Mark was extremely kind and helpful and got us back on the road fast when we got a bone in our tire overnight on a long road trip.

Dino the manager has always provided outstanding service.With hours all throughout the week its easy to get an appointment to take care of all your cars service and repair. Reasonable prices, quality high mileage tires. Firestone always stands behind there products. The management Dino bends over backwards to be sure my car and truck are ready for any adventure. Friendly and helpful staff always makes my maintenance experience enjoyable.

Brought our toyota camry hybrid in two weeks ago for an oil change. They returned the car to us without having put the air intake back together and missing several bolts that I had to purchase afterward. It then began making a terrible noise from the passenger side rear that it was not making before we brought the car in. The car is now undriveable and parked waiting for a professional mechanic to become available to fix it. This is not the first time we have had an issue at this Firestone, but it is the last time. We will no longer be using Firestone.

Had a full brake job done front and rear. Rotors and drums brand new shoes brand new. Cost almost $1000. Got vehicle back the brakes started jamming up immediately. The inspection stated all steering and suspension is in good order. No torn boots or leaks. Took it back the next morning and they test drove it and said the brakes were the problem they would fix it. When asked what the problem was they said they ordered the wrong parts. Ok. When I picked it up they said the rotors and drums which I purchased from them were out of round. Then they said the cv joints and tie rods are leaking and have torn boots. ???? BEWARE!! I WILL NOT USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

I was stranded in Pueblo because the starter went out on my van and the staff was very friendly and helpful... They went above and beyond the call of duty , And they also got the starter swapped out within 1 1/2 hours , Thats total time in the store... Nice air conditioning unit and a water fountain thats not blocked to the public ... Very satisfied customer over here😉

Had an emergency mechanical issue (alternator died) midway into a cross-country road trip. Thankfully, these guys were open on Saturday AND Sunday.Had to order part from Denver, and they were insistent on getting that for me. Could have easily just waited until the week to order, but cared enough to hurry.Highly recommend these professionals!

We transport cars and had a low tire and called around several businesses to find a place to put air in, but everyone said they could not help in some way. Then we spoke with Dino at Firestone and he helped with no hesitation, plus free of charge. He was friendly and reassuring of his staff and abilities. Thanks so much! Went in for a simple tire swap and was quoted 40-50 minutes tops. I was here for almost 2 hours, no communication. I was watching my car up on the stands and the technicians worked on all the other cars that came in after mine instead of mine. However they did a good job once they “got” to the car.

Really good service. The location is different. Parking is limited. Very helpful staff.

I had tires put on one had a leak it was bad a valve stem they fixed it even though I don’t have road hazard. They seem to get pretty busy and it takes a little long. Don’t go if your in a hurry but they are very friendly

I bought my car from Enterprise car sales 6 years ago. Firestone was the assigned repair shop for my warranty. I wont go anywhere else. Good job.

Bought tires from Firestone in Pueblo, CO. Had a leak in one tire and was told they could not get to it. I will take my business elsewhere. Dissappointed, I thought they would take care of a customer. Will not recommend Firestone in Pueblo.

2 hours and 45 minutes to mount and balance two tires. Very polite but glacially slow. Glad I double checked their work. Beauty rings partially installed with no attention paid to valve stem location. They would have flown off at highway speed. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

I only recommend you only use this place if you have a lot of patience, brand new car and lots of money to spend.

I took my vehicle in for an alignment, oil change, and tire rotation. This took 3.5 hours for the alignment not to be completed and not even the tires were rotated. I took it in a second time to finish the alignment which took 3 MORE HOURS for not one single thing to be done. The guy (Matt) I made an appointment for left as I got there. I will never come here again due to lack of time management and qualified technicians. If youre reading this, go somewhere else.

Went in on the third for alignment, was told they couldnt do it because of wear on the inside of tires. Purchased new tires, was told they still couldnt do alignment because of a lot of work needed done on front end so purchased tires for nothing. Getting ready for a 1400 mile trip, one way. Lucky me I wont leave until the fifth. Went back to have the work done on front end, Matthew looked it over and turned out didnt need half as much work done as the first guy said the day before. 1000 kudos to Matthew, boo hiss to the other guy. He was just trying to sell, sell, sell. He knows who he is, he should be ashamed of himself. MATTHEW, 10 DTARS TO YOU.

Man, this location really came through for me at a .most desperate hour. 15 minutes till close, service advisor Abigail said to come on through and Kenneth took care of the problem with ease and I was on my way. Went to them thinking they were more professional than some place that will just jack your car up an throw the rims on. Just had my rims painted an they scratched them up an than overcharged me for low profile 35or lower tire when I put on 45? An took more than two hours! I had an appointment. Will never recommend ever! So mad!

I bought 4 new tires with a 50k warranty. In under a month one tire would lose air after 3 days. I looked for obvious nails or objects in my tire and found none. I then took it in to find out the warranty is a sham and doesnt cover anything. I would have to pay to have it looked at to see why my tire was losing air. I wish I would have gone somewhere better in the first place. Dont make my mistake.

My wife went to have tires put on that were sent from our online dealer and it took over 3.5 hours. No reason for a new set of tires to take that long. Then they tried to charge more then the install price that was quoted for sending the tires to their shop. Guy kept telling her that they couldnt get the bead to seal. Never have had that problem with these same tires at any other shop. Being continental tires Im pretty sure it more the people working there then the tire. Definitely try and find someone else.

Needed an allighnment, so I asked GOOGLE for a place near me. The push ad gave me a place with a coupon at the corner of Prairie and Northern. My simple $60 allignment turned into close to a $300 estimate repleat with a fake computer printout and an explanation why they needed to install CAMBER BOLTS to allighn my vehicle. I was skeptical they were lieing and promptly declined. Decided to go to FIRESTONE. After Firestone finished I told them what had happened at the other place. Firestone did the work I asked for at a reasonable price and did not try to cheat me. No camber bolts were needed. Great job guys.

The customer service here was great. I talked to Carlos this morning and he was completely respectful. He was very informative and broke down everything on the phone so I wasnt confused about the price. They were not the cheapest place in town so I went with someone else but they were more than willing to work with me on the price..

I can say for other services, but when I bought new tires I set to be their first appointment for the day. From start to finish I was there over 5 hours and got a tire pressure sensor fault for my wait. When I asked about the issue I was told they didnt know and it should clear on its own. I only wish I could review with a 0 star rating.

I had an appointment at 2PM, 27th of May, which I arrived to 20 minutes early. The time my vehicle was finally checked out and handed back over it was nearly 4PM. I brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment and a tire balance and rotation. I also brought in a tire to be patched as well to the appointment. The wait wasnt the worse part about the visit it was the fact that the tire and rim I brought in received damage while in their possession. I brought this to the service advisors attention and she got the tech. The tech stated it was that way when I brought it in. I explained that I washed the tire and rim off prior to bringing it and the damage wasnt there. Long story short Im still waiting for the replacement tire and to find out I paid for extra services with the repair that was never done.

I had tires put on 4/13/19. Upon leaving I noticed that my rim had been badly damaged. I immediately contacted the manager Dino. I sent him pics and he acted as though he would make it a priority to address. Called corporate to see if the claim had been filed the next day and nothing had been done. I called back and Dino stated he would refund my mount and balance fees while I waited on the damage claim to process, again nothing done. So now I am waiting on an adjuster, my wheel is damaged and needs to be replaced and no one at the store, or at corporate level has provided any help or answered any basic questions. This has been by far one of the worst experiences that Ive had in any retail or customer service setting IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Zero accountability, constantly passing the buck, and zero integrity. Take your business elsewhere, you will be glad you did. I dont plan on setting foot inside another Firestone ever again.

Took my car in for a standard oil change the guy said my car has a whole bunch of leaks which I know for a fact that it doesnt leak I keep a piece of card board under my car at all times when parked at home because I park in the driveway and it has never leaked took it home and now it leaks all over the place.. I definitely feel like they messed with something underneath and I am not happy

Took our car in to check on an oil leak. After they looked at it and came back out telling us about several other issues they found, we left. On the way back home, the engine was blowing smoke like mad. When we pulled over and looked, we saw where they had taken a knife and cut pieces of the valve cover gasket away. They also cut our rubber gasket over the boot near the tire. Clean and precise cut made with a knife. Not only are these guys thieves, but they will damage your car to force repairs on you. Stay away!

They broke my mirror when they had it in for service. the area manager said ford makes them fold in... but you know if you would have just used the button.. instead of manually folding them in.. we would not be having this conversation..they worked fine before I brought it into your shop..BTW thanks for getting back to me when you said you would and now im in another state working so.

Went in to have my crankshaft sensor replaced, was still acting the same after upon looking at it my sensor is covered in old engine gunk you can tell it was not actually replaced which is funny because I paid them for it went in manager refunded my money because no service was actually rendered then I noticed something regional should have brought to their attention the paperwork they had was diagnosed differently then what my paperwork says, the manager said he accidently filled out this paperwork accidently printed out another piece of coinciding paperwork accidently charged you $320 although when he signed off he knew he hadnt done any work on my vehicle...it was all on accident lol to change paperwork is fraud Ill be looking forward to speaking with someone who can address this correctly

Gave me a hour tops wait time ended up being 2 hours no communication as I sat and waited in the lobby. Also the technicians messed around with things inside my vehicle leaving behind greasy finger prints. Wish there was away to add a picture.

Ran over debris on I-25 and had a flat on front tire. went here to get fixed, big mistake! the patch fell off in two days and Moores automotive said firestone had ruined the tire by grinding into the tire too deep! plus they said I needed my rotors turned so I let them do it, big mistake! had to have them done again, Moores auto said they had not even taken out the grooves, I saw they didnt. Cost me $100 at firestone for nothing, then I had to get a new tire and new rotors. they are not high on my list!

Going through town, called day before to make a oil change appt. Was told 9am and itll be 30 min. Showed up at 845 and they had no record of my appt and said I can leave it for up to 4 hours. Unacceptable customer service.

Helped me out big time! I thought I was gonna need to pay full price for a new tire but they got me fixed with a warranty claim and it ended up only being like $20.

Had some work done in new Mexico, but still had a squeak. It was just the break pad and these folks got it taken care of.
