Great little store with a fresh butchers counter, pastry counter, deli, and restaurant. Lots of interesting hard to find items, like hookahs hookah tobacco, who could accessories Persian accessories, Persian or Arabic foods, pomegranate molasses, love going in there. And the restaurant makes the absolute best french fries.

I’ve been wanting to visit this location. I was cruising around town and by chance I found it. I was on my way to harvest of Glendale to pick up some cookies mj from the famous rapper Burner. I was preparing for my dinner and picked up some hummus and bread. I Definitely picked up some baklava, it’s amazing here. If you google baiz you might have a location near you. There’s a location downtown. I Highly recommend you stop and pick up groceries they have a grill if you don’t feel like cooking.

Nice store, fresh food, you can find a lot of different items. Has a restaurant with fresh lahmacun and a bakery of fresh goodies. They have french and greek cheeses and marinated black olives.

Nice place for shopping they have good fruit and vegetable section. Custmer experience was not the best they need to work on it

We love the meat, spinach&Cheese pies, and of course the Hummus.

I used to go shopping at biaz mkt. In phx. Then I tried the glendale location. On sunday 10.24th. I want beef shawerma... it was a suprise that the price doubled & i been eating shawarma from few selective places...this is A FIRST..SHREADED BEEF FOR A SHAWERMA..WITH THAT PRICE. Also the guy was not honest answering my request for my shawarma. He defensefly told me that they cut the beef & keep it in a plate.. my almost $10.00 sandwich was the worst & last try @ this ...under new mgt resturant.Sorry BIAZ MKT. you lost a 15 year customer business & will share the experience with family & friends. Also in this pendamic..I think mgt should keep the restrooms as per reguired.

I think this place is awesome. First of all it has to be the best halal butcher in town. They have ethnic foods I cant find anywhere else. Now that this location has opened it is far more convenient and I find myself shopping there more often. Baiz is a destination food store.

I was standing in line for my groceries to be checked out, that young cashier gave me the total price, i paid it and in the end that Cashier did not Say Thank you for Shopping at our store Have a nice day Nothing like these comment to say to customers when they leave their store. its like these cashiers working at Baiz Market are Speechless, and the muslim woman behind me with her kids her cart almost hit me without saying Sorry.What a rude store to shop at, i will never come here.

After a I paid the total price the young cashier didn’t say thank you at all on multiple occasions. Cashier should be polite to customers.

The old restuarant is gone, the workers were changed and the menu is expensive with no food value, I ordered kabab for 16 dollars and got only 4. There used to be 10 minimum for 10 bucks, the hell happened

What a shame. They raised their meat prices by almost double since they opened this location. All other Muslim markets have their meat products half price of Baiz Market. What an opportunistic people. I’ll do my best not to shop at Baiz anymore.

Great store. Its nice and clean. Carries just what im looking for. Never seems to runout of what i want. The bread is delicious. I always bring an extra one home.

No hand sanitizer , no sanitizing the carts and that is since COVID-19 came out until now it feels like they don’t care about the customer health and safety . Other then that I bought milk for my kids should be expires on 22 of July and it’s 17 of July and it’s already expired and looks like cheese

I was looking for green chili sauce and, even though they did not carry it and we didnt speak each others language but knew enough English to be super polite, they went out of their way to assist me in looking for it. I would definitely give them another try and give them some business.

Horrible customer service specially in meat department. All the guys that work in meat department are very unprofessional and rude. They always made me feel very uncomfortable specially the tall guy I’m assuming he’s the manager sadly.

Very clean place, offers a wide selection of Middle Eastern groceries. It also offers sweets, catering, and bakery items. I’ll be back to shop regularly. The only downside is prices are higher than other grocery stores.

I dont know cashier are not trained good or they got order from management when ever I buy a lot of food they scan the expensive item twice like bag of rice its not happing once but so many time after 12 mile driving when I got home read the receipt there is a mistake. guy make sure check your receipt before head to the home a lot of mistake and they scan some item twice

Loud music 🎵 in the parking lot, not great when the customers are disturbed by this. My visit was shorter than usual.. seems like a busy shopping center though. QUIK TRIP is next door for fuel, food, fun getting in and out fast !

Wow. Absolutely wonderful and the bakery ong. I cant go back. Delicious cookies and baklava. I want some now. The halava wow never had anything so delicious and i have been eating it all my life. The goat was a little expensive. I want to go back but im trying to lose weight. Highly recommend

Meat department staff is rude and not friendly at all except Aziz, they don’t cut and clean the meat per your instructions always find an excuse, very disappointed. I have noticed that they also have increased the prices significantly in everything pretty much and also reduced the size and weight of fresh made nan bread.The management need to micro manage the staff.And creat a better shopping environment.

I guess the best part for most consumers is that there prices are extremely reasonable.Personally, I love the fact that having such a great selection of meats in their deli and it doesnt stink like meat at all. These guys run a tight ship.They offer tones of Mediterranean foods and a huge selection of international food items to choose from. Baiz market also offers a menu for cooked foods as well! I often order their delicious spinach cakes. The only problem with that is they never seem to heat them up right the first time.

Shelves are perfectly aligned with many products. Amazing staff at the meat butchers area. Theses guys actually can use a knife. Nothing was prepackaged. My steaks I selected were cut right in front of me. Excess fat cut off. Veggies are fresh and plentiful. The staff in the meat department were very friendly. Cashiers were very busy taking to each other rather then talking to the customers. I will be back.

Don’t go here. They don’t clean their carts or baskets.They sell expire products and the shopping carts are not cleaned after use. Wearing mask will prevent COVID-19 but touching the cart will cross contaminate and spread the virus.Always check the expiration date of products you buy from this store.God knows how old their meat is. :(

Their store has fresh items and hard to find items. Their desserts are unique and delicious! Their little restaurant has fresh delicious food and great prices! I will only buy their hummus! The best in town!

Two stars only because they have great food in the deli. Other than that, low quality. First this is a newer location. Cant tell by looking at it. Its gross. Straight up. Maybe deck wash floors on occasion? Wipe down coolers, huh? I dont know, maybe update some of your equipment and lighting so it looks like a modern store? This place reminds me of an old grocer in a bad neighborhood. And this place isnt scraping by. Not by any means. One cashier open with tons of customers in line and way too many employees behind the butcher counter. I dont think I will come back here, its worth the drive to go to the original location. It may look old but at least its because it is old. The food and customer attentiveness is much better.

They dont sanitize the shopping carts. They dont have hand sanitizers like most grocery stores that care for their customers. Social distancing doesnt exist. Poor customer service due to lack of management and training.

No cleaned carts and not even sanitizer spray for the shoppers to clean their own carts.....No sanitizer at the registers....The ladies bathroom was out of hand soap.Shameful! Follow the guidelines!!!You lost a customerwashhands

I used to go to the 20th st location all the time. I worked at a nearby office and it was a regular lunch location. I NEVER had issues and never got sick. Recently I ordered through Uber Eats since I got a credit. I didnt have any problems with it and it was really tasty. I went a few days later in person to the Northern location for the first time. I ordered the same exact thing-Shish Tawook which is my absolute favorite. I ordered this so many times at 20th st. Anyway, I walked in and from the moment I started placing my order the service was TERRIBLE with how rude the cashier was at the restaurant. I knew from experience that it can take awhile to prepare the order, but after my number was called it took around 10 minutes to even get her to hand me my food. My food sat on the table behind her. Another lady was just trying to order and she kept allowing these people to get in front of her and order food. I had a difficult time getting her attention to just get my food. FInally she did and the bag was missing a plate (I ordered two) and I told her. With attitude she went and grabbed it and just handed it to me instead of putting it in the bag. I was missing the pita bread that comes with it. Feeling so frustrated and even hurt by what I experienced I just wanted out of there so I didnt say anything about the pita. The one thing I noticed is that the other lady who was just trying to order was white. Everyone else got better service than we did. Which this is not something I have ever experienced at any ethnic restaurant I have ever been to. I did send a message to corporate on their website and never heard anything. After getting home and eating, I actually started feeling sick within a few hours and my stomach hasnt been the same. This is a place I really enjoyed before and recommended to so many people. Now Im having to tell people to stay away.
