It was pretty frustrating. I was in my car and called them to see if they had a product I was looking for. Since I was in my car anyway, I decided to just drive that direction while I was on the phone with them. They were finally able to give me an answer as I was literally pulling into their parking lot. They said they didnt have the product. But I went in to the store anyway and found it in about 3 minutes.

Due to the times we are in some of the paper goods are low or out of stock but otherwise good. Service was fast and friendly staff.

So I havent been here in over a year since Sunday night and Im just really glad that theyre open and fully stocked they have everything that Ive been looking for thanks Smart & Final for being there when I need you and your customer service is really awesome

Very clean and the prices are great!! Should you need multiples of certain items you often get a lower price which is extremely helpful with everything thats going on with the world today. Saving money is no longer an option its become a necessity. So to be able to lower your food bill is very help. Its just a perfect ace to shop for your home or your business.

This was my favorite grocery store! I often go there because they have a larger range, better prices, and higher-quality goods. Also, the people who worked there were very competent, kind, and beautiful. They provided the best service to their clients, and that was the aspect I admired the most. Thank you a lot!

Great place for bulk snacks and office extras. You could pretty much stock entire entire snack bar for $100 here. Great for coffee, creamer, cups, snacks, paper products, etc. It is the perfect place to stock your pantry on snacks for kids!

Smaller, Older Store...Nice and Clean though

I am use to a large Mennonite store from the East coast. There you can get many many things in bulk. To help the needs of the homeless here in Phoenix, one needs items in bulk. The prices on some items are good and others are not but you be the judge according to your needs.The store is clean and orderly. Its easy to find things. It is wheelchair accessible even inside the store you can navigate with ease. They do not have a motorized cart to sit and shop for those with physical disabilities. They do have a public restroom at the back of the store. It is easy to see the store sign when passing on traffic. The parking lot is easy to navigate. They sell all that youd normally find in a grocery store plus catering items.

Smart & final is the move! had a great experience here. their inventory is unique and they have great prices. nice place to go to for odds and ends kitchen supplies.biggest plus: theyre requiring masks which made me feel safe. quick and easy. really pretty empty inside, hope they stay in business for awhile.

Although it was a new location for me to visit and it was smaller,, they still had everything i needed and some! love Smart and Final period! The employees were excellent as well as patient! Hats off to them!

This was our first time to this Smart & Final. It is a smaller store than the one we normally go to in Gilbert but is still very clean and a wide variety of great items.

I was only there to buy Progresso soups! Not to hear a sob story from Nicole as to why she doesnt eat soup! Please keep your personal information in your own life! Not mine! They gave me the .89 price for all 6 soups I bought on food stamps! Sale ended tomorrow!

They usually have some of the best prices and hard to find items. My only gripe is that I wish they had more people on the registers at any given time and had some self-checkout lines too.

Smart and final is a small, warehouse like store. So they have a lot more just niche items, but I was looking for a ton of tota I flavorings in order to make Italian sodas, and smart and final has tons and tons of them, an entire 4 rows full of flavors, definitely a great place to stop at for bulk flavorings, they also have a ton of other items like that so if you’re ever needing a lot of inexpensive items, and Walmart or somewhere like it doesn’t have enough, I recommend trying them

Terrible customer service coupled with false advertising and overcharging. The store would have some great deals if they honored their in store deals unfortunately they do not.

Great restaurant bulk store - limited items but what they have is generally at good prices - handy for restuarants that need something quick or if you have big families

I like this store it is medium sized and compact with a little bit of everything you need to run a business that caters to food service. You can find everything from baking supplies to napkins and pickles. They also have a big selection of cleaning supplies and alcoholic libations. It is a great spot for everyday folk who need large size and economy size products for their home and the best part is you do not need a membership to shop or just look around. The prices are reasonable for the quantity on most things and the staff is usually busy bit very helpful.

I went in for avocados. They were 11.29 each. Very ripe and ready to use yesterday. The associate was friendly. I got some closeout brushes beans for 89 cents for a large canSo it was ok. ☺️

Staff is always the friendliest and helpful. Shelves have always been full. Prices are less than supermarkets and of course, Smart & Final carries items that Costco does not as well as smaller quantities!

I have always received good service when sought. Yesterday, I asked a young lady to help me with a case of water and she was most willing.

Needs a costumer service booth. Asked for quarters and was declined. (Several times) other than that. Its clean, friendly and accessable.

4 Star rating is for the stores cleanliness. It needs more care. This is a smaller store.The employees were super nice, and helpful. I love that I know if I need something it will be in stock, and priced well. I buy the 50# Palm Oil to make soap. Price is excellent at $28.

We love it here. Great fresh offerings, great and reasonably priced wine selections. Recommend trying the frozen honey and walnut shrimp dish. Delicious!

Great place to buy most items in bulk, but my recent experience was bad. I purchased a meat (rib slab), but when I repackaged it, it was very old, and pungent. I dont think that all maybe that way, but I felt it was a bit much to attempt to sell. Im hoping no one else has this experience.

This place is amazing! I always get great deals on meat. Close to expiration but deeply discount. I feed a large group so I freeze the meat once I get home and defrost it within the week and cook it. There is no difference in the quality or flavor of fresher cuts of meat at Safeway that can be double to triple of what I pay for at Smart and FInal!

Fast, efficient, well organized. Usually only go for a super sale price on an item we use a lot of.

Good place when you need something quick or in bulk. Prices seem to be competitively priced, but beware thats its a mini Costco with the size things come in. Usually an easy in and out though which is a major plus.

BUYER BEWARE I went in for a quick visit and to pick up some last minute items when the Champaign on sale caught my eye. I picked up 2 bottles because it was on sale and a few other items. Much to my surprise, I was charged the regular price, because I didnt buy 6 bottles.

When they have sales, they really do! 2lbs of sharp cheddar for $4.50. Its usually $8. This is where the Mom & Pop shops go. Spices in bulk and surprises around every corner.

I recently came to this location and purchase a couple of items( Whole loaf of a Turkey Breast, Nestlesdrumstick ice cream)First of all the Turkey Breast was Shreaded pieces of Some type of meat, that seem to be Spam. It Looked and taste awful after baking it for 2 hours.( it didnt taste like turkeyAfter that feascal I open the. 4 pack of nestles drum stick and the waffle cones were discolored they were supposes to be brown in color but it was white and the peanuts that was on the top of the ice cream were stale.I would not recommend purchasing any thing at this locations.

Easy in, easy out. They have quite a variety of merchandise and food items for being a smaller store.

Store is small compared to other grocery stores, however, items were well-stocked, the store is very clean and the staff is really helpful and friendly no matter how many questions you may have.

So glad to be able to grab some of my everyday grocery needs that I cant get through Prime Now delivery since I live up the street! Prices are very competitive with regular grocery store prices, I bought a couple very tasty hams from them for both holidays & they were very nice! Staff is very helpful & friendly, store is always clean & looking good, always a great experience shopping here! Was over the moon grabbing up several incredible items on half price the day after Christmas to!! My only sad face: yet sell beer & wine but not liquor, & there is nowhere between 24th St & Indian School Rd & maybe 36th St that you can find a store that sells Fireball whisky or some nice vodka :( keep up the good work guys!

Smart and Final is a great place to do grocery shopping.

Always find what I need for parties etc. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Large amount of BULK quantities so be advised.
