Stopped in because we needed a new washing machine and refrigerator. Tom was amazing..! Kind, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. It was a great experience and I would recommend them highly. I will be shopping there again.

I bought a beautiful fridge but I measured incorrectly and it didnt fit. Went back the next day and Bob helped me chose a replacement, no hassle, brought it home before they picked up the other one. Grateful for the help and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Wow this place is Great. Tom walked up and helped my wife and I find tube perfect washer and dryer set. The prices are really affordable. All the workers where nice and friendly. This is the Best place in town to get all appliances. I recommend Appliances Direct to everyone you will be satisfied with everything they have.

From start to finish I was very pleased with the quality sales and service I received at Appliances Direct. Tom was amazing in his patience while I deliberated on the best refrigerator for our needs and answered many questions through the process. Once a model was chosen, we were put on the delivery schedule for the following day. Josh and Cayman arrived on time and made quick work of removing the old refrigerator and installing the new one. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. They answered questions and also provided a mini tutorial. Overall, we are very happy with our experience at Appliances Direct and would recommend giving them a try.

Amazing. These folks are good people. Went in shopping for a chest freezer and walked out with one. Answered any questions we had, had a sense of humor, great customer service.

Let me start off by saying the overnight, Bob, is awesome. I had a chest freezer on order from home depot when they changed my delivered date 😥. I called appliances direct and Bob was awesome to work with. From now on no more home depot depot appliances for me!!

We just had a new washer and dryer installed by appliances direct and the young man named John delivered and installed them was the most fantastic young man. Extremely polite very knowledgeable about both units and showed us how to work them. We ordered them from the owner and he was just as nice. I totally recommend Appliances Direct for any appliance you need to purchase. Absolutely no pressure and store very clean. Well be a repeat customer if we need anything else. I bought all my appliances for my house here in 2010 and came back to replace a few after the carr fire. They looked up what I purchased on file (from 10 years ago) and offered suggestions for replacements based on what I had previously. Plus gave me an additional $50 water filter for free when I came in one time.... Very polite and easy to talk to, not pushy at all and they overall make it a very pleasant experience. I will never get appliances anywhere else.

Went in to there store ,told them I had had a problem with Carmonas , I needed a dryer that had to be vented from underneath, was told by Carmons only one dryer could do that. Tom showed be that a lot of dryers could be vented from the bottom. After working with Carmonas for over a month I am so happy I with Appliances Direct I had my Washer & Dryer installed in a week, the delivery gentlemen had both installed in about a hour and half with no problems. Tom is awesome. Price matched a big box store and was great with all his help. The customer service he provided today was the best out of all stores I called. I have been calling on bisque dishwashers since this morning from Sacramento to Redding and was willing to drive 3 hrs to find the best deal and one in stock. I was very disappointed in the Sacramento stores customer service. So glad we were able to find what we needed in stock and only drive 1 hour to get it...

The wife and I purchased a fridge from Appliances Direct recently and we were very happy with the service we received. The purchase was hassle free and we got a great deal. The store went so far as to tell us that the City of Redding was offering a rebate at the time for our utility bill. They even filled out the form for the rebate for us. Thats $100.00 I would not have received had I gone to Best Buy or Sears. I highly recommend this store.

Excellent customer experience when we built our home 2 yeas ago. They even sent a guy out after living in the house for a month because I had a question about the stove burners not burning hot. They realized it was never converted to Propane and handled it. I will do business with them again.
