I have had a good experience and have not had to go back. Everything is right. However, the last time I got repairs I did not have enough money at the time so Maddie assisted me with Snap Finance. The interest rate is over double unless you pay it off in 100 days then its the same as cash you pay only a processing fee. So I gave my routing number and account number. Snap finance said it was the wrong info and it did not go through. I had added a payment to the biweekly payment for fast payoff. So they said my account number was missing a o and charged me 40 extra dollars. When I called and told them that I felt it was unfair they hung up on me. Maddie assured me they have never before had any problems and Andys garage made it right with me. Thank you for your good work and honesty.

I noticed that I was filling my coolant often so I took it in for a check up because I suspected a possible leak. My radiator needed to be replaced. Andy took good care of my car and provided an affordable price for the replacement. He also had my car ready same day so I wouldnt be without my car. The staff was very friendly and professional too. Would definitely reccomend!

I recently purchased a new car in February, in that same week I was having issues. I brought my 2010 Traverse in and found it was the catalic converter.. They were quick and efficient, and kept me in the loop of what was going on. They do not over price, in fact Maddie was awesome in getting me the best price possible and she took the time to listen. I have been going to Andy’s for nearly 3 years and I am very pleased with the service I have received. Being a single woman who knows very little about the mechanics of a car, it is very important that I have a mechanic that will treat me fair and square and not take advantage of my status.Maddie is awesome! She is the face of the business and I feel so comfortable talking to her about what needs to be fixed. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to providing quality customer service for Andy.Now that I have a much newer car I will continue to use Andy’s Garage to keep it purring!

While recently passing through Rome, my car began to malfunction. It was making noises and I was afraid to drive it further. I did an online search and called Andy’s Garage in distress —less than an hour before closing time. They offered to come to my location and drive me and my car to the shop, which I took them up on! They immediately diagnosed that my car needed an alternator and we made arrangements for the work to be completed next day. They also found that I needed a brake job! Andy offered me a loaner car, and I happily took them up so no one had to drive an hour to come pick me up. The loaner was a brand new Corolla! Nice! After a little paperwork, I was on my way. I picked up my car next day as scheduled. I’ll be moving and working in Rome soon, so I expect to be using Andy’s when my cars need service.

Place was clean, staff was very nice and price point was the best in Rome. I had breaks and rotors done in just a few hours. They communicated very well throughout the process- no hidden prices. Overall I’m very pleased will be taking my cars here from now on.

I took my car because of an overheating problem and were charging me $400 to fix it. Then I came in the day they told me to to go pick it up. He then told me it was going to be $1500-2000 for it to be fixed because apparently the motor went bad. Then out of nowhere he said that if I were to sell my car it would have no value, since the motor is “bad.” I ended up taking my car to Victors shop and he got it done in 2 days and all it needed was a thermostat and water pump replacement and the car was up and running great. Don’t go here all their going to do is overcharge you and waste your time.

My car wouldn’t accelerate due to a faulty knock sensor wire, they were very fast and quick with my car and she’s runs great now. Super affordable for a full time college student also. I highly recommend!

They don’t pick up when you want them to. I’ve had to come back several times. I’m on my second engine from them. They charged me for something that ended up being unnecessary since he decided I needed a new engine replacement. From my experience I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Ive been using Andys for a few months now and theyre great! Will do their best to fit you in last minute and still get the job done in a timely manner! I went in to get new brake pads and check on the rotors, I knew I needed more work on my vehicle but as we all know fixing and repairing our cars when unexpected issues come up gets pricey. After speaking with Maddie we were able to find a solution to ALL my pressing repairs!! I was impressed. I’ve been to Andy three times for oil changes. Once I left the car with them because that worked better with my schedule. They called to say they were finished much quicker than I expected! The other times I needed it done while I waited so I made an appointment. They were ready for me when I arrived and were finished in 20-30 minutes. I called them last minute for an alternator belt. Not only were they able to get the part they also went above and beyond to find a water pump belt when I told them I didn’t have any other days off for two weeks. They are amazing. Our car overheated, and we had it towed to Andys Garage. Our radiator was on its last leg. It had to be replaced. We are very pleased with the service that Andy provided. Our car was up in running in 2 days. Moreover, the cost was very reasonable. He even picked my husband up when our car was ready! Who does that? Andy does! We definitely recommend Andys Garage for all your vehicle repair needs.

Nice folks had oil changed two different times. Once drove up and done in less than thirty minutes. The next time I had an appointment at 930 and didnt get out until 1145. They were busy but no sense getting an appointment to be that long to get done. But quality service. Will go back maybe on a slower day.

I am a student at Berry College, and Andy was so helpful with getting my car towed and fixed. The repairs were at a very reasonable price, and the service was quick and done well. Also, this business has great communication. They sent me an estimate through text, and I was able to see what was wrong with my car (including pictures), as well as the cost of repairs. They overcharge there customers way to much for simple fixes..!I went to them to get my exhaust manifold repaired and they charged almost $900 when I got my vehicle back my transmission started slipping very bad!I believe they are underpaid and pocketed the rest of the money ! Will not be using them anymore or I don’t recommend anybody using them ! They are crooks!!

Andy’s Garage is my mechanic. Over the past 5 years they have serviced my 2 vehicles at more than fair prices. Andy has gone the extra mile in helping me with any situation, for example, towing my car to the shop and bringing it back. Rides home when needed etc. Last week I just had a complete brake job and couldn’t be happier with how my Jeep now can stop better than ever.

I had them do work on my car and I’m very happy with the work. My car drives more smoothly and they are so nice!

Terrible customer service. I called to have my car towed. They told me they would be here at the end of the business day. They didn’t show up. I called the next day to see what was going on. They did not pick up so I left a voicemail. They never showed or returned my phone call.

My husband took his car there for a radiator issue.. a brand new radiator costs $88- I understand you pay for labor and disposal but we were charged over $400. With in 2 hours of getting our car back the antifreeze was pouring out and the car was smoking. It was obvious that the hose wasn’t properly attached when they “fixed the radiator” however they charged us an additional $200 and stated it was an “unrelated issue” that was magically left off the initial inspection they gave us. They had no idea why it was “left off”.. will not be going back

Dave and Andy were courteous, prompt, understanding, and helped us out by working with us on a solid plan of action to get everything wrong with our car taken care of over a period of time. They were honest in their assessment, and helped us break things down so that we could get it done over a period of a month rather than all at once, saving us from breaking the bank. The repairs were quick, as was the payment process. Their year warranty and nationwide roadside service are above and beyond the standard service youd get from a common garage. Even the mechanics at Goodyear had nothing but positive things to say about them despite being competitors.

They were all very nice people! Very helpful.They really took car of me .I was not from the area and they made me feel like I was.I would definitely refer anyone to go to there shop to get work done.They replaced 3 tires and did an alignment. One of the guys even had a dance if humor. Thats what I like someone to make like of my situation. I had a flat tire coming in to town.And they were awaome.

Very easy to deal with over phone. I dropped off my car the night before the service and paid over the phone and picked up my car after hours. I wanted to go back and revise my review. Andy called my mom and got her a rental car and picked up her car and fixed it. He was not aware of any issues that had happened with my moms car. He even went the extra mile as to put two new tires on it. He went above and beyond to satisfy her and make sure her car was running right. I misjudged him and we appreciate all he has done. I highly recommend him. If you have any problems go directly to him bc he is a very caring and honest man and mechanic. If his staff did something hes not aware of he will make it right. The mechanics seem very nice and friendly. Parts are expensive, if you’re trying to save money try researching them on your own. I found one for 1/3rd the price I was quoted at the shop-but they at least are willing to price match.

I had some delays in getting the repairs complete, but they got done, Good mechanics are always overloaded with repair work. Mattie is very helpful up front and there is always a whole team of guys in the back to do the repairs.Ande also guarantees his work.

Dont trust vary rode they took my wheel lock and didnt finish the job right after 5 hrs. Just to swap front brake pads on a 2002 ford expedition what a joke 1st and the last time I will take my truck to people like them asked to see my old parts for werranty Andy told me to go look for it in the shop dont have time for you how rode is that vary shady.

When I work for advance auto this is the most over rated shop I know always wanting discounts on top of there accounts they over price there customers is ur like mavis tire.

Worked on my daughters car for heat and air, after two weeks it went back out and they would not fix the issue, they also worked on her transmission which began to leak after two weeks took it back in and they tried to charge her a $45.00 service charge on their faulty work. Terrible service and terrible attitude due to their mistakes, they do not back up their work. I would not let them work on a 4 wheel pull wagon. Beware of this supposed mechanic shop.
