NYE started off treating me excellent. Leasing my car was easy,: got a good deal, a great walk around/how-to, and the finance dep was quick and easy. Ever since, Ive faced nothing but perpetually ringing phone lines. The service department simply does not answer the phone unless they feel like it. This has not been a one time occurrence and in my experience has only gotten worse throughout the duration of my lease.

The people at Nye VW are the best. Michael is an amazing manager, Rich is great for sales, and Kaylee is really impressive in service. I have had a chance to get to know many of the employees at Nye VW and am always impressed by their efforts to make everything great! This was our 1st VW, we had very specific requirements and Rich was able to deliver, we got exactly what we were looking for. Rich did a great job communicating with us through the process. Tony also was great to deal with, I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Service department is very professional. The sales department however is another story. I bought my GTI from NYE in February and did most of it on the phone because of covid and it’s a good thing because after seeing the behavior and attitude of the sales people while waiting for my first service I would never buy from them now. The lead sales person Michael took delight in yelling at the top of his lungs “chicken”. A sales lady in a short dress should be introduced to slips and taught not to bend over continually mooning 3 senior citizens. Apparently they are catering to a young customer base and to hell with being professional or having manners around mature customers who have paid cash in full for the vehicles as 2 of the 3 of us sitting there had done. I love my car and will recommend VW’s to anyone but never buy at NYE.
