I’m extremely disappointed that I came to this shop, and they couldn’t do their jobs properly. I came in to get air in my tires. My front right was low. When I told the man, think his name was Sam, he started checking my tires. When he got to the right front, he put the pressure thing in, and then stopped. He came around to tell me that the tire could explode if he put air in it. He told me to go inside and have it looked at.Well, since I didn’t buy tires from discount, I wasn’t going to go inside and be hassled into buying these overpriced tires. So I took it back to where I had it done. The man who checked my tires TOLD ME NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE TIRE!! He put air in, and I was on my way.So back to discount, I feel as though I was dismissed right off the bat. And unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened.

1130 appointment didnt start until 1230. Completed the job quickly, but not honoring appointment times?These guys are usually very impressive. The appointment guy should have been honest about the backlog.

Asked them to replace fronts yet thet replaced rears. I specifficly asked for new tires to be on front because they wear quicker. If it takes 4-5 hrs and not done properly it is frustrating. Alex did not even say sorry. I serviced dozens of vehicles with Discount Tires but first time using this store and not good. Long waits, poor customer service and job not done properly.

Coming to my car I spotted a screw broken off in my tire! I called Discount Tire and the told me to bring it right in. They couldn’t fix it right away but got me in ASAP! The current check in process at discount is really comical and very annoying. Give name, phone, make, model, year, reason for visit to the guy with a hand held at the door. He says ok please wait in your car...10-20 min later Im met at the car...Give name, phone, make, model, year, reason for visit to the guy with a hand held next to the car. He says head inside to sign the release and do paperwork...Give name, phone, make, model, year, reason for visit to the guy at the computer and he says, hang out we will have you out inside an hour. Which sounds fine except I had a 1:30 appointment and it now almost 2 and I dropped the tire off yesterday so all they need to do is swap it out with the spare.I will give Les Swab a try on the next set of tires.

Go in at 9:00 AM to get a nail in tire fixed. Told it will be 3-4 hrs??? I leave vehicle and get a text for a pick up time of 12:30PM. Come back at 12:30PM and my car hasnt been touched. So I wait patiently in the Lobby until 2:30PM. I ask whats going on to which I am told I am still way down the line. Are you kidding me? What a joke. Went across the street and had it fixed in 20 minutes. You guys are a joke.

The price online was different once I got to the store, no questions they just adjusted it. Super customer service!

We brought our new truck in to switch out the factory wheels and tires to some new ones. These guys did an awesome job switching them over but there was some confusion on if the TPMS sensors were in the wheels or not. Had to bring the truck back to Discount Tire to switch over the old sensors to the new wheels. We worked with Axel and he went above and beyond to get this small mistake taken care of ASAP. His knowledge and professionalism is top notch. He even worked on the truck himself so he knew it was going to be done correct and fast. We were in and out under an hour. I highly recommend going to Discount Tire for all your tire needs but also highly recommend asking for Axel when needing anything tire related for your vehicle. The Parker Discount tire is going to new home location to buy all of my tire needs. My first time at this location was in December 2020, when I got new trailer tires for 1 of my livestock trailers. I recently went back to our chase new tires for my 05 liberty because of the excellent customer service this location offers. They really put themselves in the customers shoes and want to be the tire destination. They have earned my business.

Consistently have received high quality customer service for over 15 years working with various Discount Tire locations. The team at this Parker location has been top notch and my service yesterday was exceptional. I have referred them many times and I always go back for my tire needs.

Have always used Discount Tire and love the company because of the replacement policy; this was the first time Ive visited this location. Had a nail in my tire; bought in my paperwork and was told I hadnt signed up for the replacement. Ive *always* signed up for the replacement policy. I have business fleet of cars and our family cars -- more than 10 total. Discount has always worked with me and been fair and replaced the few tires that had similar issues. Grant was willing to give me a discount, and replace the one tire for $114. Found the same tire at Walmart (ew) for $70. Bummed that they wouldnt work with such a long-time, loyal customer. Will not go back.

After going to these guys for 10 years they decided to screw me. My wife and I have bought many many tires and rims from them. The last set were installed less than 2 years ago. In October 2020 one TPM sensor went out and they replaced it asap no charge. Now May 2021 the other 3 went out and they decided they were not under warranty and charge me 60$ each. I can buy these sensor GM certified for under 15$ each. They now have lost my business. Going to file a complaint with corporate. They are selling defective sensors and telling people after the fact that there not warrantied.

They patched a nail in my tire. Tire was flat a day later. I decided to go to a different shop to get it looked at. They discovered that Discount accidentally cracked the valve stem that had my sensor in it.Yes I did not give them a chance to make it right, thats on me.But just making this post to make you aware they might not be the most experienced shop around.

Everything went smoothly. Was in and out in a hour.

Normally I am pretty great at being a Karen on these things. I have nothing bad to say though. In fact I was so impressed by the gentleman taking on the task of filling the tires for the long line of cars, whose tire pressure sensors all went off today with the first snow of the season, that I had to come here and tell you guys that you absolutely do not pay this man enough. He did it happily, without complaint, and seemed happy to be at work. If it were me, I probably would have been whining the whole time about being in the cold and letting it show through in my attitude, so I just wanted to say how impressed I was. I commute to Parker everyday from the Springs, so I definitely did not want to shred my new tires heading back down. I would have tipped him if I had money at the time. Dude was amazing. If yall take tips, I might come back Friday to tip him because he was seriously rocking the biggest line of cars waiting to have their tires filled. I am pretty dumb when it comes to filling tires...even with the automated sensor, the last time I tried to, I couldnt get the nozzle on the nipple thing. (I once caught a microwave brownie on fire in the microwave while following instructions...so I am fairly talented.) Dont know the real name but its a nipple thing now. Anywho. Thanks a bunch.-Karen

I researched and reviewed the tires best suited for my wife’s car, found a good deal at Discount Tire, ordered them and scheduled the installation, showed up bright and early for the install and the DT Crew literally attacked the project. All our household vehicles tires are from here. Prices are competitive. They will pro-rate the tire if it didnt reach the mileage its supposed to have. And since they are all over US, my kids who are outside Colorado, can go in to another Discount Tire to get tire services.

This is a very busy location, however that doesnt detract from their customer service. I went there same day with no appointment and they had me in within an hour and a half (great considering there was a full parking lot). They ended up not having all 4 tires that I went there for, but they kept my appointment and accommodated me with alternate, better tires. Will certainly go back.

This location and Discount in general are awesome. Shout out to Zack for taking care of son-in-law who had a Ford with swollen lugs. Big-O really wanted to gouge, (one hour labor charge). Discount smart enough to invest in future (and return) business. Two families and about 8 cars ... thats a lot of tire and wheel business coming to Discount instead of Big-O.

Ive been doing business here for years. Multiple cars, for multiple family members. On March 6th I purchased a set of 4 Goodyears for my wifes Explorer and at the same time ordered - or at least I thought I ordered - some Nittos for my Jeep. After hearing nothing from them for 3 weeks I stopped by on March 27th only to find out they never ordered them. After apologizing and taking a small deposit they supposedly did. Fast forward 2 more weeks and still no tires with no idea when they will arrive - even after telling me two different dates. I called to cancel the order and they tell me I cant have my deposit back. I DONT CARE about the $$, but I do care about the lack of honesty and integrity displayed. Theyve lost a long time customer over $25 - which is too bad, Ive always liked doing business here.

When for routine balance and rotate. They messed up the balance and now my car rear wheels vibrating over 60mph.

I have always has good experiences at this store. Aside from the lines on the floor I saw like zero steps being taken to avoid covid among the workers or sanitation practices however.

Hands down the best tire shop around. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to help you. I went in for a flat tire repair and it was discovered my tires were in bad shape. Because I have a 4x4 I had to replace all 4 tires. I couldn’t afford it. So the manager went and looked at his stock and came back with two slightly used tires and 2 new ones of the same size and gave me an awesome deal that I could afford. It was truly humbling. Years ago at this shop I had to have my pickup towed in because some kids slashed all four of my tires and then peed all over the damaged tires and the truck. When I told the manager what happened he said he’d take care of it. When I came back in they had replaced all four tires with good quality used ones at no charge to me. That’s the kind of shop this is and the kind of people they have on staff. They have my business for life.

My car got a nail in the tire close to the edge. The dealership said it wasnt reparable and I would need a whole new set of tires. I took it to Discount Tire just to get a second opinion and they were able to fix it quickly! Thanks for saving me a couple hundred dollars!

THANK YOU FOR KEEPING ME AND MY FAMILY SAFE ON THE ROAD!I was being swindled by a local family tire store, which was reluctant to replace a set of DEFECTIVE tires! The guys and gals at discount heard me out and immediately recognized the issue. They did a great job and I ended up buying my tires from Discount and returning the old tires to the family tire store. I wish I would have just gone here from the beginning, It would have cost me a whole lot less money and time.

Called Zach 15 minutes before closing time to ask if my father who was still another 7-8 minutes away could bring in his vehicle that had a slow leaking tire. Zach told me to PLEASE have my father come by. I cannot explain how truly impressed I was with Zachs demeanor and customer service. When my dad got to the store, they took excellent care of him and he too was extremely impressed with Zach and everyone else at the store!

Ive used discount tires for years up in Thornton for their excellent service and always leaving the place confident in my purchase. This Parker store is not the same. Ive had to return twice now due to 1 year old tires leaking because the rim flange wasnt cleaned up (my guess is they were too busy on the install day to do it.) Now a week after the last visit I lose a center cap on one of the wheels. Im finding a different store for my next purchase.

This was my 3rd time to use them. Excellent customer service. They are the model other companies should be following. I had a blow out and took my Lexus to Kuni Lexus where lets just say I wasted an hour. I drove over to discount tires. they took care of me right away, gave me a good price on an excellent set of tires. In and out quickly. I will never go anywhere else for tires.

Wow Zach and the team are amazing here. I dont usually review but the customer service here was an example for all local business! While waiting in line several associates smiled and assured us they would be right with us. This extra step was so well received! My tire was fixed very promptly and no high pressure to buy anything I didnt need. .

Super busy location with a staff that treats everyone like family. Zach took great care of me and my family. Also each time I have been in they have had food brought in to take care of the hard working team. They put up with lots of cranky customers who do not understand that they are not the only people needing tires, yes there could be a long wait when it is busy. Keep up the great work.

OUTSTANDING TEAMWORK! The store was swamped with customers when I came in at noon to have a new tire mounted after a blowout. They promised they would have it done by COB. Just two hours later they were finished. They went above and beyond by putting the spare time back on the Trailblazer. Putting the spare tire back on a Trailblazer nearly requires a Masters degree its so complex. Thank you!

Always great tires. But frequently out of stock and you have to wait a day or two to get popular tires. Its their business structure to assume youll be happy to wait.And I do even though I dislike the practice.I love the free rotation and balancing. It extends the life of my tires dramatically. They take appointments now so the wait is nearly reasonable.

Very busy store that unfortunately cannot manage online versus walk up appointments with certainty. Second time I’ve scheduled online at a specific time only to be told they are short on staff and/or have numerous cars ahead of me. I’m a reasonable person and expect to wait 10-15 minutes, but 45-60 minutes past a scheduled appointment is unacceptable. We’re all busy and have other appointments. You should work on managing resources/time and setting better expectations with your customers. If you’re running late, give your online appointments a courtesy call so they can manage their time. I would rate them a 1, but we’ve had good luck with tires/sales process, it’s just the customer service that’s lacking.

I brought my aunt here to purchase new tires for her car. We discussed our options with Tony and went with a tire he strongly suggested. They were higher rated yet slightly less than the tires we were replacing. My aunt is very happy with the service she received and says the new tires are even quieter than the old ones.

Awesome customer service! Had new tires installed on a day that turned out to be incredibly rainy. When my car was done, they were nice enough to have me get in the car in the garage, and one of their employees guided me out. He stood in the rain and got soaked, while I stayed dry in my car. Above and beyond service in my opinion. I highly recommend the Parker, CO Discount Tire store.
