It only got 2 stars because the food was good. Trying to order food at the kitchen and they looked at me and started helping the people behind me. Also had another one just look at me and walk away and started cleaning the counter top at the other end.

I was there to pick up some food, the staff was extremely rude, they do not give any sort of direction. And half the time youre waiting around for them as theyre staring at you doing nothing. although the food look delicious, all the cases look disgusting the countertop where you pay looks super dirty and had debris all over it. A lot of the cases of the food were in had fingerprints all over them. Definitely felt like I was intruding asking any of the staff for any help at all. Right before I was going to order the food I saw multiple staff members touch the same ladle, and not one of them wash their hands. This place does nothing as far as keeping things clean and safe for coronavirus.

Since moving to the valley from Chicago 9 years ago and having visit an whole lotttttt of Mexican restaurants from the North to the east and south sides I gots to say that this place reminds me of the Mexican restaurants in Chicago. Very , Very, Very good. 👏😊

Anytime you want Mexican food you go to The Cantina at the ranch market anytime you want good chicken off of a rotisserie 6.9 9 if you want Mexican food you go to the ear average bill for two people with a lot of food is about 21 to 31 bucks but the food is a bomb

This location is definitely a must. So much to see. The precooked food is delicious. You save so much prep and cook time for days buying this way. Carnitas, caldo de res or pollo, chile verde, and so much more. They have a large selection of produces and the fresh baked sweet breads are yummy not too sweet. Day trip to see everthing.

I prefer Food City as Latin influenced grocery store.

Would be nice if the store management could fix the coolers wore not working properly, where is the health department when they needed to inspect the store?

I went in yesterday and bought 3 pounds of shrimp & 3 pounds of fish and got it deep fried. Came home to find out they’re still raw!! The lady fried it for barely a min or so. Not to mention there was a long line of people waiting to get their deep fried as well. Thank you for the food poisoning

I love coming here for groceries. On wednesday you can get a cart full of produce for $10.

Great Mexican food items!Fresh baked goods and a food counter for dining in!Only issue I had is that they were prepping the grill outside for grilling meat and the charcoal/lighter fluid odor permeated through the front of the store! Very toxic!!

ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL!!! The young lady working there gave me so much disrespect! I don’t speak Spanish and English well so there was some complications. Purchased some prepared foods from the counter. The food was delicious. However the customer service is routinely slow and most of the employees could use some customer service training and not be so gloomy all the time.

I love this Ranch Market so much. They are always so friendly, from the cashiers to the floor associates, everyone is just so kind and welcoming. This last trip really pushed me to leave a review because of how a wonderful man named Ariel went above and beyond for my Aunt Cynthia. She LOVES the in house guacamole and couldnt find any in its usual spots. Wondering if it was moved, she asked around and an associate connected us with Ariel. He went into the kitchen to find there was none left. This kind man went and, personally, made her fresh guacamole for her ❤. I love shopping here for the great produce, fair prices and their fresh tortillas, but theres no beating the awesome people like Ariel

Food was great, we tried pretty much everything over time. On the weekends their slammed...poor lil bejitas running the line running back and fourth to each register. I wish the workers wouldnt walk around with their food handling gloves and aprons....Just have them change gloves when they serve you. Their appearance is clean.

Cardenas Ranch Market is veryy friendly, clean, and had a variety of products that I enjoy.

I’ll keep this short since I don’t have anything good to say. It was my first time there. I went to the section where you can purchase ready-to-serve food and it was an unnecessary wait l. I was the second person in line and I saw them tend to others and take their orders before asking mine. They could clearly see i was in a rush. I had my work uniform on, but after I had my bowl served, the lady who helped me hands it to another lady without a word so I’m left waiting for her to ring me up only to realize she’s not gonna come by and the lady who does have my food leaves me waiting some more and continues to help the guy that’s after me as well as some lady that apparently works there and has her food handed without lining up. What upsets me most is once I’m in my car and I see no utensils or napkins. How am I supposed to eat when one my lunch is now over and two soup can’t be eaten with your hands. I hope this isn’t a common issue here. Bad first experience

The only reason why I gave them one star is because I couldn’t go negative and if there was a way where I could go negative I wouldn’t give them any stars I would give them poop talk to the gentleman there about a tortilla press and he told me to come back later then he hung up on me great customer service I take it he didn’t know how to speak English. But I know for a fact when I went To Mexico I made an effort to try to speak Spanish they were looking down on me. But they come to our country expect us to speak Spanish when they should speak English especially when they have a store and they should make the effort to learn English

I go here for the homemade tortillas. I buy the big burrito size, taco size and mini taco size. Yesterday they were still warm. Mmmm yummy. I used to buy the packs of meat that had chicken and pork. The only problem with that was after covid stated I bought the meat and it was rancid like the had a butt load of meat expiring so they put a marinade on it. Yesterday tho the entire store was clean and well stocked. I didnt buy any meat but I will try again soon.

The best place for anything Mexican, food, products, cheese, chicharrón, special holiday food and treats, candy, bread, bolillo, teleras... the list goes on and on.My wife and I looked all over the place for a good manchego cheese and we found it!!Same thing for white corn!!! And the best part of our trip to this amazing market!REAL TACOS AL PASTOR!!! We would love to eat them everytime we go to Mexico and haven’t found any real good Tacos al Pastor and here we finally did so we got a few for lunch and had to buy a bunch for the weeks to come.In other words if you guys are looking for authentic Mexican food this is the place! Great prices and people!

Definitely my go to place for hard to find foods and spices for Mexican dishes. I get a lot of bulk foods like rice and beans. The fresh fruit drinks, cheeses, tortillas, roasted chilies are great. They have good sales every Wednesday. On the negative side, I have seen a bit of rudeness from employees on the restaurant side. I also avoid their pan dulce. Its not very tasty and customers must pick their own using shared tongs and trays. Ive seen many kids touch the bread and drop tongs.

Secret place that has some of the best meats that weve had. We come here for their various cuts of chicken, pork, steak. They have this yellow sauce they marinate their chicken in that is awesome(they sell it here as well)Staff is friendly, prices are really good.When you walk in the place does have a fishy smell because they are usually cooking or cutting some fish in the back.Their food court has so many different tasty things there. Quesadillas, burritos, tacos, posole that is to die for.

Ive been going here to get menudo every Saturday with no issues. Absolutely delicious. But the last 3 weeks the menudo has a funny smell and funny taste. Ive gone foe the past 3 weeks to see if it would change. Unfortunately it has not, and it saddens me to say I will no longer go to this location. The smell and taste is frightening, almost like old products are being used. Such a shame, really...I will continue to shop here for my groceries, but not for the cooked meals...
