I paid $1700 for something in the beginnings I was told was only $900My bedroom set, they told me it came like how it is in the picture, after I left the store they made me pay $600 for the mattress and then told me I cant get it set up until I buy the bed railWOOOOOOOOOOOW

Filled out the application online for a Dryer. Have purchased multiple things here before over the past 3 years ( 2 beds, a washer, a fridge, a tv, a game system.) The new staff and management are horrible. No one calls you back. They just take your number and say the manager will call you back because unfortunately no one is trained enough to help you complete your order, make your order or even check to see if anything is in stock in the store. But the manager is always conveniently at lunch, on a delivery, just stepped off for a break or in a meeting. Honestly just take your money to Aarons in redding if you have to make payments on something you wish to own. Having to call 4 plus times in 2 days to try to get something is rediculous. Its sad actually. Corperate was contacted.

I have a laptop I have been paying off.. all together I would be paying about 1700.. today I made a payment and should only owe about 100 more dollars.. I’ve laid about 1600.. today when I made my payment I asked how much more I owed and was told 1600 because I was supposed to apparently have it payed off by April.. they had me paying almost 200 a month.. in wondering why they wouldn’t have had me paying 220 a month or something that would have had my laptop paid off in time.. I’ve never missed a payment, and the way they had my payment plan set up had me paying my laptop off 2 months late.. if I would have been charged at least 29 more a month it would have been paid off around February.. so WHY would you have my payment plan set up to where when I pay every single month on time.. I’m still paying it 2 months left. Now I have the option of giving back a computer I’ve paid almost 1700 on.. or paying another 1600.. when this computer only should cost about 1000! And there is absolutely nothing they can do for me.. so THANK YOU RAC for screwing me harder then I have ever been. Next time have the payment plan set up so people have it paid off in time. This is the most messed up thing to do to trap people. I don’t even have a job anymore, and I have no way to continue paying. So again, THANK YOU

They always are helping you and they try to give you the best deals. They want your bussness. They are also not pushy about selling things. If you are going to be late on a payment they are willing to work with you.

I filled out 3 applications for a bed set and living room set and noone ever called me back. I guess Im going to order online from someone else

Great place to get stuff furniture computers and TVs

We love Rent a Center, they have been pleasant and very helpful. We purchased a TV set and we sent it back for repairs, the problem could not be resolved and low and behold a brand new one was delivered! They have been prompt with deliveries, kind and curteous and its a fun place to shop.

I was told a few mouths ago that Rac can drop off in Siskiyou county now that I am ready for a lift chair there saying No they cant drive that far that make me so mad I was told befor now they cant wtf not happy will not be doing BZ with rac in redding on cepres

The customer service here is the worst.. sent my new refrigerator in for repairs.. it came back damaged... it left with no damages... spoke to the manager mark and he came up with every excuse in the book, that they didnt cause the damage.. I will Never do business with them again..
