LAW Security provides absolutely fantastic customer service and employs top-notch technicians. Weve been with them now since we bought our house in 2016 and have never had a problem until Snowmageddon 2021 during which, thanks to CPS, our system backup battery died, resulting in several problems. Each time I contacted LAW, I was able to speak to a real person quickly. The monitoring service representatives were exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous. Pam from the day shift tried kindly and patiently to help us resolve our problems over the phone and finally ended up scheduling Alfred to come out to analyze the problem. Alfred was simply amazing! Although we have had security systems in our houses since the 1990s, I have never met a technician of his caliber before. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He patiently explained what had gone wrong and provided specific details regarding how he was going to fix the problem. During his system test, he also recommended several upgrades that did not cost us anything but took time for him to install. Alfred also checked every single window connection in our house to make sure they were all working properly and fixed a problem that we had no idea existed. Beware of hiring! Ive had plenty of issues with Law Security. They once quoted me, and in writing, and then took it back and gave me a almost double quote in response when I said yes. Recently, my alarm went off and it turned out to be a technical issue on their part. They wanted me to pay $75 for a technician to come out. Why do I pay a $43 monthly fee AND I have to pay when THEY have a technical issue? I have ADT at home and they have never once done that to me. If it is their equipment and it trips, it should not be an additional cost on my part to solve the issue. I would understand me having to pay the fee if it was something that we did, but they seem to be having technical issues on their end. Also, they claim to be locally monitored which is why I chose them. The girl who called me when a pending alarm was going off was clearly not from here. Outsourcing is fine, lying about it is not.They also called awhile back and said they would give a month free if leaving a positive review. Its not an honest review when offering free $$$ and services in return.

Law Security was exactly the company we were looking for. They were able to take on monitoring our existing equipment by diagnosing which upgrades we needed. They only charged for the additional parts required and their monthly service fees are more competitive than most other vendors in the San Antonio area. They do require contacts however the low fees make the choice easy. Techs and customer service folks are very easy to work with and have always been straight forward with us.

After talking to “big-name” competitors, I noticed that they were all very negative regarding what other companies offered and why their company was so much better than the others. I decided to call Law Security, and it was an excellent idea. I called them on a Monday to get a new system installed as soon as possible, and I got in touch with Louis. He didn’t bash the competition; he simply explained why Law Security would be an option that would fit my specific needs. He also discussed the video/camera options, which I will be getting in the future. The installer came out two days later. Alfred put the system in, and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions that I had about the product. He was very thorough with the smartphone directions and walked my family through it. In addition, I have been able to get in touch with someone for any additional questions without having to be on hold constantly. I am so happy with this company. They were recommended to me by a friend who has received excellent service from them. Lewis came to my home and spoke with me about the services they provide and the pricing they offer. He was exceptionally polite and professional and told me they are a local family owned company. The monthly fee for services is half what I was paying with the other company and services are monitored locally. When the tech came to install our system I spoke with him about how impressed I was with the service I had received from the company. He told me he had been with them for 11 years and that they take excellent care of their employees. He said he might make slightly more money with a national company but that the family that owns the company is so wonderful to work for he would never consider working for anyone else. It is such a pleasure to hear from people who are happy in their jobs and are treated well by the company they work for.

Law Security did a fantastic job setting up our security system.... enthusiastically recommended. We bought a new home that had an Alarm system already installed. Law Security had been recommended to me by a friend, and has installed many systems in our neighborhood. They seamlessly came and upgraded our alarm panel to provide the features that we wanted, such as monitoring and the ability to control our alarm from our smartphones. The tech was very knowledgeable, worked quickly, and thoroughly demonstrated how the system worked. He was able to add new points of security and replace outdated/non-working sensors quickly. Law Securitys billing website is extremely easy to use and their price point is reasonable. Most impressive to me, however, is that they have called us twice to check in to see how we like our service, if there is anything they can do to improve our service, and to thank us for being customers; their customer support is unbeatable!

I was very pleased with the installation process. Monitoring fee is inline with other service providers. I like the convenience of the ALARM app-the system is overall very easy to use.

LAW Security did a great job in providing us with our new home surveillance system. My husband found them through google plus and decided to use them due to all of the positive reviews. I wasnt personally involved in the sales process, but know that they were competitive in price and their products are better than what we originally bought in the store. It was important that the cameras we used had good night vision. The ones they sold us work perfectly and are exactly what we were looking for. The crew was fantastic and installation went smoothly. Just signed up with LAW last month. Have been great to work with. The two installers that came by the house were both very helpful! Had to troubleshoot an existing system and when it was figured wiring was shot, rather than charge to re-wire the house, we decided to go with a wireless system. Law Security was priced better than ADT. They were on time for the installation. They discounted one month for paying the full year of monitoring. They also came back to hook up an alarm pad that I forgot to tell them about at no charge and were also on time for the second appointment. They give credit for referrals. I believe it is a good company and my buddy at Happy Dragon has also used them for several years with no problems. Give them a call they are a locally owned business and not a big corporation. I had been with ADT for over five years and wanted the peace of mind of working with a local company. I have been very happy with the company and their great customer service. I found them difficult to deal with. I called them and they said they would call me back and they never did. I called again and she asked whose call I was returning and I said I didnt catch the name and then after passing me around to several other people she remembered that it was she who called me. Then they leave an angry voicemail on my phone a week later saying I never called them back despite doing so three times. Unorganized and frantic, not characteristics I want for someone handling my security.

We went with Law Security after a horrific experience with ADT. We had paid ADT for monitoring for close to 20 years when we were wiped out in a burglary. ADT never even knew we had been broken into. ADT explained how a cell backup would provide the protection we needed. A simple solution ADT never bothered to offer us. Since then we have upgraded the system and added cameras and even a smart thermostat. Very helpful, very cost effective, completely reliable and trustworthy. And Local accountability! I have complete confidence in this team!
