While traveling with my wife and children, we realized we had an issue with a bearing on our camper. 5 hours from home and at the beginning of our vacation, we were desperate. Caleb and I did a TON of business together when he worked at a shop in Marietta. I move back to Rome, roll in the door and who smiles and says Hey? This shop has the brands you want, the shop to get it on your truck right, and a very knowledgeable and can-do staff. Recently got some work done on my Jeep here and the guys here were phenomenal. They did exactly what they said they would and the work they did was professionally done. After I already arrived, we realized that we needed an additional part in order for the install to be completed and even though they didnt have it at the shop, they went out of their way to get it from another shop over an hour away just so that I could get everything done that day instead of postponing. That was customer service that goes above and beyond and I was very grateful. My experience at Rome 4x4 was excellent from start to finish and completely worth the 2 hours I had to drive each way. I will definitely be back.

We picked up our JLU today from Rome 4X4. We could not be happier! Caleb is incredibly knowledgeable and was amazing to work with! He went through numerous options with us for the build and explained all of the pros and cons. The guys did an amazing job with the build! The look and the ride is incredible! Great shop with great people running it. They are very informative and professional and they know what they are doing. We need a 4×4 place like this in Rome where they have actual displays so you can actually look at the product you want to buy. You dont have to get it ordered and hope for the best once you receive it. Will definitely return.

Same guys that runs the Camping sales store. Thes camping guys are Not true offroaders that having knowledge of doing things them selves. About 2 miles down the road is an actual 4x4 shop. They dont just have car salesmen working here. Skip this place and go on down the road. If Allans alignment cant get you in and fixed these guys are the next best thing. But before all this check with Alans alignment and see if its something that he can do. He does an excellent job. If your vehicle doesnt need anything no charge come back later if anything doesnt feel right. He does put on certain parts.
