Always excellent service. As busy as they are, they make sure to be thorough with your vehicle and let you know if something is wrong, but never to the point of gouging or creating problems that dont exist. Further, they appreciate repeat business too. Today, I went in to get a tire changed. Not only did they simply patch it, they didnt even charge me for the service since I had bought the tire there. This is why they stay busy, and why I wont go anywhere else in town for tire service.

First time using Berts and I will definitely go back for any tire concerns. Quick, friendly, with great customer service skills! I saved over $100 compared to anywhere else in Rome!

Theyre the best! Ive needed to change my tires for awhile now, and I finally did it this past week. Mr. Amos and Mr. Robert are always very helpful. Theyre always willing to answer any and all questions ☺️ Also, Ive never had any problems with the workers. The men there are the nicest men around. I really appreciate them, thats all!

I give them credit for actually replacing my tires and aligning them but they stripped nearly all my lugnuts as well as rounding some off and told me that I would have to buy new ones my self.one of my lugs wont even thread all the way so its likely they snapped one i pay nearly 500 to get my stuff back broken and needing to be replaced.this will have to be my last time coming back

My husband and I discovered at 5:30, we had metal in one of our tires. We got to the shop a little after 5:30 and although they were closing, they stayed and helped us. We were very grateful for their service! We highly recommend them!

Outstanding customer service! I experienced an unfortunate carpenter nail to my tire that penetrated and immediately created a rapid loss of air. Fortunately, I was only a mile from Bert Brooks Tire and by the time I pulled into the tire store my tire was almost flat! Long story short, I was over an hour away from home in route to my daughters softball game that was to start in 20 mins from the point I walked in their service office. Office staff was courteous and the tire technician had tire fixed and off the lot in 10 mins just in time to see first pitch! Thank you so much to Bert Brooks Tire for saving my day!

Bert Brooks is great. I trust them better than anyone else. Unfortunately, they appear to be trusted by many others as well, so its difficult to get in, especially on Saturday. Thats had led me to go to competitors, and even though the competition was closer to home and had a fancier facility, I came back to Bert Brooks for one reason: TRUST. Theyve always been honest, and theyve always done a good job.

Purchased a new set of tires February 2020. Have had them re-balanced here three times with no luck. Finally took them to a store in Cartersville, which was able to balance them correctly.

Great group of mechanics. Joey took care of my problem for me & he was Awesome! Even though I wasnt spending a fortune he cared just as much as if I was. Concerned about our safety and the tires that I had, so he rotated them and put a great used one on for me in no time and I was back on the road without breaking the bank.

I cannot say too much about this business. I went in expecting to have to replace my brakes. But he said they were good just needed flushing. He did that plus rotated my tires for free. Good service and prices on tires

Son goes to Berry College (and baseball) and not a lot of time to go and get things done to his car. He had an issue with a pothole and tore part of the undercarriage guard off. Bert Brooks was very helpful and accommodating and came highly recommended by other local businesses who could not help. I spoke to Robby before I went in and he listened and gave me accurate expectations. They were able to make adjustments to part of liner and take off the broken piece as well as help with the tire pressure warning his car was throwing (probably for awhile). It was fixed within 30 minutes and they didn’t charge me for doing it. From where we live (Atlanta area), that doesn’t happen - quickness and not charging. We will definitely use them again and to get his tires when the time comes. They had a lot of people in and out and everyone had a smile and seemed to be satisfied customers. Their staff was courteous and kept me updated for the short time I was there. class act business.

If you need tires, new or used, or even repaired, Bert Brooks, in Rome, GA is who I highly recommend. Dont be discouraged if they are crowded when you arrive, they treat you well and are fast as well. They also rotate, do alignment, oil changes and more. I normally use Mike Ford for mechanic work, but Bert is also a trusted source for anything on my vehicle if Mike cant fit me in, and they are my first choice for tires, wheels, rims, tire repairs and alignments.

Bert Brooks Tire never fails to impress me. They are as fast as they can be. They are easy to work with. They give you updates and recommendations based on your preferance, best price or highest quality. They are always booming and never seem overwhelmed. Comfortable waiting room and great service. Offer free tire rotations and balancing for the life of the tire if you buy from them. Never ask any questions, other than, did you buy the tires from us. Great brake and oil change prices. I stopped in there to get a tire plug for my wife.. the guy told me that the hole that the nail was in was kind of big and he might not be able to plug it so I left the tire and came back like he said before 5, and when I returned he took me in and showed me my tire and said he could not plug a smaller hole that he had found..because the needles had cut his finger and they were showing on the inside of the tire... Now keep in mind the tire monitor in my wifes car did not go off until she ran over the nail... when I looked I saw that the bigger hole, where the nail was, had been plugged so I asked him what could I do..he directed me to another place to get a used tire because they did not have my size in stock which is always like my wife tried to explain to him at first.. they never have her size in a used tire which is fine.. the guy that worked on the Tire expressed the fact to the front counter worker that he could fix the tire but the guy kept insisting that no they cant do that... Im not going to reveal the guys name and I hope he doesnt get into any kind of trouble but like he said if it wasnt for his job he could have fixed the tire for me when the guy behind the counter.. who was a younger wild-looking guy... gave me back my belongings he attempted to only give me back my rim he walked it to my car and attempted to put it in my car and I said what about my tire because normally you guys make me pay for you to keep my tire... Which is cool but for some reason this guy was going to keep my tire and just give me back my rim then I asked him could he please put my wife tire back on her rim he did that and the guy that worked on it brought it out to me and apologized... I was so confused because you can fix a bigger hole but a smaller hole cant be plugged right near the same spot and I was confused as to why he was trying to keep my tire ...I dont know if he got mad because he couldnt sell me a tire or what was the deal but I just felt a bit of shade about it.... thanks to my good Hispanic brothers down the rode, on shorter Ave..on the right before you get to dairy Queen, they fixed the tire with no problem...

Everyone talks about this place as the best. Was not impressed. People were not receptive to some issues I had. All I would expect is some one to listen and then give a response. Even if it is not in my favor. These guys did little to help explain my issues I had with there service except get upset with my questions and rush me out so others did. It hear my complaints.I had gone there a fee times. Each time I went I never understood what everyone was talking about great friendly service. I personally am a man that goes to church. I think there church music and Bibles are a gimmick to get more business unfortunately.

Ive gone there several times for tire issues an they have always helped me out... They are very reasonable on prices an the work is done in a timely manner.... The gentleman who work the counter have always been extremely polite, knowledgeable, an understanding..... I always tell people who need tires or anything done to go there first....
