Beautiful and delicious chocolates! Complex flavors and delightful truffle choices! Love the chocolate covered potato chips, too! I had a little trouble with the online shopping cart, but it wont deter my future purchases! Highly recommend this local Raleigh chocolate shop!!!

This chocolate shop is top of the line, it has extremely rich chocolate that will satisfy anyone and everyone. They even have stuff for dairy free people. The chocolate is straight from the farm, and on a lucky day, you can see them processing the chocolate before they melt it. I definitely will recommend this to anyone, 10 out of 10!

They are only doing pick ups. They are not allowing you to do piece by piece chocolates except for what they have listed online which is five items, which three are completely sold out. They need to update this platform and others before people waste two hours to come to somewhere.

Wow! This place is a hidden gem. Disclaimer, Im not a chocolate connoisseur. Having said that, they probably have the best/freshest truffles in the Raleigh area. Some of these look like works of art and the flavor exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly. Great atmosphere! Im told they source the beans from South America themselves and refine all the chocolate themselves. Its truly an exquisite product.

I always enjoyed Escazu Chocolates prepandemic, but my last experience wasnt the best due to online ordering only, miscommunication, and automatic tip added. I was able to reach to them outside of business hours later that night and they were able to resolve my issue.Additionally I was immensely impressed by the higher level of customer service that they provided and will always enjoy their chocolates.

Loved Escazu! Definitely a fun place to bring out of town friends. Artisan chocolates were all delicious and a group of 4 of us split 12. The only one we did not like was Cherry and Vodka flavor, tasted strangly like Robitussin. Our favorites were the raspberry preserve filled, orange and staranise, and lemon. Also had their hot chocolate with peanut butter and oat milk, it pretty much made my night. Service was also wonderful and seemed genuinely happy to help and educate us.

Amazing!! You guys are out of control!! I just got a large beautiful heart (65% chocolate, hazelnut, cocoa nibs, sugar) in the mail from my sister in Raleigh and it is out of this of this world! At first I didn’t want to eat it because it looked like a piece of art but then I was persuaded otherwise and I am so glad I did, it was absolutely delectable!

Drove to your shop only to find out you do not serve walk up customers. Went back to my vehicle to place order and at check out you charged me a “TIP”. Tip is used in hospitality service you are retail. I do not mind paying your price but TIP is at my descretion and not yours to demand. It was irritating enough that I visited your establishment to purchase from you and not be able to only online but to add a tip to my required online only purchase was too much. Love your chocolate but I will look at others to purchase from.

Tucked away in the northern part of downtown, this chocolate shop had been a go to favorite for years! Their artisan chocolates are divine. We also like to get their seasonal push pop flavors.Have you ever wanted to try what traditional “original” hot chocolate was like in the 1800s? They have a variety of traditional hot chocolates from around the world.A small and quaint location. Been coming here for almost 10 years now.

This is one of my favorite places in Raleigh and I tell others about it all the time. It’s great for ice cream in the summer and hot chocolate in the winter. I’ve noticed that the quality of the hot drinks does vary based on the employee but I’ve never had a bad drink, just regular vs amazing. They do seasonal ice cream flavors sometimes - I once had an amazing molé flavor - and you can easily get dairy-free there. The chocolates are wonderful too, but pricey. I recommend buying a giant box of them for parties/holidays.This place is just so great. I hope it’s around forever.

SO MUCH YES. This place is awesome! I went in on a Sunday and got a few chocolates, bars, and coffee. Everything is made in house and is SUPER artisanal and delicious. A little on the pricey side but absolutely worth it! They are sensitive to folks with peanut allergies as well. As an FYI their ice cream is not by the scoop, just in a pop, but as a plus that meant I could take a couple home to save for a later time. AND as a bonus they have several parking spots right in front of the location!

Best chocolate in the Triangle! The flavors are so tasty and so unique. It is bean to bar, so everything is done in house. The ice cream is really great as well, with a lot of flavor options, including dairy free. Coffee and hot chocolate are made very well. The hot chocolate in particular is outstanding, with several options that vary in sweetness, flavor, and strength. The shop is super cute and staff incredible.

The best gourmet chocolate that I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this place to people in the area. They have great chocolate, ice cream, and even alcohol chocolate. I accidentally stumbled upon this gem when on the way to the Stanbury. LOVE the vibe of this place.
