Came same day to put in a quick fix and then came back a couple days later with the springs to get the garage door back in perfect condition. He went ahead and added lubricant where necessary and also pulled the garage door hinges closer together free of charge. Great guy who actually cares about you and definitely worth it for me. Prices much better than anyone else!! Definitely dont go to precision garage door.

Matt was able to come over in the morning and was able to repair my door pretty quickly. The best part was that he was able to explain to me everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He also provided me with some suggestions on for maintenance. I would highly suggest reaching out to him if you have any problems.

Out motor went out a couple of weeks ago so we contacted Matt one afternoon. He was able to come out the next day, look at our garage door motor and discussed the different options we had. We ended up replacing the motor with a new one. Matt came out two days later and installed it. He answered all of our questions with the exact information we needed. After the spring in my garage door broke, I left a message for a large servicer but didnt hear back before the end of the day. I decided to reach out to a company that was closer to my house that appeared to be a small business. I’m glad i did, because Matt arranged to visit after dinner and completed a quick temporary fix so that we could at least get our cars out of the garage. A few days later Matt returned with new springs for a permanent repair. Good to deal with.

He gave several recommendations about which manufacturer to buy and I bought it the next day. He came back to install opener and did a great job and even programmed our vehicle. Tri-State was recommended to me on a Facebook community page. Matt (owner/repairman/installer) was very responsive via text. He came out when he said he would, and the first night, Matt came out to my house to install a garage door opener I had purchased. I didnt realize I had a motor and belt for a 7 door, but my garage door is actually 8. He said hed come back and fix it so we could use what we bought, but make adjustments so that the motor had proper power and the belt would fit. He texted a time and day, he showed up then, and he fixed everything perfectly. He even helped us setup the WiFi app on our phones, and he programmed my car button to work the garage door. I called A few companies to come out to fix my garage door. I was to a point I couldn’t park my car in my garage anymore or I’d get locked in.
