I scheduled an appointment online and showed up to get some service done to my vehicle. I noticed there were 3 vehicles already in line, so I parked my car outside the doors. No big deal. I walk in, there are 4 workers who I can see as I walk in, none of which make eye contact with me. Everyone had their face buried in whatever was on their podium. Seemed like they were overwhelmed with the demands of their job. I walk around aimlessly waiting for someone to check me in so I can move along. So I wait, I walk around some more, I listen to what is being said around me. One customer (a kind old man) was talking to one of the busy employees and I overhear the employee say with a condescending tone Listen buddy, I talk to a lot of people, I dont remember you. I thought it was pretty disrespectful. I wait around even longer. Still no eye contact or any indication that someone was going to help me. So I decided right then and there, if this is how they treat people, I dont want them working on my vehicle. I walked out the door to take my business elsewhere. I was honestly shocked at this kind of behavior and lack of customer service in this establishment. Before you walk in the front door of this place (to buy a vehicle), check out the back door first at the service center, youll see what youre really getting.

From now on I will only do business with Zach from service .. very friendly and respectful.. Want to thank him for keeping me updated and being respectful ...

Their customer service is good but whoever schedules their appointments allowed me to make a 12pm appointment. When I arrived the service department told me my appointment was for 1, not 12 as all their techs go to lunch at 12 so I had to reschedule due to my own time constraints. I also wish they would return your seat to where it was but theyre otherwise good.

I picked my 2016 Cruze up from having some work on my coolant system at 12:45 and at 1:20 Im sitting be cuz my car overheated and warning bell going off. I call back and get told I would have to wait till monday.. So I just do happen get out to check my coolant level only to find the cap not put on and I have coolant all over the motor and battery.. Just so happen the cap fell and got wedged I put coolant back in and its doing great as always. But whomever worked on my car or was left to check my fluid levels needs to pay attention for real. Could have turned into a expensive mistake.. But other than this mishap Burlington has always done excellent work for me and my Cruze😉

I am done with this place. Buy a car they are all over you try to get it serviced. You call and they either put you on hold and no one answers or they have you leave a message and no one returns your call FYI tell them you want to speak to a manager oh you get someone right away. Not a manager and then oh by the way the girl answering the phone gets rude with you. Going somewhere else to have my work done. No big loss

The service was prompt and the agents were very pleasant. They were generally concerned about my vehicle and safety when I couldn’t afford fixing some issues. I did take heed to what they told me and didn’t drive my car to prevent further damage that could have made the situation much more expensive. When I did complete services the agent go over service maintenance for me to keep current with which was very helpful. I feel that they gave me the time and did not treat me like “just” another customer as I have felt at other establishments.

How does a business give an appt and I am still there 2.5 hrs later?? If going by appts,how does the business get behind and busy before you get there for said appt? I think they do ok work,but really...2.5+ hrs for oil change and tire rotation...

On the highway and called 2 hours ahead about a car issue. We were booked in for our arrival, serviced and sent on our way. Comfortable waiting area with comp bottled water and Starbucks coffee.

I bought a car from them about 4 months ago. The car had a flapping noise that I was told was the license plate, as it was not secure [so the claim was believable]. And as a trusting woman, I believed them. After I had the license plate secured, the flapping noise was STILL there. So I drove around for 4 months paying over 300/month for a car that sounded like junk. I brought it finally to the Berglund Chevrolet Service center specifically to fix the flapping noise. They gave me a hard time and then charged me 117 ....and DID NOT FIX the flapping noise AT ALL..... The service phone call earlier that day notifying me that the work was complete was misleading. The service man said they put new clips on something to secure something loose, but he said there is little squeaking from the hubcaps. I didnt care about a little squeaking as it didnt seem like a big deal. At least I figured out what the real problem was. The hubcaps were the FLAPPING noise which was still there after I paid 117 to fix it. I took off the hubcaps for free, and now my stupid problem is solved. This entire experience made me feel like I got to be the typical woman being taken advantage of by the typical dishonest car dealership.I had my oil changed last week. After I waited 3 hours to get it done I pulled out of the parking lot to have 3 more dashboard lights pop on. Great. 👎 So I pulled back in, and they told me to make an appointment. So today I had the appointment. I asked them to look at my AC. Again I waited 3 hours for them to fix a mistake they made while changing my oil and said they did nothing to fix my AC (because I need to take it to a different place). Great. 👎 HUGE waste of my time.

I wouldnt send my worst enemy to buy a car from Berglund. They have the worst service Ive ever seen. Within 2 weeks Ive seen more people Come in with a messed up Car and get put into a rental more then enterprise on a major Holiday or summertime vacation. Berglund cars are the worst doesnt matter if its a Ford to a Chevy. I even heard out the managers mouth himself that sometimes their people lie or make false acquisitions about peoples car being messed up when it really isnt. If they had a zero button or zero Stars I would hit that one to me they dont even get a one-star theyre a bad business to deal with.

Had a issue with a tire on 2018 Silverado they had to order me a new one had a appointment to get repairs done on Saturday had family coming in Saturday morning They were able to work me in Friday evening Service advisor Brian Caswell and the technician were awesome

Scheduled a state inspection for 9:00am. At 9:30am standing in the lot, watched technician drive by in vehicle back into garage area (never had an inspector drive my vehicle as part of an inspection before).At 11:00am I inquired about the vehicle and was informed that a backup light was out. Quoted $47.00 to replace a $3.00 bulb held in with 2 Phillips head screws. I had a spare and changed the bulb before the paperwork was completed and drove back in to the shop. Technician came and saw the light was lit, took the truck in the back to change the sticker and here I sit 30 minutes later still with no truck.10 minutes more and the truck is returned. Technician walks past me without a peep. I start the truck and my clock is not showing the correct time indicating that the battery had been disconnected. For 8 years Ive been complaining about the Security Interlock problem that Berglund can never seem to duplicate or identify (plenty of details on the web) that causes a 10 minute delay before it will allow the truck to start. Looks like the technician tried to reset it by disconnecting the battery, FYI if it was that simple I wouldnt have complained for 8 years.Might have been nice to come and talk to me about the fact that you couldnt get the truck started.Management can contact me directly.HORRIBLE

Had an oil change, just an oil change scheduled for 1:00. It’s now 2:06 p.m. and I’m still sitting here waiting. This happens to me every time. If you’re in a hurry this is not the place to come. You would think I’ve learned my lesson. Why schedule an appointment? It does absolutely no good.

Walked in to just get a front license plate bracket. No one wanted to talk to me unless I walked directly Infront of their desk. They were all avoiding eye contact. The girl said that I needed to go-to their parts department to see if they had the parts in first. Their parts department looked at me like I was crazy, the girl was supposed to check and schedule the work.I got the part numbers that I needed. Left and came back 3 hours later to see when they could fit it in.7 people were at their desks... 1 was on the phone, 6 was doing absolutely nothing. After standing there for several minutes trying to get someone to assist I walked out.Go elsewhere for your service. Glad I didnt give Berglund a dime for my car.

Never in my life , I didn’t leave a review to any store or website, regardless of service or my experience, since I think everyone deserves a chance. But this dealership made me to leave a reviewWorst dealership ever, had my vehicle there GMC 3500 Sierra (issue with fuel pump) really it’s a 4-5 hour job, my vehicle was there for 5 days, was calling them every day every 2 hours trying to get service manager on the phone to get an update, “always busy”, no communication with customer, after 5 days I received a call from mechanic, he was asking me what is the problem with a truck, so after 5 days they didn’t even take the truck for diagnosticsAlso on Friday i was promised by the manager that truck would be in the bay on Monday morning, and now it’s Tuesday 19:01, I ordered a truck with trailer to tow my vehicle to Charlotte, NCso after having my vehicle there, i lost income from that truck, plus towing to the dealership $285, plus ordering a truck to tow it to Charlotte,NC $900 plus towing to get truck on the trailer $400I’m always on the road around the country doing HotShot business, and I’ve been to many dealerships in different statesThis dealership is the worst dealership EVER

I have been a regular Berglund Service customer for some time now and have no complaints. Kayloni is my service advisor and she is always very professional and friendly. Everything I have taken in has been fixed correctly the first time. That to me is worth a lot.

Went in to have a hood latched replaced due to a recalled part. They noticed windshield wiper blades needed replaced, (nothing to do with the recalled part). Guess they were looking for anyway to try and get money out of you. Blood suckers. I had already bought the replacement wipers elsewhere but was having trouble finding correct rear wiper blade so I said I would take a rear blade since I was having trouble find one. Walmart and Autozone had them and they both fit but not properly. Anyway to my surprise they charge me 14 dollars for the blade .. no big deal but then 18 dollars for labor to install a wiper blade. Are you serious? This is totally a rip off. Gonna charge me more for labor than for the parts for something I could have done myself in less than a minute. They will never get my money again. I will never go back to the Service Department again.

To whom it may concern, I recently purchased a 2016 Corvette in Atlantic city NJ and drove it home to El Paso, TX. While driving back I needed to have the 500 mile break in oil service done and I had no appointment. Don Fitzgerald, the director of fixed operations, came to my aid and had me shuttled to a place to eat lunch and assured that the car would be serviced as soon as the techs returned from lunch. My Vet was ready for me to continue on my journey at 1:45 PM. Thanks again to Don and his crew, Charlie Blancas President of the El Paso Corvette Club

Berglund Service Department is full of shady characters that will rip you off at any chance they get!! They diagnosed my vehicle with a catastrophic engine failure and wanted me to buy a new engine for $7000, when there wasnt anything wrong with it!! They serviced the vehicle a week before and didnt tighten a hose that they replaced that ended up spraying steering fluid on the manifold. They promised to pay me back for the bad diagnoses and tow, but never followed through with it after I was told by the service manager John Allen and his boss Don Fitzgerald!! Avoid buying or servicing any vehicle there!! Worst experience ever!!!
