I just took my Van to this location because it was making a kind of concerning noise. Eric was awesome. He was a great and friendly, and he had me in and out in no time. I am new to the area and definitely found where I will be taking any vehicles in the future!

We were new to the Pueblo area and experiencing some issues with our van. Our son-in-law recommended that we take it to the Midas Store he uses for his vehicle. When we stopped by without an appointment, they greeted us in a friendly and professional manner, they listened to all our concerns regarding the vehicle. The New Manager Lance (his first official day) had them pull the vehicle in to the repair area. Lance reviewed with us everything thoroughly what was found and made suggestions we which we agreed to. We knew we needed to replace our tires for all weather and asked for a quote on what he had. Since it was a good deal we decided to go ahead and have them replaced.My husband stated that the van wasn’t getting good gas mileage since we moved to Pueblo from MS. Lance explained to us the havoc altitude plays on cars and suggested some items which we agreed to do. He ordered the tires and called us the next day. When my husband dropped the van off to have the tires and fuel line flush done, he let them know the temperature gauge was still acting up. After much trial and error on their part they discovered it was a problem the diagnostic test said was working fine but the sensor was faulty. After all repairs were done, my husband said driving the van home was like driving a new car again. He was very pleased with their work.Everything that was done was reasonably priced and repaired in a timely manner. No forced sells but suggestions and Lance thoroughly engaged us in what was being done from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this establishment and we will be loyal customers as well.

Ive been thoroughly impressed by the integrity and professionalism at Midas here in Pueblo. Each time I have been here they have provided me with quality parts and service without trying to sell me services I dont need. They took excellent care of me and my car and the lobby was comfortable during the wait as well.

I took my 2015 Lincoln Navigator to have some maintenance done and they had everything done shortly after my appointment time and gave me some knowledge about things I didn’t know. We were out of town in Pueblo and had to get home when the starter died on our older car. Midas in Pueblo towed our car for us and fit us in with a quick enough turn around that we could return home on time.Repair was reasonably priced, and car continues to work well. They are life savers!

They took me in at 3pm on a weekday and were able to fit me in when I was having brake issues. Although the bill was pretty high, they worked with me on what was actually needed repair wise and gave me multiple financial options to help cover the bill. They explained everything in great detail so that I could understand and everyone was a pleasure to speak to. They even stayed past closing time to make sure I could be safe on the road with better brakes. Would definitely recommend!

I came to Midas as a woman on my own, and I tend to be nervous about such things because I know how easy it is for women to be taken advantage of in these situations. The entire staff here looked for every way to help me out, they smiled, they showed compassion for the situation with my exhaust, and helped me find better tire deals on top of that. My repair took a few hours and they offered a phone charger to help me remain entertained. These men take care of their customers, and they have an honesty and integrity I did not expect. They are absolutely worth giving business to. I certainly plan to return!

Earlier this year, when everything was shut down, we chose Midas because it was close to our house and we wanted an oil change. They did it, and did a good job.The problem is that the person that did it said he measured our tires and that we had a very troubling tread on our back 2 tires. He said that he measured it and it was a 3 out of 32 on the rear. I dont know what this means, but he told us it it was a low or worn tread to the point of needing new tires and we should really replace them within the next few months.Well, weve been concerned about them and concerned about money since this and went back to get another oil change and the manager measured those same exact tires when they did them this time, no asking or comment on our part (we allocated money for it because we planned on a road trip but this was not mentioned) and he said they were 7-8/32. The SAME tires. After maybe six months.How can someone get a terrible measurement in March/April and warn us about our tires and the person doing the oil change now measure the same tires and get a 7 to 8 with the same tires! After six months of going to denver and back, the springs and back, many times!Im sorry, but this feels so wrong. I get wanting to make an extra buck, but this literally cements my worry about going to places for an oil change and have multiple things wrong where there actually isnt a problem. We were shopping $270 plus to get two back tires before driving out of state this Christmas. This isnt right and, although we loved the oil changes and have no doubt they were done well, Im not going back to Midas anymore.

I decided to use Midas to fix my oil leak which they charged me 600 plus dollars to fix haven’t had my car back 2 weeks and it’s pouring out more oil today than it was! When I called in Zack helped me and was very kind but when I arrived into the store the gentleman was very rude tried to argue that it must be a new leak and it shouldn’t have any new oil leaks when I only drive the car to doctors or grocery store which is once maybe twice a week! Highly dissatisfied with this company

Highly highly over priced. Really stuck it to us and didnt kiss us afterward on struts, rotors and brakes. Dont use these guys at Midas. They knew my 85 year old mother-in-law was in a jam. Her Malibu was broke down and could not have a safe trip back to her home in Kansas. Its our fault we trusted them. Please SHOP around!!!!!!! I would rate them with a 1/2 star if it was possible. Too expensive. I dont know what it is, but when a woman goes into an establishment like that, they tell you it needs this, it needs that. All of a sudden the break job turned into a bigger break job.

It took THREE times and over a week for them to get my brakes fixed correctly. wrong parts were put on, brakes not bled correctly, brakes smelled like roasting chile after driving for a while after the third fix. Then they tried to tell me Id have to pay more! hell no! They offered me a free oil change...thanks but no thanks.

I had a problem with my battery late last night, ended up only being able to drive and park my car at Midas. The nice gentlemen we’re so helpful, informative and generous when helping even at 8AM. I would definitely recommend them for your car needs and emergency car necessities! They didn’t just treat me like I was some customer they didn’t care about, they treated me like they would treat their mom or sister. It was awesome! Great customer service, Zach. While filling up my car nearby, I noticed a puddle of oil. I still had about 1000 miles to drive and was worried. Drove a couple of blocks to Midas. Zach checked everything and reassured me that the oil wasnt from my car. Appreciated his expertise.

I recently discovered that my brakes were grinding. I called Midas and asked I could schedule an appointment. Kenny Peterson (the store manager) was very helpful and courteous. I was not only able to bring my car in, the same day. They also were able to replace my brake pads and rotors. All within a few hours. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Im very impressed with the staff and the store. The price was decent, considering my brake pads/motors were replaced and that my rear brakes were cleaned. I would highly recommend it. I will definitely be coming again, if I happen to be in the area!

These guys helped make a difficult experience SO much better! After breaking down on the highway in the middle of nowhere and enduring an hour long tow truck ride, from the moment I walked through the door I was met with friendly smiles and reassuring knowledge. Though they couldn’t look at the car till the next morning (it was the end of day on a Friday), they had an answer by 8:15 the next morning (radiator replacement—bad news, but not their fault!) and it was ready to go by noon. More than merely being knowledgeable and efficient, every single employee was kind, friendly, and patient with my many many questions! They even gave me a ride to and from my hotel since I didn’t have transportation! If I lived nearby, Noah and his team would be my go-to-guys for sure!

Great shop, incredible management! Aaron, the manager at this location, offers impeccable customer service with honesty and integrity. Got my car in and out in about an hour without any additional/unnecessary services and charges. In fact, my experience cost less than anticipated. I hope I don’t run in to any issues with my car any time soon but if I do, I’ll be seeing Aaron soon!

This place has no trouble taking your money without doing a thing. We had a stuck fuel injector. They said there was water i our lines. After forgetting to do any work on the car they just threw a bottle of heat in it and told us to drive it around. The next morning we had the white smoke of doom billowing out of our hood. We took it back to them and they freaked. Said there was nothing they could do. Took it to the dealership. Midas had just left a hose loose from an inspection and then we found out there wasnt water in our fuel lines, but a whole bunch of sludge and gunk. And even the mechanic from Midas wrote in his notes that the work was beyond their capabilities. The manager was a real piece of work when we tried to talk to them in person and over the phone and with the regional manager there too. Im pretty sure he doesnt work there anymore but Midas still did nothing to make things right.

The service is high quality, backed by the Midas name. They were my go-to shop for years. The car ran to 235,000 miles. I moved and changed to a family friends shop for maintenance, otherwise, Id still be using Midas. Thanks for the years of outstanding service.

I have been going to this location ever since I purchased my first car in 1998. I am always pleased with how professional, honest and hard working everyone is at this location. They are also willing to go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I have always been treated with respect and all employees do strive to meet my car needs. I highly recommend them as they are really good at what they do.

Good service but I encourage an appointment. The perform service beyond oil changes and you cant assume you will have a quick visit without an appointment. Never exceeded time projections with an appointment.

Kenny handled my request for an oil change, he educated me about their detailed brake inspection, and the service tech went above and beyond required duties showing me where I was missing a bolt on a cover, which he replaced before I left. This morning the Pueblo shop on hwy 50 bailed me out of a big jam! Broke down trying to get to work, the Pueblo team was able to squeeze me in and worked diligently to get me back on the road! Over priced.

I brought my car in to get an estimate on brakes. Everyone there was very friendly and took their time to explain everything about cost and etc. They told me what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. I was planning on bringing my car back the next day as I didnt have a ride home at the time but the amazing staff ended up dropping me off at home and picking me up when my car was done. I will definitely bring my car back whenever I need anything done!

Had an issue; will spare everyone the details. I was not happy. However, I got a call from their district manager, and he worked with me; helped me out a lot. I am very grateful and happy.So if you live in CO Springs, talk to Russ the district manager, or Dave at their S. Nevada location.

Great service. I went in for an oil change and got a great deal with a coupon I found online. The staff was friendly and let me know what else needed work on my car and an estimate for the repairs, but they didnt force anything on me. Wonderful experience; Ill definitely be back.

Our 49.99 oil change ended up costing 64. And they didnt need to rotate tires even. The most madding thing is they never re-set theOil change meter. Now what do I do. Its over an hours drive away???

I had my car towed here and my keys were dropped in the drop off box. I was really impressed with the service because they called me promptly in the morning and even though it was a Friday they were able to tell me what was wrong with it in a timely fashion. Also I wasnt pressured to make any decisions about fixing it and only talked to the associates over the phone. When I wanted to see a detailed list of what needed to be fixed they emailed it to me right away. I was even able to pay over the phone and they released my car to another towing company so I didnt have to be there in person. Getting your car fixed or worked on can be stressful but I feel as though the people here put the customer first rather than trying to get money.

Just needed a crankshaft sensor replaced. Had to go back multiple time for problems not related to that. But that happend after taking it here. Never again. Small business for better service faster and reliable. Also overpaid because they said I would be prioritize, that was a lie.

Booked a appointment online only to be denied service when I showed up.(Because I wouldnt do a full synthetic oil change) Calling corporate tomorrow. I dont know what this stores problem is but got a excellent oil change I wanted (regular oil change not synthetic) from the dealership when I left. I showed up at 10a.m. ON TIME .. I dont know who responded 2 this complaint but its obvious everyone is clueless and ignorant.

Showed up for what I thought was a 8 A.M appointment on a Saturday. Was told I was not on their books. But they squeezed me in very much appreciated.

Im highly disappointed with my recent experience; I was told my car was pretty much totalled since my dipstick tube fell off. I was told I needed to replace my engine to fix this which for my old car wouldnt of been worth it. I had a co-workers husband look at and got it fixed, changed my oil and topped my fluids off and charged me $40 and my car is even better than before! Im never coming back to you guys and recommend you look elsewhere for car care.

They did a good job getting out my oil plug. But they wanted me to buy new front tires. I had just bought the tires last fall and they were expensive tires. My car was garage most of the time and I rarely used it the tires. I checked the tread myself when I got home and there was hardly any wear on them.

Mike and his team are terrific. Our car failed outside Pueblo on a long distance drive. It was a Saturday afternoon and we knew it was bad. He handled the situation professional completed a thorough diagnosis. The news was not good but he treated us very well and helped us make the best of a tough situation. We were lucky that we found Midas Pueblo.

Great bunch to deal with, have the sure, we can do that attitude. I was in town yesterday with a broken exhaust hanger on my Harley Davidson motorcycle. It is a rare bike so no part in stock at HD dealer. These guys did not hesitate to weld it up better than new! Have no worries about getting back to Canada now. If they can fix my bike right you can certainly trust them with your car! Big thank-you from this Canadian two wheel traveller!

Bought a battery in Denver at Midas. It lasted 17 months at a total cost of $157. This Midas location refused to replace, said they no longer sell that product and wanted to charge installation fee. The manager suggested I go back to the Denver location to get it taken care of. I had to call the GM of Midas to get the battery replaced and with no installation fee. Auto Zone doesn’t charge installation. I will go there from now on.
