I have never had such a good customer service experience with my vehicle at any other shop. My tire experience has been painless, even through apparent employment shortages everywhere. Geoff and the team are super knowledgeable, and made sure my wheels were taken care of for my specific needs. They were able to fix a nasty wobble that another shop could not. Boys in the back are extremely polite. 10/10 will be back to this shop for all my alignments and future sets.

Original appt was moved up an hour to 0800. Very happy about that. 2 new tires and oil change on hubbys car. Overall finished at 1030. We had gone to Walmart (drove my car), did some shopping and picked up his car minus the alignment, which they still had to do, but we had cold items and he wanted to go home. Associates very friendly and helpful. Always a pleasant visit.

Showed up without an appointment, needing a lot of work done. They took care of everything, very well priced. The three service writers on duty all very pleasant and professional and mechanics too. Ken even provided me with a phone charger because my phone was at 1%. Also in the past they have fixed flats for me for free. Very excellent service. Thank you.

Hard to find an honest shop and this one has treated me right. I have a white lifted Dodge Ram 2500 and was getting a wobble starting at 60 mph..had them rotate and balance and check alignment..they did all that, fixed my bumpy ride and never tried to sell me anything I didnt need. I will keep coming back as long as the honesty stays..thanks guys!!

Was sent to Big O tires by Enterprise today. My husband and I were on vacation from Georgia and had a slow leak in our tire. Enterprise couldn’t find anyone to fix out tire. Katie said absolutely send them to me! Not only did she fix my tire but she also found a nail in my other tire. Had us back on the road in an hour. She was super friendly and very helpful! I thought I had one nail in my front passenger tire. Turns out I actually had two nails and one screw total in total. Dave got me in and out in about an hour. They even put the seat back to where I had it. These guys are amazing and give the best customer service around Pueblo. They will definitely be getting gift cards.

They were quick to get my tire fixed and very courteous.update... I went back to get new tires for my Powerwagon. I had a issue with the new tire and went in to talk with them about the issue. I had a surgical procedure today and my husband took his car in to get a tire fixed that had a slow leak. He told them his wife was having a procedure and asked them how long it would be and they told him about an hour. After a good hour he asked them again how much longer because he would have to leave when he got a call. They told him he was up next. About twenty minutes later, they still hadnt gotten his car in and he got a call from the surgery center. By then he was totally frustrated and worried about me. He told them he had to go and couldnt wait and snatched the keys away. At that the young guy told my husband thats enough and my husband told him he was frustrated at having to wait so long. Then some other guy decided to get in my husbands face and proceeded to threaten him and told him he had the same last name as the owner and to never come back. My husband is a little senior who has done frequent business with them for over 20 years. They need a lesson in customer service, communication, and manners.

Would not take my car anywhere else for tire and basic maintenance! The staff there is great and they are very honest. I bought 4 tires from them and got a good deal. Then, when my tire sensor went out, they fixed that for about 1/4 of what my dealership wanted to charge, not including what my dealership would have charged me to just diagnose the problem! This one is a good one, friends.

Tires were good price, service sucked. Ordered at 1:00, told return at 3:00. Finally installed at 5:15 and then doing upsetting that we did NOT need. I almost never give bad reviews but they need more employees or to tell the truth about time.

The woman who helped me was awesome and funny. However when it came to the wait time inwas advised 45 minutes to an hour, an walked over to Sams. After almost 2 hours of not receiving a call I called them to find out why it was taking so long. They hadnt even pulled my car is the bay yet to put on the new tires. I understand things happen but 1 hour to 3 an why you have children with you is a difficult task, would have been nice to get a call as well instead of calling myself.

Geoff was awesome. Very helpful. Didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. Katie was also very helpful and professional. Awesome transparent service, and the texts with pics are really nice.

The manager ensured we were taken care of. Went out of his way to help with signing and he sold us a good tire but not the most expensive be... Made sure the SUV was taken care of and only sold us what was needed.

When I experienced low tire pressure for a new tire I had just purchased 48 hrs earlier in a store 40 miles away from home, I took it in to the closest but different store. They listened to me and inspected the tire and found nothing wrong. After a more thorough inspection we still found nothing wrong with the tire or rim and concluded a slow-leaking valve stem. They replaced the stem no charge and I was out of the store in an hour. They treated the situation with professionalism and wanted to make it right.

Great customer service! Good quality tires. We have 3 vehicles with Big O bigfoot tires and they are very durable and provide good traction. We live on a gravel road (5.5 miles off pavement) and have been impressed with the bigfoot tires.

Arrived at 8:15 for an 8:30 appointment, vehicle brought into bay at 9am for oil change, 10am parked outside (supposedly waiting for alignment check) at 10:40 they said it was all done. Pretty sure it was not brought in bay for alignment check, probably just printed the one from my last visit as they could tell with my checking in the bays constantly I was a bit frustrated. I asked when paying if it was first come first serve and they said no but went on to say someone arrived before us so they were done first. Oh and they were short a tech, not sure why I made an appointment (but I always do), I will use them again for my oil changes. Really do it because tire rotation is free since I bought the tires there. This is NOT the first time I have experienced this, but it is the last!

I went in for a routine oil change. When time came to pay for it, I presented a coupon which would reduce the charge to $24.95.The service rep told me they were running a special on oil changes this month with a price of only $14.95.I appreciate this kind of service, of helping a customer save money.I see myself going to them for my automotive care for a long time.

Cesar was very helpful to get me in and out for a screw in my tire. He was sure to check in with me to keep me updated while I waited. Ill be back when its time for new tires. 5 star service.

Manager Pete, Assistant Manager Geoff, and their entire crew provided my family and me exceptional service, and left me feeling fantastic for having visited their store. Wont be buying tires here again. Got a flat and punctured my sidewalls so they said I had to buy a new set and they couldnt honor manufacturers warranty milage because the tire were 5 /32 instead of 4/32. I took it to another tire shop and they said I was at 4/32. So basically I was lied to in order to not get warranty for 30k miles that should have been left on those tires.

They had a new set of tires on my vehicle within an hour of opening, after being towed there the night before, then were calling me asking if they could check some more things for free!

Ken was very knowledgeable and friendly! Great experience, the whole team is well mannered and and seem eager to help!

I was able to make an appointment in less than 24 hours Notice. They were able to do an oil change, put new tires on, and do an alignment in that one visit. I was kept up to date on the progress of service, and notified of any other items on my truck that may/needed attention. I never Felt like they were trying to sell me anything i didnt need or want. I appreciate the communication and felt very cared for!!

I hit a large pothole on IH25. My tire monitor showed I had a small leak. These folks found the problem but they could not get in the tires real quick as I was traveling thru to New Mexico. While I could not buy the tires , they went above and beyond and even mounted my spare. With this kind of attitude I highly recommend them and say THANKS!!

So far so good. Ordered Continental Tires for my Ram 2500. 285/60/20 very expensive but 60,000 mile warranty better than the other brands. Ill let you know how I like them. I have 18 000 miles on factory Firestone tires what a joke. Do not buy Firestone.

Visiting from out of state. The first day here, my sister borrowed the car and had trouble with low tire pressure. The guys got it right in and taken care of, even telling us to bring it back if we had further issues with it.The next day, the undercarriage cover came off. I called in to see if they could help. Matthew told me to bring it right in. Upon arrival, Matthew was busy, so I explained the issues too Geoff. He got the car right back on a lift.They had me back on the road in 20 minutes and ready for a long, safe drive home.Thanks guys! Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

We were supposed to have an appointment at Prigmore for a front end Alignment and they were closed without notice. So we tried Bog O and they took us in and we added balance and rotate. Got us done within an hour. Very nice experience.

If not it was never asked or explained. Never explained the warranty. I was charged for environmental disposal fee for two tires, however I brought one home.

I gave 5/5 stars because all 4 tires were in really bad shape from not having a previous alignment performed. I called at 4pm on a Friday and Kenny said, come in and we will take care of you. I didnt have the funds so I got approved within minutes for a big O tire credit card and Kenny stayed after hours to make sure my car was completed and safe to drive the next day since I drive 65 miles a day. Thank you guys so much!! I will be bringing my triple axle fifth wheel in this summer to have my tires replaced!

I took my car there 5/26/20 and had a oil change done and 2 new tires put on along with a tire alignment. They warned me my water pump was making sounds and I skipped the work to save money and not a day later it broke. I took it back to them and theyve been taking care of it.

We recently got an appointment to get the tires on our travel trailer replaced and possibly 2 or more truck tires. Upon leaving the campground I noticed a tire on the trailer was wobbling. We got to Big O and they investigated the situation and decided against having me get the tires at that point and directed me to another shop for a complete hub assembly replacement. It turns out we were about to lose our tire and then damage our axle and we would be stuck. Long story short, we got fixed first then had tires installed on trailer and truck, all before 2 pm. The service was great we really appreciate. Oh yeah we also needed to keep our truck running because we have our three pets with us as well and the guys had to work outside in the heat instead of the shade of their garage. Great Work! Thanks

90% satisfied. The other 10% would of easily come if they would of sold me the tires they had in stock at the Colorado springs location. Instead they said they couldnt sell them to me unless I had them mounted by big o. Very unsatisfied with that response because they were for my side by side which was down with a flat on the side of the mountain 75 miles away. They could have made my day off I would have been able to get the tires I needed and allowed to mount them myself. I will go elsewhere for my UTV tires now.

Had tire troubles on a road trip and the team at Big O in Pueblo were there to help 100% through the process since we were not in our territory. They didn’t try to push me to buy more than what was needed! Katie, our associate was so so helpful and knowledgeable. While we were waiting (the exact time she said we’d be waiting) I noticed her going above and beyond by constantly cleaning or stocking! Besides spending money I didn’t want to, this experience with Big O was awesome!

They were slammed with work and they fit my car into their tight schedule. They went the distance. They could offer some print out schedule for customers, to know what kind of service for X amount of miles to do. That is always helpful. Also, they could offer other services a little bit more. But excellent service! Great Job!

I rarely rate anything just one star, but if I could give zero stars for Big O Tires I would. We got a car that had tires from Big O and the tires were still under warranty. The tread on the tires was incredibly low and we took the car to Big O to talk to them about the tires and the warranty.When they first saw the tires (before knowing they were under warranty) they told us we needed new tires and that they were dangerous to drive on. Then, when we talked to them about the warranty and showed them the paperwork they told us the warranty was null and void because the warranty was under the previous owners.When we showed them that the warranty was supposed to remain valid for the life of the tires, not just for one owner they then told us the warranty wasnt valid because rotations hadnt been done every 3,000-5,000 miles (it had gone to 6,000 for one rotation). When we tried talking to them about that they told us that the tires were really still okay and wouldnt fall under being replaced under the warranty anyway because there was still tread left.They treated us poorly, initially tried to sell us expensive tires, tried to get out of the warranty, and then said we didnt need new tires (even though theyd started out with telling us how bad the tires were).This was the worst experience I have ever had at a tire place. Perhaps we just got the one bad apple, but even when trying to talk to the manager we got the same treatment. Hopefully they turn things around and staff start trading people with honesty and respect.

At 7:15am my tire had popped on 1-25 with my two little kids & husband in the car. My husband turned into to the Loaf n jug on Eagleridge & we noticed a huge slit in the tire. Big O Tires was the closest tire shop near us so we waited at the doors until they opened at 8am. There were employees walking inside the building at around `20 til (didnt acknowledge us at all), not even a simple good morning, except ONE person. Kenny. He acknowledged us & said theyd be open in 15 minutes & hell take care of us. (he knew there was some kind of emergency) Kenny had found 2 nails in my tire & replaced me with a new one! He was very patient with me, calmed my anxiety down & was super friendly/ professional. I highly recommend this location 100% just from the fast service & friendly customer service from Kenny. Thanks to Big O Tires, i was able to get to work & continue my day stress free. Thank you SO much.

Stopped for a screw in our tires as we passed through on a trip and they discovered our brakes were worn down to the rotor. They worked with us to fix the brakes and the tire and get us on the road quickly. Great service.
