Fast Excellent service. Actually gave me an exact time they were going to be there not 2:00 - 4:00 and were there exactly on time. Reasonable price and never tried to up sell anything not needed. Service was fully explained. Very happy.

My garage door motor died unexpectedly and a friend referred me to ProLift. They came out immediately and gave me great advice about what needed to happen in order to repair my door. We set up an appointment within days and my door is working like new! I was very pleased with the customer service and the response time and the quality of work!

After being falsely told my garage door motors were bad by another company, Pro-Lift sent Joseph and Kate to price us two new motors. They immediately examined and within one minute determined that my motors were fine, sensors were just bad. For a fraction of the price they got my doors up and running. Can’t say enough of how great their team was. They are in my phone now and will be the only company I call for all of my future garage door needs. Much appreciated!!!!

I called ProLift and they were courteous and fast. I actually had an appointment scheduled within two hours of my call. Drew, the tech, was prompt and professional. He even checked on my other door that was not having problems, just to make sure it was ok, and greased both doors. He provided the estimate before doing anything and explained what he needed to do to fix the door. He suggested ways to take care of the doors to avoid future problems. I will call them again if I have any future garage door issues.

Our garage door spring broke on one side, and Pro-Lift was able to get out to our house the same day, and got everything fixed in about an hour. they also replaced all the rollers on the door, and its quieter than its ever been! Thanks guys!

My garage door opener had a problem. Prolift diagnosed the problem. Gave me several options. Completed the project and went beyond. The fix was less than other quotes I received. Warranty.( Hope i dont need it)

I posted on Nextdoor about if someone new of a company that can repair broken spring on my garage door. I lifted that 18 foot garage door early that morning to get my wifes car out of the garage but my truck was still inside. Pro-Lift quickly called me and said they can come out that same evening. Pro-lift called me and said his service team got tide up on another job and could not come out to my house to make repairs so the owner Greg Williams called me and that he will drive out to my house and help me lift that monstrous 18 ft garage door so I could get my truck out of the garage. What company does that????Well I was so impressed with that service and especially happy to have dome help lifting that door. Well, Pro-lift came out the very next day and made all the repairs and the garage door works great and their team were very polite and professional.I would highly recommend Pro-Lift to anyone that needs a garage door repaired or installed.
