I would not recommend this store. I usually don’t make complaints, but I want to stop someone from making the same mistake as I did. I called the day before to have a birthday gift delivered to my mother, the next day (on her birthday). Needless to say it’s 7:00pm and the order is still not there. They don’t answer the phone. Customer service is horrible. They give you no details about your shipment. I would never order from this store again.

I ordered a gift for my daughters birthday today and she sent me pictures. It was absolutely beautiful and she said everything is fresh and delicious. I am so pleased!

Had the best customer service at the Oberlin Rd location! Sarah & Bailey were absolute stars during Valentines Day Weekend when the store was completely hammered with orders - they went out of their way to give us an exceptional experience with awesome customer service, and never lost their smiles! Our order was fresh, beautiful and delicious!

My sister from New York sent me a Birthday arrangement from them and it was awesome. The chocolate-covered fruit was as fresh as it could be. The whole arrangement looked great. Thanks all who put it together ;)

This is the worst edible arrangements I have ever used... they completely botched my order for Valentine’s Day and then had no sympathy for it at all. I was so fortunate that they even refunded me for the missing items, but just horrible customer service overall. they are a joke, would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid using them if you can.

I placed a Mother’s Day order and the customer service was excellent! They delivered the biggest, prettiest strawberry box all dipped in rose vanilla and chocolate. Plus a huge box of gourmet chocolates, 2 balloons and a cute teddy bear! Everything was perfect! My aunt loved it all and it brought her so much happiness! She said it was all so beautiful, high quality and very delicious! This was the best gift and I’m so pleased I ordered with this store. Sarah was very helpful, professional and polite when I placed order, she even recommended the cute teddy bear “Edi” and my aunt absolutely loved it! So I’d like to thank her and the rest of the staff at this store for making the best mother’s day gift. I’m a happy customer and definitely recommend!

Absolutely the best location they were so patient with me after some confusion with an order I placed for my mom. I spoke with a Sarah(I think that’s her name) several times and she was nothing short of pleasantly helpful and warm. I will definitely only use this location moving forward! Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!

Awesome Customer Service! The hospital discharged my mom early and they were kind enough to go ahead and send her arrangement to the house. Even though it was out of there area. Lakeisha, I cant thank you enough.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I received a “surprise” yesterday but it wasn’t a surprise because they delivered and called me when my boyfriends specifically had instructions on the order not to call and security would’ve noted that I had a delivery but of course the delivery driver couldn’t read instructions. NEXT issue, it was supposed to be a mix of white and semi-sweet chocolate strawberries but they sent just ONE white strawberry and the manager Lakeisha told my boyfriend the order said just one white strawberry... UM HELLO! THE ONE MEANS A QUANITY OF ONE BOX, not just ONE strawberry. Then we found out I received the wrong balloon, and her excuse was “we tried to call but the call didn’t go through.” The attitude from the manager was unprofessional and tried to blame the customer for all of their mistakes. REDICULOUS. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

I really love the presentation and staff, but they are so expensive given the actual amount of fruit that is used. Also the quality and ripeness is very inconsistent. I have a feeling that it will be a very rare event to order one ever again.

My order had a mix up and Alex solved the situation skillfully and professionally. I will be purchasing from here again.

This is by far the worst location I have dealt with to date. My order I placed was completely wrong, the surprise was ruined and they take zero responsibility for their actions. The “manager” placed the blame on me, the customer, when they didn’t know how to read the ticket that printed for the order. When I called to address my concern I was told it was my fault, I placed the order. And then come to find out, the balloon I ordered was wrong as well. This location is unprofessional and lacks any form of customer service. I would highly suggest a different location unless your are prepared for complete disappointment and disrespect by the “manager”.

This place is terrible my husband tried to surprise me but it never came which was supposed to be 3pm I had to call about my own surprise then the man asks can I reschedule umm no dummie you cant reschedule a suprise!!
