Called and asked about a stove he said sure I got three tried asking a few more question and he cut me off said just come on in and we’ll get you taken care of so my wife drove 65 miles to the store he told her he can have it done tomorrow unless she wanted to pay another 50.00 on top of the cost of the stove to have it done today needless to say my wife walked out and we will never go in there again and will tell everybody we know just how unprofessional this guy is Thanks for having me waste $20 in gas Just because you can’t listen to someone on the phone should not even be in business if this is how you run it what a joke you are WENT DOWN THE ROAD TO A-1 appliances and got taken care of right

DON’T SHOP HERE THEY ARE DISHONEST AND RUDE Horrible customer service, they don’t keep appointments that are scheduled. Tom is really rude he was yelling at a customer when I was on the phone and he is aggressive and loud. I spend cash on my appliances and paid extra for delivery but guess what they didn’t deliver so I had to go down there and pick up my washer and load it up myself!! Also they told me 3 different prices on the same washer!! To top it All off tom hung up on me when I was calling to acquire about the delivery date.. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN

Great people, very helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. Delivery and installation on time, and they were very careful bringing an oven and refrigerator into our home over new flooring. Had an issue with electrical in an appliance outlet opened it up told me what to have the electric do before I plugged unit in. He was right. Long story short they delivered same day and when there was a problem with the electrician who didn’t do his job he came back took the unit went and tested the unit brought it back after a electrician did his job and unit works perfect. I was consumer caught between two businesses and it was very stressful as I have two little ones and they were understanding and accommodating. Also bought a dryer at the same time and it works perfect! Both appliances have 2 month warranty’s!

Shopping at Christmas for a washer is not good! American appliance gave me a great deal and delivered on schedule. Shawn delivered and was very professional. Explained the machine completely. Even though he had to use loading ramps to get the huge machine into the mobile, he just smiled and said ok, no problem. Its been a long time since a delivery man has been so kind AND efficient.

I purchased a used Bosch 3 door refrigerator from American Appliance. It almost didnt fit the space - I measured the space inside cupboards - forgot to allow for swing room to push it in ... he had to remove all doors, and reassemble - I was totally impressed .....Then the ice-maker wouldnt make ice... they made several service calls, and stayed with the problem until it was fixed....I would give them 5 stars and say that I was more than satisfied - they made every effort to make the refrigerator work - above and beyond their obligation.

Repaired my dryer I bought from them for free out of warranty for the 3rd time.Not sure if thats good or bad? Thats why 3 stars

If I could give zero stars I would. We have tried multiple times to get out fridge fixed over the course of a year but they send their “tech” in and he’s just guessing at what the probable cause is as to why our month old thousand dollar fridge has broken. Went into to talk to the manager recently again, after almost a year that they didn’t do anything to fix it, about if we could exchange a new fridge since ours crapped out right away and he started getting mad all of a sudden when we are just trying to talk to him nicely. We just wanted to see if he’d give us a new one or if he just come a pick up the fridge since it didn’t work either way. DO NOT do business with these people. They buy fridges that have been warrantied out by the bigger companies and they have problems that they don’t tell you about. It’s not just a used appliance store because used appliances still work, these appliance don’t work at all.

I would echo what others have said. Zero stars. Saying they have bad customer service is very generous. How about rude and combative. The repair guy told me that it was a bad day for me to come in. He actually told me that. It is a bad day for anyone to go in there. Dont.

We bought a $400 washer. In a week we had to return it because it wasnt filling up with water properly,on any load size. After we got it back, the agitator wasnt working. This is supposed to be one step down from the best washer you can buy,yet it hasnt worked correctly yet. I called them today, to be told it only has a 50 warrany,and I can bring it back to have it looked at again. No cash refunds. So they only stand by the product for 50 days,yet it never worked correctly from the start. Pretty pathetic.

Delivery person Sean is very scary and rude he did not let me know when he was coming. He spilt water all over my floor and told me to get towels and left dents and scratches all over. The fridge has mold and is disgusting. TERRIBLE COMPANY NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
