Tip Top Garage Doors epitomizes what good business should look like. We called on Monday after noon when our garage door stopped working. Wed gotten sick of the manual workaround to pull our car in (we put up with it for three whole weeks!) and wanted to get a sense of the pain involved to fix it. The woman in the phone was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. She walked me through some quick troubleshooting of my door to -- get this -- potentially save me from having to pay for a visit I might not need. I tried the fixes suggested to no avail, so scheduled an appointment. The woman on the other end was very apologetic that they didnt have an appointment until... Tuesday (Next day -- not a long wait at all)! She talked me through my options, all of which were quite reasonable. Tuesday came around, and we got a call in the morning to schedule our visit that day (they determine the route day of). The technician arrived on time. He talked me through what he was doing (replacing a motor, tuning the track and door, and installing a keypad panel). He was done in less than thirty minutes, including the time it took to program the keypad and train me on how to do it. End to end, this was an amazing experience. I could not possibly recommend this place more
