Do not take your vehicle to this place. They DO NOT care about customer service. The snotty phone girl had ZERO empathy or caring about the fact my job had been lost in the shuffle and put off for three weeks. I will never use this company ever again Further, I’ll make sure all my friends and family never do either. A little caring when you screw up would have gone a long way.

Caliber was the place my insurance had me go to that is in my network. They did a great job on the repair and it was on time. What else to say? Truck looks great and I am happy with the work that was done. Thank you.

Poor customer serviceWent to 3 places for a quote to fix my dented fender. The others were responsive and eager for my business. Did an online quote with Caliber, called to review and the rep barely wanted to give me the time of day and go over the quote. When I mentioned the insurance company I was going through she said they don’t work with them and didn’t want my business. No problem with all the others. Sorry, lost my business.

The repair itself was done VERY WELL. Looks great. The promised date (friday before major holiday weekend) was not fulfilled. While we got through the holiday weekend without the truck; it was a huge inconvenience. Lack of communication on timing. Good repair though.

I got into an accident, and this just happens to be where my insurance towed my car. The entire experience with them has been super pleasant, though. They call me daily to update me on my car, which is nice since its a 3 week long project. Very polite and informative and on time.

Brenda did an excellent job working on my claim from a car accident. Work was excellent, done early, and everything was communicated. I had an great experience. I would highly recommend working with Brenda.

Hit a curb in the rain and busted my tire and rim on Evans Ave. Messed up the alignment a bit. Took my vehicle to the Ford dealership first and they absolutely tried to screw me. Told me it would take over a month and almost 3 grand in repairs. Had my insurance take it to Caliber here in Parker and I had my car back in less than a week, and didnt pay anymore than I needed to for a single tire and my deductible. Very friendly and communicative.

Very poor quality job of paint matching a bumper that needed to be repainted with the rest of the car’s body. The manager just argued about how that is just the best they can do, and him and the service advisor Brenda thought it looked just great! I asked for the bumper to be repainted with a better match of the pain’s tint material. The manager kept the car overnight, and the next day I was given the car back with no difference in the paint!!! I do not believe that they even attempted to repaint the vehicle! I will never bring another vehicle to Caliber Collision for any future repairs. Highly suggest if your insurance company recommends them as mine did, that you pursue other repair shops!!

My car was so clean when I got it back that I hardly recognized it. I was also extremely pleased with the way they communicated and kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs.

Both my brother and I have used this shop to repair our vehicles. They are friendly, professional, and communicate well while the vehicle is with their shop. The workmanship was very good. I will use them again, if needed, and would recommend them to anyone.

Drew and Caliber made the claims and repair process so easy. I was very impressed with the quality of service.

I’ve used Parker Caliber Collision for years and had multiple vehicles in there. The repair work is hit and miss. Their lifetime warranty doesn’t cover anything, even if they touched it. Avoid Brenda like the plague! If you have to use them, ask to work with Chase, he is great!

I’m dealing with an accident right now and the process of even getting my car assess has been a pain but I called around to multiple caliber collision centers and Kat gave me the information I needed to get things moving and is why I wanted to go to the location. Once getting to the location I was well taken care of and am happy with my decision.

Katherine and Brenda Rock. 5 Stars is not enough to represent my experience. From the minute I walked in my expectations were set and met by Katherine and Brenda.

Ive had better experiences with other auto body shops. Used this shop only because of my auto insurance. By using insurance selected auto body shops, I get lifetime warranty.I think over all this shop is OK. Workers are very nice and I like weekly updates about the process. However they are not paying attention to customer requests and not paying attention to the parts being installed/used for repairs. Why install wrong parts? It only delays the repair time. Plus no one wants to pick-up their car, just to bring it back so it can be finished. It seems that they are in the rush to get the cars out. Well, repair it properly the 1st time. Make sure that parts are installed correctly and working properly. Then call the customer for pick-up.Or maybe my car was too complicated for this body shop.I want my car to look good. So I know Ill need to spend some time to make some adjustments/correct fitments/etc. Nothing major. :) However I dont think Ill be coming back, unless its warranty related issue.

Over the years we’ve had a few vehicles repaired at this location, alway a great job. Most recent was our truck, Chase went above and beyond in his customer service dealing with an absolute sham of an insurance company by the other party.

The staff was very friendly and informative. I was kept informed about my car and it was finished when they said it would be! Not planning on any more accidents but I would take my car here again in a heartbeat. Great job!!

Over a month ago when I received the estimate from the insurance company I called to make an appointment to have my car repaired. Yesterday I brought my car in to the appointment and they told me it was for an estimate. I did not make an appointment for an estimate as I already had one. Why would I make an appointment for an estimate when I least had one? The receptionist was rude, and clearly unhappy to be at her job. She told me she was the one who made the appointment so clearly I was wrong and it must have been a miscommunication on MY part. I was then told it would be another month (end of January) before she could schedule me to bring my car back for repair. No thanks, if you can’t get a simple scheduling to bring a car in for repair correct, and be helpful when the mistake is on you, offer a better resolution then “well we don’t have the parts”, I can take my business elsewhere. She didn’t speak to anyone else to see what could be done. She just shut me down. So thank your rude, mean muggin face receptionist for loss of business Caliber Collision!

Just called to see what the first steps are to get their help with a repair. Before asking me anything, they tell me, its the middle of hail season, blah blah, and a whole list of reasons why they cant help. I never even got to the part of what I needed help with. WOW - Business must be pretty darn good if they wont even talk to potential new customers. Im a fan of customer service, and well - they had none. No thanks

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable in what they do. I stopped in without an appointment to get a better idea of the process I will be needing to go through after my car accident. I had the pleasure of talking with Katherine and she was extremely helpful. She not only guided me in what and how to start a claim with my insurance she was very understanding of my concerns about my deductible. The blonde female at the front counter couldn’t have been any less helpful as she scrolled through Facebook and proceeded to tell me no one could even look at my car for 3 weeks and told me I couldn’t set up an appointment time without my vehicle being seen first. Talking to her was like buying a pair of scissors that are zip tied together. The irony of buying a pair of scissors that you can’t use without already having a pair of scissors to cut them loose.Anyways, the guys in the back that aren’t payed to be nice and have the slightest bit of customer service were A LOT more friendly than her. Assuming these guys still do good work like they did on my last car; I’m giving them 3 stars. Deducting one for awful front desk service, and deducting one for refusing to set an appointment to just look at the car after refusing to send anyone out to look at the car in general.

The whole shop was great helping my family out when we were in a tight spot with our minivan. Justin made sure the repairs were done right and didnt over charge me. Very friendly atmosphere.

Very rude receptionist! I had to go here because this was the only shop AAA approved to fix my car. No customer service. I needed to drop off my car before work and it was a big deal that I had to leave my car there before my 11:00 am appointment. Then My car was supposed to be ready and I was told they missed a dented area and it had to be redone so they needed to keep it another day. I was calling to see when it would be ready to pick up so I can arrange a ride to get there before they close and I was rudely told by Kyle that I told you I would call you when its finished, its not finished! . The people here are just rude.

Less than stellar. 10 months ago Caliber Collision replaced the Passenger side fender and door on my Jetta along with some other work. When I picked up the car the gaps were quite different from one side of the car to the other between body panels and while they did take all of maybe 30 minutes to adjust slightly better they were still noticeably different. I was told it was due to the parts that they received (Door and Fender) and not in so many words you get what you get. I was not happy but my insurance company didnt really offer any help so I begrudgingly let it lie. Last week I was showing the car to a prospective buyer and the passenger side door, exterior handle was not functioning. The following day I took the car to caliber and they spend all of about 20 minutes on it. It did function but not they admitted they did not take any corrective action. I was told that they checked it out and everything was there and connected the way it was supposed to be. Not sure how they had time to determine that. predictably the problem happened again only hours later, Caliber was already closed. It was Friday and I was supposed to be handing the car over the following day. As I needed to sell the car I made an appointment at a Volkswagen dealership for Monday and ended up having to spend nearly $200 and a day of work on the repair of a cable and replacement of the handle assembly. Both of which should likely have been done with the original accident repair. No way to prove Calibers negligence and I did not have time to keep taking it back to them to insist on it getting done right. Also, while the representative that was responsible for my case has a good customer service appearance, I get the distinct feeling this place in general wants to take the shortest route possible to getting paid. I get that feeling like I just left a used car lot with some slimy used car salesman trying to swindle me.

Caliber has fixed four vehicles of mine and this last time I used them a josh more then did his job and if you want your vehicle fixed the right way caliber the only way to go

Dont waste your time with Caliber Autobody. Rude staff, I waited for 5min before the employees (who were talking with each other) acknowledged I walked in the door. Then they told me that even if I wanted to pay cash for small repair, I would have to go to Centennial location due to my having Allstate Ins. I felt like an inconvenience to them.Went to Service King Collision of Parker...a great experience and they ARE getting my money!

2nd time dealing with them, they do good work, but they could be better communicators. A quick text is better than nothing for a few days.

My 2013 hyundai tucson was t-boned on jan 5th..grateful i was not hurt or the other driver. I was given an estimate by Chase. I have state farm ins . I was given frequent updates by Chase.. he was kind, professional and genuinely wants the customer to be happy . My car looks amazing! I love that the car was clean on the inside and outside. I gave caliber a call to try and gather information about an issue my friend had with his car that was in a wreck. Ive heard a lot of great things about this business and was excited to give them a first call.The lady who answered (who I will not name) was unfortunately very rude with me, short and unwilling to explain the reasons why their shop wasnt able to help with our issue. I got back more of a Nope than an explanation exactly why the car itself is too hard for them to work on. I was polite and understanding and she failed to reciprocate those manners. While Im sure its not all bad over there (hence the two star instead of one) this definitely turned me off from this business.When I asked for advice on a shop that might be able to service the vehicle she declined to assist. I am disappointed.

Took them 2 weeks to even took at my car which is fine I understand businesses get busy. After arriving I met Michael Allen service advisor as we walked around my 04 MINI, the car is 12 years old and needs new paint. He quoted me $9k to paint a MINI Cooper then automatically turned me away Bc he thought I wasnt good for the money....shity way to do business

Said they cant do a partial fix becuase they wanted charge me a to replace and paint my bumper, when the one that i had was fine just cracked. Not gunna pay them a bunch of money to fix something i do not need.
