I was stranded on 81 in Salem with a flat tire and no spare. These guys were so kind and prompt to rescue us ams make sure we got safely to a tire shop. I’m so thankful for the prompt kindness, professionalism and caring. Cannot say enough kind words to these guys for turning a bad and potentially dangerous situation a bit better!

Poor response time, difficult to contact, no follow up. My daughter was broke down and this company was called by a repair shop to tow her. After 2 hours of waiting and not hearing anything, I tried to call them but their number kept going straight to busy signal. I called a different company and they showed up in 30 minutes. A half hour after that, just after my daughter got towed to the repair shop, she received a phone call from One Stop asking where she was at. Oh, they did have her number... Maybe they should have called her to let them know they would be a while, or to give her an ETA of some sort. That was just bad customer service and I dont recommend utilizing them unless you want to be sitting around in the dark waiting on someone that might not show up.

Ive used One Stop on multiple occasions, mostly for towing but most recently for a repair. Have always found them to be professional with a fair price and getting things done in a timely fashion. Hope I never need them again, but if I do need something they will be the ones I call.

This is the cheapest place in town for towing? $50 within 5 miles of the pickup! I have recommended to all my friends and family. Thanks for being there guys!

I literally had to repeat myself after every word I spoke. I feel like I was very clear and told her what was going on, I could hear everyone and their mama in the background. Won’t go back. I called you Because I needed something towed now, and I didn’t want to be ignored. I was in need of help, and your dispatcher has no idea how to find addresses, or listen to someone on the phone. I literally told her the intersection I was on, and the town and city. Most people wouldn’t know that. So if you can’t help someone with that information, you don’t deserve to have that type of job.

Anyone who says these people are good people who do good business are lying. these people are nothing but liars and scammers. some of the worst i’ve ever seen. don’t listen to a word they say. you’ll more than likely regret it.

We purchased a 1976 Checker Marathon A12 in Texas and drove it back to New England. It broke down outside of Roanoke but we were lucky to find Brian and the gang at One Stop Automotive. It took some time to source the parts (the radiator blew) but they were great communicators and highly responsive. In the end the price was fair and we were treated with constant respect and flexibility throughout the process. I highly recommend them if youre in a bind or have a weird car like ours, or just for regular high-quality automotive service.

One stop is the best place in town to buy a used car. He offers in house financing is fair and honest about his cars. His towing services are cheapest in town with the best service. I’ve used him for years and will always continue in the future. He takes his business very seriously and treats his customers like family. Can’t recommend them enough!

After recently relocating to the Roanoke Valley and realizing I needed some simple repairs done to my vehicle, I decided to visit One Stop Automotive based on a family friends recommendation. After spending several hundred dollars on repairs, including two new tires, I have come to realize that One Stops Service has cost me much more than just the simple repairs. The night I picked my vehicle up after the repairs I was traveling down the highway and got a flat tire. This tire was the same one I purchased that day. On that drive home I was hit by an erratic driver. Following this, I took my car back. I was told the tires issue wasnt related to the shops installation. So, I was forced to purchase yet another tire. Not a day later the same tire went flat again-- on the side of the highway-- again. Come to find out the tire had a defective valve stem. The same was the case for the first. After the same tire blew twice, the other tire I purchased came to have a slow leak, which I called One Stop to address, but was told that this tire would not have the same issue as the prior two. This also was incorrect. I recently had to have the valve stem replace in this tire as well. I would AVOID this business at all cost. They deny liability and caused a ton of lost time and resources with no accountability, not to mention the terrible customer service lacking staff.

Bought 2 cars one the same day and they did everything possible to make that happen for us. Awesome experience even though I have to wait a bit for my car to be completely fixed, but very much worth the wait.

It is a used car dealer. Not great one and I have heard some bad things, but our experience has been positive so far bought a vehicle from them and they finances it. Just be wary and inspect the vehicle before you buy it. Even better test drive it to your mechanic and have your trusted mechanic check the vehicle before you buy it. Just remember you are buying a used vehicle that was probably bought at auction. They cannot all be great so due diligence is needed. We have not had any issues with our vehicle and it has been 4 months. Like anywhere if you hold up your end of the bargain they will honor theirs, from my experience with this car dealership.

Trusted them with my classic 1964 Buick Wildcat that needed some brake and exhaust work...they frequently updated me on the progress and kept me in the loop...nice state of the art tow truck with knowledgeable and safety conscious operator...reasonable prices on labor and quick turnaround on vehice repairs!WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had. Shady company run by shady people. Do your research. If you insist on driving a vehicle take it to a trusted mechanic that won’t lie to you. They will find anyway possible to screw you over. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this lot.

Well at first I thought this place was great I got a great deal on a vehicle and it was going to be under warranty and the minor problems that I did see with the vehicle would be fixed. Just to be told by the owner today when I called to report the issues I was having that I said I would take the vehicle as is if he took 1900 off the asking price. No what was said was this is the actual cost you should be charging according to nada and kelly blue book 7,190 and these are the problems with the vehicle, so since this is the actual price you should be asking and these are the problems Ill pay you $1,800 cash deposit and you lower the vehicle to $6,800 all together. We shook on the deal and now the owner wants to charge me for the repairs that need to be done all though the agreement was stated and the warranty he offers is 3months or 3;000 miles whatever comes first. Now if thats not just bad business I dont know what is?

Was here at 745 am and Im still here at 5pm didnt start to put cable on truck till 430pm. Was told by the staff that it wouldnt be an all day job. What do yall call this? The people are nice but Im not green you can hear smell and see what really goes on here. Not recommending this center to anyone unless they have all day and deep pockets.

If I could give a negative star I would, these people are thieves and are not trustworthy at all. Purchased a 4 wheeler 1 year ago that currently has less than 10 hours on it. They have had it more than it was able to be ridden. They have had it for the last 5 weeks and when calling to ask if it was fixed their reply was they havent even looked at it yet. Terrible customer service... do not waste your time on this con artist rip off.

Lets start this place is very shady. Soon as we bought our 2002 chevy trailblazer with 150k with not even a month old inspection it broke a tie rod on the way to work had it towed to their shop where they agreed to replace it, 2 days later the other side broke had to have it towed on our expense. Next thing With payments up to date the day a payment was due this company decided it be good idea and completely legal for them to come repo the vehicle with no reasons why, don’t trust this company with your hard earned money.

Test drove a Jeep Commander & I could hear that there were problems with the car but I liked the car so much I took it to a mechanic hoping that the problems were minor... There were multiple things wrong with the vehicle & it would have cost a couple of thousand dollars to repair... I didnt bother looking at any other vehicles because I was turned off by the fact that they would even put that car on their lot for sale with that many problems... Dont waste your time going to this lot...

Well me and my wife went there to get a car and the car was in a thousand pieces but some how still holding together so we didnt buy from thin and I have a friend that took his car there and they charged him two thousand dollars to fix a front axle had his car two weeks and now has to go back because they have messed something else up I remember when I was there saying to my self this guy is to good of a talker to trust and you are i remember his line like it was yesterday ((most places are a car lot with a garages we are a garage that sales cars )) so you can trust we have good cars hahaha that was a good one and to think you were going to give us a good deal well any ways after seeing the car you tried to have us buy and how your doing my friends with there car no thanks and word to the wise if you want a 3000 lbs paper wiat concrete is a lot cheaper

Brought a van from them last Thursday, my husband didnt even make it home before it started smoking so he took it back to get it fixed since it is under warranty and we didnt even own it for an hour. He was told that day it did not smoke when they filled up the gas tank. Now almost a week later it smoked prior to the sell but didnt mention that during the sell.

Avoid this so-called legitimate business the owner is a liar the service manager is completely clueless and the mechanic is an idiot overpriced services high-mileage vehicles overpriced crooked company. my suggestion is to avoid this place at all costs do not do business with these people they are exactly as described in other reviews shady

In all honestly, shouldn’t even get one star it’s so awful. My car had cut off after i drive it through i flooded road that was about 5 inches deep. I told the owner Bryan to leave it in the parking lot it was currently in and he told me “no i’m gonna take it to my shop and see what’s wrong” my boyfriend told him to not to and to just leave it there and he said “no i’ll see what’s wrong with it” so next day he tells me i have to pay $220 for my car that is dead and because he had to “fix” it after told not to. He is awful and so is everyone that works there. They’re rude and inconsiderate and will take advantage of you anyway they can.

Do not get a vehicle here.. There scammers and liers.. Was a couple of weeks late paying and woke up to no car. Then they want me to pay a repo fee of almost a hundred $ more than my note..making it 600.00Not to mention the car has multitudes of problems we found out after getting the car.they basically steal your $$ and give you a busted lemon..
