Fast service. They do a good job and are very straightforward about prices. The first time I went, they even printed out a paper for me with estimates for other issues they saw that would need to be addressed. I knew my wheel bearing was going bad already, and it was one of the things on the estimate paper. I ended up getting it fixed a couple weeks later and the price was just as they said it would be. They seem like genuine honest folks.

My truck brakes went out i needed an urgent repair, even though they had one hour before close, as busy as they were, They still got my car checked that same day (& finished repairing it the next day). They ended doing more work than expected. Yet it was necessary & the manager Donn was very kind adjusting to a reasonable price. the customer service management team is excellent, theres great communication & trust. This is definitely a trustworthy mechanic shop for women and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been to this store a few times for different things. Recently I called in to inquire about an oil change and spoke to Tom on the phone and his customer service was excellent. I can not praise this place enough for fixing an issue a very unprofessional mobile mechanic fixed incorrectly. Was able to work my car in on a busy Saturday within a timely manner. They were great. Lets face it, car repairs are expensive. I called several of the local guys and they wanted an arm and a leg just to look at my car. These guys have it a good thorough inspection for free. Honest crew explained everything instead of just saying you need one of these. Got me out two hours earlier than projected and my car is much happier now.

Truly, this business is a friend to women and I would recommend any person (especially women) to give them a chance, you definitely wont regret it or be disappointed. Im somewhat new to the area and have been dealing with a dealership that rhymes with Bradley for my repairs and maintenance. It seemed to make sense for some repairs I had to do, the first of which I caught while still under warranty. However at my last visit to Bradley after doing a bunch of work they told me I needed rear brakes. That didnt seem right to me for a million reasons but I didnt want to be irresponsible and drive with bad brakes. I did a Google search and found Brakes Plus and what I wondered about (my brakes) was in the name so it was meant to be. Theyre great people who do a free brake inspection. Turns out I dont need brakes or rotors of any kind, in fact they have YEARS of life left on them. Unfortunately its a very common problem for me as a woman for mechanics to invent problems that dont exist in my car and I know Im not the only one. Fortunately Brakes Plus is actually honest about their work and have saved me a fortune. I still have a lingering mechanical problem that Ill be going back to fix when the part comes in. Even that has been a pleasant experience because it ended up a simpler fix than we expected and so its a lower price. Seriously I never knew any shop could or would be so honest and thoughtful! Ill never go anywhere else again. Theyre stuck with me and Im a customer for life now. Seriously, try them.

Brought Truck First thing in the Morning for an Alignment the Mechanic pulls truck in Looks at the Truck Sees out of state plates even though I Live here and work here in Pueblo, walks up to my driver side tire and As Hard as he Can with his hands Pushes the tire right and left goes into to the office they come out and say We cant Do it you need New Ball Joints... NO HE JUST DIDNT WANT TO WORK OR DO HIS JOB ON A OUT OF STATE VEHICLE OR JUST DIDNT WANT TO DO THE JOB... so 5 THUMBS DOWN... Dont waste your money here go somewhere else in Town. I Had an Alignment done across town 1 hour Later. Drives Straight & Great Now

They were able to get a lug nut off tire that the stud broken on and would just spin. They used a cutting torch to get it off without messing up the wheel. Nobody else wanted to touch it. They let me know the risks ahead of time.

I chose this place because they allowed me to make appointment within my busy schedule. When I walked in Tom greeted warmly and inspected my car right away. A few customers came in and talked as if they had known each other for decades. I could feel the friendliness in the air. Even though later the suggested maintenance services turned out to be a lot more than I had anticipated, I was extremely happy and truly thankful for everything they did to make sure I was safe to wherever I drove. The bill was high but the satisfaction was priceless. Then one of my tire went flat the minute I got back home. When I called the store manager Don picked up the phone and promised to send someone there to help even though it was no longer their responsibility AFTER I left their shop. Shortly after, he himself arrived and found a nail on it. He told me he would call a tow truck to bring my car to Discount Tire nearby and take care of it for me free of charge. At the end of the day I got my car back running like a brand new one. I would come back for any need of my car as I believe if they cant fix it they will send me to the right place where customers are treated like beloved families.

Brought my car in at 9 am and at 4:45 PM i was called and tolf what i needed done. When i didnt Immediately say go ahead and fix it I asked for A printed list of what was needed I was told they do not do that and when I asked for a diagnostic review from them a printed copy they said they do not do that.

Took my Jeep in for an alignment and was told that I have custom ball joints that were lose and they literally did nothing to my car. I had to ask numerous times for the itemized list of findings and was told we file it multiple times. I had to resort to a photo of the piece of paper. I was not the only person who was unhappy with my visit while there. Subpar. Will NEVER return. Thanks for wasting my time. Work on your customer service. Maybe consider not treating a woman like they no nothing when they enter your shop.

Donn was very professional and honest, my wife’s car had a squeaking brake pad/rotor. I took it in knowing I may need to replace the brakes but Donn and his crew assessed and looked at them to try to find out what was going on. With the brake pads at 60 percent wear, there was no need to replace the brakes and they were safe. Honest assessments go along way... Ill be sure to take my cars to this shop when I am in need of brakes, rotors or alignment.

They did a free inspection on the things that I was concerned about and gave complete estimates on all the work needed. However, I was on a budget so Nick was so amazing to help me get my vehicle back to good safety while staying within my budget. He was super nice and friendly the entire time and earned my trust right away. And on top of all that, they had my vehicle done faster than I anticipated which was even more amazing. Went In to change brakes and was told it was going to be 360.00 and I was Ok with the price. Then they came back and told me my back brakes did not need to be changed. I was happy with that thinking I was going to pay less. Well they came back again and said my calipers on the front both side were stuck and had to be changed. I had just drove 105 miles to go to Brakes Plus to get my brakes changed. Left paying 710.00 and will not go back. Thats all they do is up sale. Two other people that had there cars worked on at the same time I heard they got up sales too. Will take my car somewhere else. Dealer would have been less. I checked.

I came in to have my shocks, struts and brakes replaced. I knew this was going to take some time and money to do. Marissa was more than helpful in working with me and what I could do within my budget. She was kind and understanding to my situation and clearly communicated short term and long term benefits. Josh and Ryan made short work of the jobs and answered questions about my car. I requested to look at my car while on the lift (as this is a rare opportunity) and they were welcoming in my doing so. When needing any kind of car assistance Brakes Plus on Hwy 50 in Pueblo is the only place I go! Don and Marissa have always been and continue to be the most reliable and compassionate people. Not only through maintaining the utmost professionalism throughout the experience but also ensuring the best deal for your budget. I would 100 times over recommend this business and it’s employees!

Took my car in for front wheel alignment. One of my hobbies is in auto mechanics. I usually make all repairs in my well tooled garage. One thing I do not do is wheel alignments due to the type of expense equipment needed for doing the job. Anyway, I came in for alignment job that they advertise for around $70. They ended up telling me they could not perform the alignment because my vehicle needed upper and lower ball joints replaced first. OK I said and asked for an estimate to see how much was involved. They quoted me 465.00 in parts and about 480.00 in labor/tax for a grand total of $955.00. Knowing my ability to repair my own car I told them I would reschedule for another date. I bought my own parts (2 upper and two lower ball joints) that they were going to install for about (105.00) total. When I inspected the parts removed discovered that the lower joints were not required. People beware of these guys and always get a second opinion before paying large amounts of money for repairs. By the way this was not the first time this happen. A year ago other vehicle got a bigger list of parts required for front end work because I knew it needed some work. So again parts bill was about 900.00 (actual costs for me was 225.00). Labor was 1600.00. My estimate was around 2500.00. And I only needed half the parts they said needed to be replaced.

Stop in to get my front brake pads replaced and realized I forgot my impact.Stopped in at brakes plus and they got the job done really quick. We were in and out this was very important because we are transporters and work off log books so time is money.Thanks brakes plus we will use you guys again.

Where do I begin?! Let me just say these guys not only saved Christmas, much needed famtrip , but also likely our lives and got us in the same day had the part they didnt have in stock miraculously there in 5 min and had us, our 3 dogs and fam of 5 back on the road safely in less than 45 min ! A few years ago (2017) they helped me with my car when I was stranded. They worked overtime to help prevent me from having to stay extra long in a hotel. Beyond excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

We arrived in after having repairs done last night and now having faulty parts and needing additional servicing ASAP they made us wait for an hour without having seen us before we gave up and left. Extremely slow and unprofessional that they couldn’t do the job right the first time and wouldn’t fix their own mistakes.

Marissa was very welcoming and if we have any problems in the future well for sure come back.

Marissa (service advisor) and the mechanic that worked on my car are awesome! I was skeptical of all the positive reviews on Google, but I can vouch for them 100%. Im a former mechanic myself and I was very impressed with the fact that they test drove my vehicle then called me in to show me some parts that were defective along with some parts that were showing early signs of failure. It was low pressure and they focused on highlighting parts that truly needed replaced. I also appreciated getting 2 different quotes for a wheel bearing (1 yr vs 3 yr warranty part). Money is tight due to holidays and Marissa assisted me with getting financing and made that a breeze. They did a great job with the alignment and now my car rides like new! Highly recommend!!

I would absolutely recommend to anyone! I wasnt sure exactly what was wrong with my car but I knew it was serious just by the sounds. On a limited income turns out I needed a wheel bearing, cv joint, and front axle on the drivers side. My car is front wheel drive so it was vital to have fixed. The wonderful gentleman (Tom) that assisted me knew my situation and how essential fixing it was and the importance to have a functioning vehicle it was for me. With his help and knowledge I was able to have everyone fixed, paid for (with the money I was able to come up with), and have my car back THE SAME DAY!! They are amazing. If you asked me what excellent customer service is, Ill tell you to go see Dave & Marissa here at this location in pueblo. They both went above and beyond their job duties to help me take care of my dad. Today marked 13 months since he passed away & Dave took the time to show compassion to not only me but, my mother as well. This was hands down the best experience Ive ever had in a garage. This place ripped me off blind.Had the brakes done and it was one thing after another added on. Went to a real mechanic and was told what was overcharged and what parts were not needed replacing.Also wanted a tuneup and was ripped off again, they never changed out the old spark plugs, just replaced the wires and didnt do the diagnostic i asked for.Be warnedDont go here?

So I have a Jeep Wrangler and I LOVE my Jeep! Im also a girl so have to be careful of bad advice. I dealt with Tom for my visit today, which was a second opinion, and he was very honest with me.
