I told Anthony that I want to work for him. Guess what, he arranged an interview for me and I am so delighted that this company not only will be one of the growth companies for our Economy but everyone who lives here in Texas needs a security system and I am grateful that the Good Lord scheduled this Divine appointment for us and now I will be serving our community and Texas educating the people on the service. Read the 1 star reviews before signing anything! I experienced the same issue with their iron-clad 3 year contract that others have written about. No flexibility on their part. They are great at giving you the runaround and you will be forced to pay the remainder of their projected revenue for the life of the contract whether they cancel or you do. Would not recomend as something unexpected could cause a need to cancel.

Not sure if Id go with them if I had to do it again today:- Excellent and attentive technician that installed my system.- Was told (by Sales Rep) that it works with Google Home but it does not have a link as of today. Huge disappointment.- App has a lag and could be smoother.

Service tech came out replace the old bell system and put in a newer updated bell. We were up and running quickly. He was polite and professional. The cost was $25 for his visit, maybe they can lower the price or don’t charge long time customers. But all in all we love our Alarm system. Thanks

Alert 360 was a terrible experience the 1st time I contacted them to report the problem. The tech had an attitude and was very impatient and horrible customer service etiquette. Asking me to wake my son up to find out what batteries had been replaced really heifer. Then then when I called to comfirm the appt time, it was off by 4 hours. The tech came out and then had to return back to our house to correct the problem that was not properly corrected which required a 2nd trip. I was going to have to pay for another service fee for the issue not being corrected the 1st time around NOT lol. I was told they would waive it but it was not due to the initial issue really..Other than that the service was outstanding!!!!

My technician Matthew was very Polite and on time very knowledgeable in the installation of the door lock touch pad very informative answering questions on how to use and program if necessary Made the whole experience easy for us to understand thank you for making our home or safe also to get away from traditional key locks which always end up losing the keys especially the children now so much easier with keyless entry deadbolt always satisfied Customer phil and Josie.

Alert 360 is great to deal with UNTIL you have a problem. They will not stand behind their products and will give enough the run arounds before they will actually acknowledge that they have given you antiquated equipment or let you out of a contract. I have pictures and evidence that my device isn’t working but they refuse to let me out of the contract after they have failed to deliver appropriate service and support.

Managed to integrate my 20 yr old wired system with a new cellular base station. Stayed on the job until every issue was resolved and the system had been thoroughly tested. The phone app is simple and very handy...so nice to be able to arm the system from downtown if I get in a rush and forget on the way out.

I wanted to add a siren to my system so I can hear the alarm everywhere. The tech showed up with a 2nd keypad, a miscommunication. He looked at my system, dug around in his truck and found a siren that would work. Perfect! I really appreciated the tech using his head to work out the mistake.

Nine times out of 10 this company is posting only their positive reviews thats if they are actual reviews at all. Ive been with this company for a little over 1 1/2 years as well as one of my sisters and the entire service has been poor from day one. Every technician has just made things worst, youre lied to by customer service when you call in, and they have very shaky people working for them. This is by far the poorest alarm company that Ive ever dealt with and I wouldnt refer them to my worst enemy!... I give them an F minus!.

With a old system that needed some TLC to get back online after a major window replacement project, I was apprehensive of the possibility my previous coverage and monitoring could not be restored. With each new area that had either a sensor or software issue, the techs and Ops Mgr had a solution. I’ve been with this company for many years and this was their opportunity to keep me as loyal customer or lose me to the competition. Our technician Jerry was awesome and made many elements of the changes and new technology understandable to us. Sean Fox was so helpful with our new contract and getting things in front of us so we could review before committing. The Ops mgr:Thomas Reyna was responsive and assured me all along the way they could and would find solutions to some unexpected re-installation issues that developed along the way. Final outcome was satisfying as it also brought us forward with new but useful technology and a positive personable experience with our assignedtechnician. As a individual who has had the opportunity to perform in various management positions, I would clone some of these people. Great Job Alert 360 San Antonio! You deserve this endorsement.

Larry arrived @ 9:30 & done @ 10:30. Says we are connected & Alert 360 is monitoring our property. All good. We have another building on the property that is used as a studio. That building is not monitored & never has been. BSG sold them our account & this building was not included. Not Larry’s fault however when Larry talked to his office, he walked outside & far from my earshot. This was about me, why was he so secretive? Not a wise move on my part. Not happy with how Larry handled this.

A guy was sent from Alert 360 to help with our many fails with The Ring tech service for the ring 2 doorbell. He said they didnt really service these any more, and he didnt know that much about them. Nevertheless, he did what he could and didnt give up. Then he called someone he thought might know more. We tried some more things, and then some more. Finally, success was achieved! We are back in business! Perseverance and patience wins over knowledge today. Take a note, ring tech service!

**** Update ****The company has reached out to me to resolve the issues. They sent a technician to service my system and show me how to bypass the sensor that was keeping me from being able to arm it. They also adjusted my billing. Most importantly they checked on my health and recovery and the rep that I spoke with seemed to genuinely care about making things right for me which I appreciate. Ive installed the app and logged into the website and Im pleased to see all the features that are available to help me manage this system. Im adjusting my review to five stars since Im now satisfied with the service that I received.As a new first time homeowner, I mistakenly let myself get talked into an alarm system. They installed a glass break sensor thats so sensitive I cant arm the system because every little noise sets off the alarm. They claim this cant be fixed but for a fee they will come out and look at it. I called begging to be let out of my contract because of a medical crisis and they said they have no way to let me out which seems ridiculous. So now Im paying monthly for an alarm system that I cant use.Avoid this company like the plague. I only gave it one star so I could post the review. Avoid them and any other security system that locks you into a contract.

Awesome company and great customer service. Very responsive. Will immediately call if an alarm is triggered to see if everything is ok. In most cases they call before I have a chance to cancel the alarm if I accidentally set it off.
