My first time using pick up no contacts service and I was very happy with my order on time ready and just one item that had to be substituted but that was fine, they alert you if something on your list isnt available so they substitute. They give you an option if you want to replace it or not. Which is a great option so you dont have to make two trips. My order was ready once I checked in and Gina did an awesome job in making sure it was me picking up and she had her mask on and kept her distance and had great customer service and bag all my items neat and asked if I want my fragile in front seat which I thought was over and beyond great service. Her attitude was very professional and awesome. In this heat she kept it cool and comfortable for me. Thank you Gina you are an awesome associate for Walmart and I wish there were more people like you 😊 keep up the great work and again thank you and your team for everything you all do. Mostly grocery I found the beer I was looking for. Ample parking. No loitering or panhandling by others. Safe and clean both inside and out. Helpful young lady helped me at self checkout.

Its hard to believe that workers are not making much money and 💰 not well treated. No overtime, and there expected to be perfect at all times, with a heavy work load. There human being, i realize they need the work, but the price they pay to feed their families is outrageous, and always with the fear that if they stand up for what is right and not want to be disrespected they run a very big chance they get fired. The arrogance of some of the managers are sickening, am sorry i complain about a worker but even though it was very valid, I should not done it now I realize that she was tired and overwhelmed with work and people opening packages for the kids to eat then leaving them there. To the lady 👩 at the department w bread and cakes etc my deepest apologies. I hope she didnt get into trouble, am very sorry.

This is a clean and friendly Walmart. Product are all current and dust free. The floors are polished. Youre going to have to provide your own customer service because wally world is saving money by providing self service check out stations and not hiring cashiers.

Probably one of the worst Walmart Markets. A lot of the stuff was out or not stocked. I literally just went for 8 things and 3 of the items gone. And the rest I had to buy family size stuff. Its just me and my wife, I dont need industrial size portions. 👎🏼

I picked up an order and the kid that loaded it into the car put a case of water on top of my other bags and didnt seem to like his job in the least! However, I really like being able to order online for pick up and delivery. Its very helpful.

They are professionals yet personable and very polite and helpful. I believe her name was Genia the associate/cashier who went above and beyond to assist and help me very patient and polite.

Only one cashier the rest are self pay, if you are willing to do the work for them. All registers dirty due to one person to handle like ten self pay.

This is my go to walmart. I always didnt like the big walmarts cause too much people but this Walmart is small and tidy. So I love it! ☺

Usually excellent, sometimes this visit also out of what I wanted just a bare spot with a product tag only. Other than that its quick without a nine mile parking lot and 8 mile store, dont have to pack for a trip like big stores.

One of the smaller Wal-Marts in the Phoenix metro area because they specialize as a neighborhood grocery store.Always low prices and seriously the Cheapest place in the Valley to pick up a fully cooked Rotisserie Chicken!This is also one of the CLEANEST Wal-Mart shopping centers Ive been in.Large fresh produce selection. Adequately stocked with dairy, poultry, and meat.Well lit parking and Security Personnel make the shopping center quite safe at night.They also have a Pharmacy and a Customer service desk towards the front of the store.

The Walmart Store crew are excellent, the reason for only 3 ☆ is due the awful parking area, with all the businesses this location must have an update or many rather drive further to the locations on Bell or Cactus. That is disappointing.

I like it because its easier to get in and out of faster than the full Walmart store. However, theyve reduced the cashier lines and added more self check-out terminals. I dont like that! I dont work there!

Staff is great but the store is ALWAYS out of atleast 2 items I go there for. I frequent this store once sometimes twice daily for the last 7 years....

The pharmacy is 5 * cant say that for the rest of the store. The whole area needs more security or at least provide security that is not standing around texting.

It was really nice coming here. I was greeted with kindness by the greeter. I got to shop peacefully, and it was a very pleasant experience. The store has great variety and the products were neatly set out. Also, the radio was on and people would share kind words about others. :) I would highly recommend others shop here.

I love shopping here!! Shelves are always stocked,store is very clean, and food is fresh. All the workers are always available and eager to help you find items. There is one employee that really stands out from the rest and his name is Tim!! He is a very nice young man...a joy to be around! I tell you, I shop here a lot and this guy is always here! Ive seen him just about everywhere in the store doing what is needed to be done in the store. He is always busy working usually upfront at the customer service department or on the register where its always very busy.My husband and I make sure we find him just to say hello!!

This store is always clean and instock position is greatly improved since the beginning of Covid-19. The only suggestion is a better response time to the lock-up items. It takes forever for a associate to respond to the high left lock-up areas.

I want to say that customer service here is through the roof, I was in need of access to my funds and although customer service has closed for the day, the associate, by the name of Kat, went above and beyond in assisting me in doing just that, getting my cash. But only did she reopen the customer service after hours and assist me in this day, she has always been very corteous, polite, and a model of what customer service should entail. I applaud this employee. And I am very grateful to have met and to be served by this wonderful employee. Thank you so much.

I am not a Walmart guy but I gotta tell you the neighbourhood Walmart took great care of my kindergarten teacher wife with these pumpkins.And sweet Kat The customer service women... Went the extra mile and lugged this big Box of pumpkins so that my teacher wife could give all her kids a pumpkin for Halloween.Now thats a neighbourhood store! Thank you Walmart.

Its a good store I mean its not a big giant super Walmart but it had everything you need in there but they dont sell clothes

Excellent. Found the store well stocked and there were a lot of sales on can goods with no limit to purchase amount so I picked up plenty for long term storage. I would urge you to take advantage of the current sales on corn beans and rice. Staff are very courteous

I go to this neighborhood Walmart Store. Cause its 1 mile from my house. I go to the super Walmart Store for the bigger selections. When its something that the neighborhood Walmart doesnt carry. I like the convenience.

Clean Walmart, smaller than most walmarts and efficient, kind Girl Scout selling cookies at the front. Help them out! But one of the cashiers here is very rude and is slow at her job.

I needed some Friskies can cat food & they had hardly any of it. Ended up buying Meow mix with 16 or so small cans. My cats dont care for it much. Just about every WM is out of Friskies can food. Do not know why

Great. I just moved to this area. Its in walking distance. The employees there are so kind. They also have masks of you forget yours.

This is a great center with local Grinders,Karl’s Bakery, Walmart,Ross, Dollartree,Pawuime street food, the best

The best little Walmart. While they dont carry everything keep in mind its a Neighborhood Market format. What they do have is all the essentials like Milk, fresh vegies, frozen foods, paper goods, pharmacy, diapers, ice cream, water, baking goods, and snacks. No clothing, crafts or garden and has a limited selection of seasonal items. The store is very busy and often crowded but the staff is friendly and professional. You will wait to check out but the lines move quickly. They do their best to implement social distancing and keep the store clean. Ross and the dollar store are in the same plaza so they might have the other items on your list.

Employees take forever to get things that are locked up out (baby formula, alcohol, etc.). But it is a small Walmart which i like. Not your typical Walmart, they only sell food at this location.

I visited this Walmart because I went for an apartment in the area. I truly fell in love with this little Walmart. 1 miles so I can get to it with my wheelchair. The staff was delightful very helpful. The bathrooms were extremely clean. I find it to be warming, charming, and cozy.

Customer Service is good. Security is great. I wish I could give them 5 stars but due to the Pandemic they need to step it up. They have self cleaning your own cart. Most of the time the sanitizer is empty. There is always someones wipes or paper towels laying around. They should have a grocery cart attendant like other grocery chains do. The carts & hand backets need a good power washing. You have to go through 3 carts before you can find one will descent wheels as well. It is time for the to get new carts. They should also have free standing hand sanitizer stations throughout the store. Walmart is the biggest chain out there & should have the means to provide these services to protect their customers.

Just want to let everyone know this store is not a Super Walmart shopping Mart. Just sayin

Not too crowded nice environment

Hate the fact and very disappointed that I cant load $ on my Walmart visa at some locations and or the cashiers arent informed or even shown how to process that type of transaction. I dont recommend green dot or any prepaid cards affiliated with Walmart cause trust me it is a complete hassle and joke trying to find a Walmart that has the knowledge to assist a customer with loading or even withdrawing funds with any Walmart, Green Dot prepaid card!!!

I know folks love to beat up Wally World but lets be fair, shall we? This market is staffed by many employees who genuinely care about the customers. They actively reach out and make sure youre doing all right. If youre having trouble in the checkout process, theres someone right there to help. And the pharmacy is staffed by wonderful folks who are patient and kind to each customer. Each pharmacist is very knowledgeable and explains information about your prescription fully and in a way you understand.

I got juice, yogurt, dinner, school supplies to donate, tomatoes & diet bread.

I used to live in Mississippi. Neighborhood markets seemed like they were on every corner. I used to shop there a lot because the prices were affordable. This Arizona location offers the same low prices but doesnt carry nearly as wide of a selection. Its unfortunate. I would shop there more often if they carried more items Id more likely to buy. Neighborhood Market is just ok in my opinion.
