The first time I visited the Chocolate Boutique, I had a great experience. But today, on Sunday, June 18 @ around 5:00 PM was the total opposite. I ordered 6 of the truffles as a gift for fathers day. They put the chocolates in a paper bag. I asked if they had a branded bad they could give me to put them in as they were a gift for fathers day, and the woman who appeared to be the manager just shook her head no from the back. The girl who was helping me, who seemed to be new as she was asking the manager several questions during my visit, luckily pointed out the boxes they sell before checking me out, and I snagged the last fathers day one - which was great! (PS - the 6 truffles didnt fit in the box when I got home.) Then I made a last-minute decision to get an ice cream come for myself. I didnt get a receipt so I dont remember exactly how much they charged, but it wasnt cheap. I ordered two scoops in a cake cone. See picture below for what I got. Im sorry, but those were the sorriest two scoops of Ice cream I have ever seen. And that bottom scoop you see, is all there was - there wasnt anything additional in the shaft of the cone. I guess technically those are two scoops, but for a pregnant woman in America, I certainly expected more. On top of that, she wore one glove when she got the ice cream, on the hand that held the scoop. She held the cone gloveless and it did not have any paper covering or a napkin around it. (I grabbed one after she scooped it and handed it to me...)Needless to say, I just ate what little ice cream there was out of the top and threw the cone away. I was the only person in the store and I just felt like the manager did not want to help the new associate or give me any attention and the ice cream cone was just a waste of money. I personally will think twice about going back. This experience just canceled out the first decent one that I had.

Our time at the Chocolate Boutique was exquisite in every way! The staff welcomed each guest to our “Chocolate and Wine” shower, served us wine, provided sample chocolates and taught us about chocolate (history and origins) as we created our own shapes with fresh, delicious chocolate that hardened to fit the array of molds each guest chose. What a unique, fun, and special shower this was!

I called the Chocolate Boutique for their help with a unique gift for a donor appreciation event and the result was fantastic! I wanted a simple, sweet takeaway that would serve as a small token appreciation and the Chocolate Boutique team created just that! The boxed truffle option with branded packaging was so unique and delicious! We will definitely reach out to the Chocolate Boutique in the future for gifts.

Had a fun time with the chocolate party and enjoyed tasting some different goodies, but after reading the itemized bill, I cannot understand how the amount was calculated even with sales tax and the automatic 18% gratuity I forgot about before I left an additional tip. :) I was definitely overcharged, no matter how I calculate it. And I am disappointed we were not offered the sipping chocolate that should have been included in the package. When asked, an employee said we had a choice of wine OR sipping chocolate, but the web site clearly states we should have received both (I was really looking forward to it!). We were also told they would let us know when we were nearing the 1/2 lb of included chocolate for each person, and when asked, we were repeatedly told to just keep making more, resulting in overages by at least 1/4 lb each for each participant. Just wish the warmth and friendliness displayed by the owner translated into a more trustworthy business practice and maybe some clarifying training for other employees. Would love to add more stars to this review!

Great selection and variety. A lot of fun ideas for gifts or special treats for yourself. Definitely wor th checking out this place. The smell alone is heavenly. Worth the drive.

Had a girl’s day/engagement celebration here last weekend. Great staff- energetic, friendly, and fun! Great chocolate as well! It was overall a wonderful experience making our own chocolate and learning the behind the scenes of the process. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful store with many great selections. We purchased about 10 truffles for over $30 and the associate simply dropped them into a simple bag all together like a bag of jelly beans. A presentation in a nice box would have made all the difference. It’s the little things which may cost the business a little more but really enhances the experience. Just a suggestion.

Great selection of chocolates, wines, and other items. I got some bacon jam as well as some chocolate covered salted caramel and dark chocolate covered gummy bears. The chocolates come in cellophane bags with stickers to keep it closed.

Shocked to see the guy running this place without a mask at all. Youre handling peoples food in a pandemic, and you cant be bothered to wear a 3 gram piece of fabric on your face?Is not even like youre in a regular retail store. People in food service are supposed to take EXTRA precautions for food safety... Katie is awesome! I had the pleasure of working with her at a market event in North Hills. She was very kind and passionate about her work. The chocolate treats are obviously amazing! They can speak for themselves. Genuinely recommend anyone give them a try. You wont be disappointed!

This is not your normal candy store, this is an experience. You can taste the passion used to develop such a unique taste. The customer service was great and the product is well worth the price!!!! Ill definitely be back.

So heres the deal: the best piece of chocolate I have ever had, European or American, was a dark chocolate pecan cluster from The Chocolate Boutique. Why was it so good? Because the chocolate wasnt too sweet, the dark chocolate flavor and the salt of the pecan were the stars of the piece of candy. Without the excess sugar, it was like taking your favorite dish ever and tasting it again for the first time. I will be back for more of the smooth, sweet-salty, melts when you put it in your mouth, confectionary delights next time I am on that side of town. High five, Chocolate Boutique, *high five from afar*.

Was in the store with my husband the other day and had a very nice experience. Both young ladies were very polite and happily answered any questions I had. They helped us find just the right chocolate.We will definitely be returning soon.

Many choices. Great place to purchase gifts. Chocolate wines, the dark one is best in my opinion. Ice cream. I think they have classes or events. Some supplies like moulds available. Good staple kind of place. I didnt see anything different , unusual or unique. Very friendly and helpful service.

A friend had daughters birthday party there today. We had a great experience. The girls working there tonight where friendly, courteous, informative and fun. The chocolate making was fun for the girls. I only would hope someday they would get a seperate room for the parties. Kinda felt uncomfortable every body watching us as they made a purchase and it was a bit loud. Everything else was perfect! Chocolate was delightful.

Walking around the mall we discovered this hidden treasure. The manager was helpful and very pleasant to talk to. The chocolate is delicious. Id highly recommend this cute shop, they have free samples and are reasonably priced.

This place was so lovely. I went during one of their chocolate making date night events, great price for the experience, friendly and informative staff. The vibes given out from the event were joyful and the process of making the chocolate was nifty and unique.

Was here for a friends engagement celebration party for a chocolate making class! We were provided with chocolate molds, toppings, and delicious melted chocolate to make our own chocolates. Wine was also generously provided! The staff were very pleasant and we were taught a great deal about how chocolate is made and its history, which was fascinating. Try the chocolate covered bacon, you wont be disappointed. I will be going back (probably more often than my waist would like, but chocolate is healthy for you, right)...

My mom lives in FL and purchased a Valentines gift for me and my fiance from Chocolate Boutique. It seems the gift got lost in the mail. Chocolate Boutique made up for it by personally delivering a beautiful package filled with a variety amazing chocolates.

For a group party, the website says it is $35 a person, with taxes and gratuity it came to $67 a person. Not worth it! You get one glass on wine, and a teeny tiny taste (half a shot) of sipping chocolate, and maybe MAYBE 8 oz of chocolate that you simply pour into molds. It tastes like the cheap melting chocolate you get from the grocers. Your flavor choices are things like 3 different kinds of sprinkles and tiny marshmallows. The party was in a cramped space- the table had boxes underneath it so you couldn’t even put your legs under the table. Really disappointed and felt like the pricing was exorbitant and misrepresented.

Stopped in after a party around the corner and took home a mixed bag of chocolates. Chocolate. Bacon. Why did it take so long? Great turtles; forget the name of the others we tried this visit. Helpful staff. (They do chocolate fountains, too... )

Went in there and there was a guy, perhaps “working” there, in gym shorts with his foot up on a table (behind the counter), on his phone, and couldn’t be bothered.So, you want me to pay a generous amount of my money when you can’t even act to care?

This place used to be our home run. We would skip dessert at the restaurant and go here. Stopped by tonight after maybe 6 months? Chocolates have no flavor. It seems like they moved to a cheaper dark/milk chocolate and overall not as nicely done as before. Really a shame because they had such delicious, creative, well done chocolates. I hope they bounce back.

Their product is unique and outstanding. We have had a number of their special chocolates and they are truly masters in their field. Great gift ideas and check out the classes they offer. They have a number of stores and more coming but each ones is run like a local owned and operated family run Chocolatier. You can not go wrong with this as gift for someone in your life that loves Chocolate.

I LOOOOOOVE the Chocolate Boutique. I have had two birthday parties for kids there. All the kids (boys!) loved it. Their chocolate always makes a great gift. The most amazing experience with the Chocolate Boutique is having their amazing chocolate fountain Flo at a party. The Blue Water Spa ladies LOVED. all the chocolate and the fruit and goodies for dipping.The attached photo does not do the fountain justice. The party was during a Blue Water Spa expansion, so we were actually in demolition mode. The fountain deserves to be the centerpiece of a party, not up against a wallThe service and experience was so exceptional that we have planned to have the chocolate fountain from the Chocolate Boutique provide dessert and entertainment for an upcoming 80th birthday party! I highly recommend the Chocolate Boutique for in-house parties, events with the chocolate fountain and any time you want delicious chocolate.

Customer service is bad. Every time I go in I feel extremely awkward as staff just stares at you and doesn’t say a word. After my fourth try I am not going back. It should be a fun and exciting environment. Also, I was disappointed with anything I have purchased.

I invited 10 of my girlfriends here for a chocolate-making party and it was FANTASTIC! We had Rebecca lead the class and she was awesome, so be sure to ask for her when you schedule your session. She let us stay there for two hours, was so incredibly sweet, and really made if a very special experience for everyone. On top of the amazing class, the chocolate was really yummy, the perfect balance between bitter and sweet (we did dark chocolate). I would HIGHLY recommend this place (and Rebecca!) to anyone looking for something to do for a bachelorette party, birthday party, or just a Saturday afternoon! Also, be sure to try the chocolate bacon; its to die for!
