Called Sears to get someone to install garage door opener. Mike called before arriving and showed up on time. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. Got to work and installed the door opener in record time. He also noted that my rollers were worn [they were only 30+ years old). The opener worked great and the new rollers help to provide a fantastically quiet experience. Highly recommend Sears and Mike for excellent service

I phone Sears with a broken garage door problem. I had used them previously. I was given a appointment for the very next day which was great because my van was stuck in there. Anyway I expected my technician Mike to show up early afternoon but he was near me called to see if he could come earlier. Yes that was perfect. Mike was very customer friendly. Dave E was the best! He installed our new garage door opener in about an hour, and he walked through how to use it. I learned things like programming my cars, the laser sight, holding the door open, and things to look for as the door itself ages. Dave even secured the rail track for the door in one spot that was loose. Im so glad I called Sears.
