Very rude made us wait for 3 hours with 2 kids just to have a mechanic drive the truck only to tell us it was fine. It definitely was not. Steering issues but more over a safety issue for all especially with the kids in the vehicle and they changed about $100 and its a brand new truck.

Mechanic told me my transfer case blew due to me using a full sized spare. As I tried to explain to him it was only ridden on less then 100 miles he became agitated and condescending towards me and said (exaggerated exhale) Im not going to argue with you. I wasnt arguing,I was explaining! Considering my jeep has about 31k miles on it and is a $50,00 unit, you would think their service would be a little more patient and kind. Astorg customer service sucks in the mechanic shop. They did provide me a very nice loaner that Im using.It would be a whole lot nicer if it didnt have Astorg all over the side tho.

The past few months this place’s customer has been abysmal. First it started with sales not willing to help with buying out my lease. It would have been a huge profit if I had wanted to sell it but I had planned on keeping the vehicle. Ended up turning over the lease. Lastly, I have had my second car in about 3-4 times since august with the same problem. The staff all agree that something is wrong but don’t know how to fix the heater/AC. The only response I get is we are waiting on corporate for advice. Winter is coming and I don’t have a heater!!! Missed the AC in the last of the summer. Overall, poor service all the way around. Plan on driving somewhere else/ anywhere else for my next vehicle if I stay with the brand...

Bought a Town and Country. Had a question about something they were absolutely the rudest people in the world. True, I didnt buy it there, but it is a Chrysler product. I would recommend going anywhere but there. They really dont even deserve one star.

NEVER BUY FROM ASTORG! I bought a truck from them a dodge certified used had six months on an inspection sticker and wouldnt pass inspection six months later from front wheel misalignment tire wear and daytime running lights that I didnt know was equipped with this truck as they never worked!

Purchased a part from them. They gave me the wrong side than what I ordered. The box was left with them because it would not fit in my car. So they will not take it back. Even though they gave me the wrong side. Ok fine my fault for trusting they new right from left. So I ask to order the correct side. They say I have to order both sides now because the part requires to be sold as a pair because it doesn’t match the original. So now they will not sell me the other side unless I buy the pair. Makes no sense because they sold me one side already. This by the way was never told to me the first time when I called to get the part. So why now do I need to order two? Why can they not get me the matching part to what they already gave me? I spend thousands of dollars a year ordering parts from Chrysler Mercedes and ford. Sad to say that they will no longer be used as a parts supplier for me. Very disappointed in the way I was treated, misled. I guess losing a long time customer doesn’t mean as much as admitting a mistake or trying to make anything right. I ate the loss for the one side but now to say I still have to order both because they are different is just ridiculous. They sold me a discontinued part for the wrong side. No morals or appreciation for a long time customer who spends a lot of money with them. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

I was verbally told when I bought the truck that a loner car would be available, and have a written three year or 36000 mile extended warranty that guarantees the same. Was all but called a liar by the scheduling desk, had to take it to the service manager to get it honored.

Bought a new Scat Pack Challenger just over 2 mos. ago and got hit driving home one day. Had trouble with at fault ins. co and got an attorney who advised me to trade my car since it may never be right again. Went back to dealer and this time bought a SRT Hellcat. Bob Gerichten was extremely helpful as the salesman and worked to get me the best deal possible. Still took a $15,000 beating on my car from the accident. A lot of diminished value for only being 2 months old.

Called and made an appointment for a Recall on October 5th. The soonest they could get me in was October 23rd which was fine. Swapped vehicles with spouse and took vehicle in. After 47 minutes in shop they notified me they ran out of parts to do recall. What is the point of an appointment and schedule ahead? Plus why couldnt they notify us they day prior they needed more parts. Very poor customer service and communications. So now have to take another day off work and swap vehicles for whenever replacement recall part arrives.
