From the moment you walk in and the professional and courteous staff wait on you to the estimate and then the repair you are in amazing hands. Jeff has built a quality business and delivers such a fantastic finished product. Nobody likes having to get their car repaired, but if you ever need to, go here. Remember, you get what you pay for.

This was the fifth auto body place I called or visited to repair some damage to the front end of my 1998 Lexus LS400. Every other place indicated doubts that they could find the correct parts due to the age of the car which was otherwise in great condition. Some shops even tried to get the parts and over weeks of calling them back they finally admitted they couldnt find all the needed items, including the bumper. This place alone said Sure, we could probably get them (and took extensive pictures) but well call you back in an hour and let you know for sure. As promised, they called me back within one hour and told me they had located all the many parts! They provided a detailed and accurate written estimate and were also honest that a few more things might come up once they started taking things apart (which happened, but not too bad). The garage is super clean and their work was impeccable. The car looked factory new when they were done. Since this was a self-pay instead of an insurance pay, they took care to repair some of the inside parts rather than merely replace them at top cost. It still cost a lot of money but I was so very pleased with their work and highly recommend them! I had read other good reviews of them on this site (which led me to trust them) and they were not fake! I was not disappointed but was thrilled with their detailed and careful work even though it took 10 days to complete the process. I was told it would look like new and by golly they kept their word. The paint color was also a perfect match! What a surprising and wonderful find in an excellent auto body shop!

Its hard to find a body shop you can trust. But, these guys were great! They did a marvelous job at a great price! Ask for Jeff. Hes top notch. Didnt get the feeling at all that they were cheating me in any way. Moreover, they went out of their way to take care of issues that came up afterward at no extra charge. Ive spent most of my childhood under the hood of a car with my dad, so I know when a mechanic is telling the truth. I trust these guys and highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing, I was hoping to find a way to fix a small but obvious dent on my newly purchased CLS 550. They said they could. Well they did it!!! Highly recommend this place absolutely no sign of the dent anymore.

WORST HAIL REPAIR SHOP EVER.Claimed to do PDR on my car for my hail damage... 6 months later the BONDO/BODY FILLER that they COVERED my car in is now cracking and peeling up. LOOKS LIKE ABSOLUTE TRASH. would never in a million years recommend this place

I received 4 estimates for PDR only on a small dent in the RR quarter on my pearl white Camry. Auto 360 was half the price of the others and Jeff the owner on down were very professional.. I cannot see thee dent at all and I can be very particular. This is the cleanest body shop I have ever been to. If I ever need a body shop again I will definitely go there... Can’t recommend them enough. Also I picked up my car which had been washed and the tires were Armor Alled. The quarter where the dent was before was fully visible for me to inspect when I picked it up Don R.

The mechanics at Auto Image 360 are highly cooperative and talented. They provided a window tinting service at quite an affordable cost using a custom-cut process. The finishing is just excellent, and I am happy with the work. Hats off to the experience and work technique. I highly recommend the workshop!

I had an unfortunate incident with the garage door, backed my new SUV right into it and left a few dents including one really large one. The owner Jeff and everyone I interacted with was extremely professional and answered all my questions. The estimate was reasonable and all the work done was high quality and complete exactly when they said it would. The dents are gone, looks brand new. I highly recommend Auto Image 360 and will continue to take my business there.

Great service and advice! Had someone hit my fender and they suggested that they could buff out the scratches and fix the dent. This saved me way over $1000 as the other two places I got quotes were going to repaint two panels. You can only see a slight scratch but only when you look. Love saving money! Was asked to return later to get it (why could they not call beforehand?)Was then told it would be 2 weeks, and tint is now $149.Next 2 hours: Driving home in the rain was unsafe, I did not realize it at the time , but the only tire driving the vehicle had less than 2/32 of treadwear. After realizing this, I called back, and the manager Loren stated they would pick the loaner up the next day at work and resolve the tire issue. Fair enough, minimal effort on my end.I then get a call back an hour later demanding the loaner be dropped off immediately, and for me to pick my vehicle up. Obviously confused by this, I question why the sudden change in doing the right thing? Ultimately, they did not want to make the loaner road-legal and refused service, after I had waited two weeks for the appointment.Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Please let this experience act as a basis for judgement of their attitude and commitment to service.

Second time using Auto Image 360 and very happy with the repair work! My car is 11 years old and auto image perfectly blended the door paint with the older paint. They also fixed a few hail dents on the hood as a bonus!Picked up my car on time as promised and it looked like it did the day I purchase it at the BMW dealership! Even an interior detail! They did not cut any corners or take any shortcuts and the paint work turned out absolutely perfect. I am a bit of a perfectionist with my car and they fixed it without a single flaw. My new Camaro was significantly damaged in a hail storm on I70 in Kansas. I assumed the hood and trunk lids would have to be replaced and that the top would always show some damage. Jeff at AutoImage360 assured me that he could fix all the damage and he was right. The car looks like brand new again. I am amazed and could not be more pleased.

I was fortunate to find Auto Image 360 to replace an aftermarket bumper that was installed on our Honda Odyssey. The reviews were spot on and the Owner Jeff and his staff were very professional and helpful throughout the process. The Odyssey looks so much better now and I also had Ceramic Window Tint installed while it was there. That was also very helpful and saved me quite a bit of time.

This company was able to repair my vehicle and bring it back to how it was looking. I will come back to them again. The communication and professionalism of their staff were great. The added touch of having my vehicle cleaned inside and outside was very nice of them.

Ive used Auto Image 360 twice now and Im very happy with their repairs/quality of their work. One repair was due to major damage to the rear of my car which required metal work/repair and replace of parts, molding, logos and painting 2 doors, trunk and roof panel. Ive since forgotten the repairs took place b/c there is ZERO noticeable difference between the original car and the repairs. Additionally they performed a small dent repair and not only was in done very quickly, the repair looks better than expected due to the fact is was a pretty bad V shaped dent (not concave). Jessie in the front office is great to work with as well. Lastly, the shop is in great shape and not a standard run-down repair place.

This place is amazing. I worked with Omar on my 2000 Toyota Celica. It had oxidation but they fixed the damage on the left panel and did an amazing paint job. They blended it wonderfully. Top Notch Auto Body shop. I moved out here from TN a few months back with some damage on my truck. Auto Image 360 got me in as soon as possible and did an extremely well job with the work they did to my truck. I brought my Tesla Model S to Jeff and his crew for some tint and clear bra. The results can only be described as perfection. He did the clear bra on my whole hood as well as the front and back bumpers, lights and mirrors. Before applying the film, he did paint correction and like I said, the results were outstanding. He did not cut any corners and you could really tell. The window tint looks great as well. Just a fantastic, professional job. I could not be happier.

I just had Jeff and his team at Auto Image 360 put a porcelain wrap on the front of my new Tesla Model 3 and am extremely happy with the outcome. Jeff took his time and did an outstanding job. His attention to detail and customer service throughout were exceptional. I had questions when I first took my car in, and Jeff personally took me into the shop and showed me one of the cars he was working on and explained his approach in making sure the work he does is done right the first time. After everything was done, I can attest to the fact that these guys are outstanding craftsmen! Jeff did a follow up appointment 2 weeks after the wrap was complete just to make sure everything looked right and I was happy. He said if anything changed to let him know and he would personally fix it, as he guarantees all of his work. I absolutely love this place . Great quality and customer service. Someone side swiped me and These guys were highly recommended by some friends. Called the shop to set up an appointment for the repairs to be done. I was hesitant at first because they were 8 weeks out before they could get me in. After getting in they kept me informed through the whole process. Communication was great. They took care of everything from start to finish. Jeff told me three weeks to get everything done. After 9 days they call to tell me it was ready to be picked up to my surprise. The end result was outstanding. I can not tell that It was ever in an accident. Jeff took great care of my Audi. My car was hit with paint balls while driving which caused some dents. He was able to completely fix it and went above and beyond my expectations and was even able to fix a door ding I had on a crease. I had to give this company a 1 star because google doesn’t allow negative stars, but if I could I would give this company -2 stars. This has been the worst experience with a shop I have ever had. They lost/broke parts to my vehicle that were unrelated to the accident it was in, they bluntly disregarded our requests on when returning the the vehicle to not place parts on the seats. They damaged my leather seats left greasy fingerprints all over my light grey felt interior. Finally when I called to ask for the parts that were missing it took three different times to only get 40% of my parts back, and they brought them to the wrong location. They removed parts on my car during the inspection that should not have been removed and damaged from being removed. This company does not take care of your vehicle when in their possession and I would not recommend them to anyone that loves their car. They are NOT a trustworthy company, techs are not professional and I would not take your car here to get inspected or worked on EVER!

Since the minute I stepped into Auto Image 360 I received great customer service. I was greeted immediately & they went into full details when it came to getting my vehicle repaired. After an incident I had, I had to get my front bumper & right side of my car repaired. I was shocked at the results. Looks like nothing ever happened to my car. I’ve had to repaint a side of my car before due to the sun damaging the paint & the place I went to wasn’t able to match the color correctly. So when I came here I made sure that the color matching wouldn’t be an issue before I even agreed to anything. Went in once to get an estimate on some body work after reading great reviews. I ended up having them repair and repaint multiple large areas of my 20 year old Audi S4. I was unbelievably impressed by their work! Ive never seen another business that is so detailed-oriented. They laid everything out from start to finish and called when they had questions and kept me up to date on the work. The work really came out amazing, it looks brand new! Ive since been back to have multiple other parts and trim pieces painted and I leave happy every time. They may not be the cheapest around, but Im looking to have the job done right one time and a firm believer of you get what you pay for. I went in the first time because paint work from another cheaper option didnt hold up beyond a few years, but I can tell their work is going to hold up, plus I believe they guarantee their work. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have the best possible job done on their car.

I never write reviews. Never. Well OK, this is my third written review since the invention of reviews.Firstly, cant say enough about Harrison. What a great person to have up front. A lot of businesses neglect having someone that has the personality to deal with all kinds of customers. Harrison is the man. Hes friendly, knowledgeable and what he doesnt know, he doesnt hesitate to find the right answer for you.Secondly, the waiting area is all any customer would want. How many times do you walk into an auto repair or body shop and wanted to sit but just couldnt. The furniture is usually so gross or torn up your forced to stand. Ha Ha! And lets not forget the greasy gray haired old fart that looks like he never brushed his teeth that you have to deal with. Im getting off track. The customer service area has beautiful, comfortable chairs with neatly arranged magazines nearby. Wait theres more. They even have free snacks. Chips, peanuts and free bottled water to keep you company. The restroom was also clean as a whistle.Thirdly, the work they did on my car was perfect. It was minor damage to the right front end of my vehicle, but it was done right. No complaints. They even topped it off by giving the car a good once over. Very, very appreciative.The owners of Auto Image 360 have a lot to be proud of. They did it right. Great staff, great waiting area and most of all great service. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!I recently went in to get my windshield tinted on my truck and I am absolutely amazed! The hospitality and the work is just incredible. They make you feel right at home and not like you’re just some other customer looking to get work done. Best part of it all, they take care of your vehicle very well while they work. I drive an 05 f-250 and they treated it like it was a brand new exotic car! I would definitely wouldn’t hesitate to contact them for any work that you’re looking to get done. They are definitely the best in the area and have one of the best teams ever!

My mom had damaged the hinge of her gas cap cover so it wouldn’t close. I brought it in for an estimate having been told by several people the whole cover would need to be replaced and therefore painted to match car and it would be a pretty big deal. As I waited the few minutes for them to examine the car to prepare the estimate, they fixed the hinge mechanism so the cover closes perfectly and at no cost. What a nice surprise. I was really impressed with the professionalism, customer service and efficiency of the shop. I will definitely come back for other work in the future and highly recommend them to everyone.

Even though he couldnt get me in till 4 weeks later I knew he and his team were the guys who would do the repairs. Repair time was promised three weeks. Dropped my car off to him on a Monday and on that following Friday afternoon he called and said the car would be ready for me to pick up by closing time Saturday. Quality of repairs is spot on. They even gave the car a full detail. I did not realize what they truly did for us until further inspection once we arrived home. My wife and I both inspected everything together. Worst experience I have ever had at an auto body shop. I was told I would get a same day estimate, but they had to put out a customer fire and couldnt get back to me. I had to call the next day to check up on my estimate that still wasnt ready. Three days later, I got an estimate for almost twice as much as nearby competitors. I ended up getting an entirely new fender online from CarID for less than a quarter of the price and half the time. Looks great. I do not recommend this shop.

Would not recommend this business. Submitted an estimate request a week ago via their site and called and left a message. Have yet to receive a response to either. Havent even received an automated response that my request was received. I was really looking forward to using this company based on the reviews, so really bummed. On the bright side, if this is their responsiveness now, I feel like Im dodging a bullet before they have my car.

And when I noticed some minor problems with the tint, they happily re-did those parts with no hassle.For the re-do, I chose to work from their waiting room for the couple of hours that it took. I had a great experience here and they repaired my car flawlessly, quickly, and affordably. They even thew in another cosmetic repair at no extra cost. The car was returned to me in perfect condition and probably hasnt been as clean on the inside since the day I bought it. Everyone was really easy to work with and kept me updated on the status of my car even though they only had it for 10 days. I took my 2014 Porsche 911 to Auto Image 360 for paint protection film. The shop and staff are extremely professional and the customer service experience is top notch. The shop performed a complete front bumper wrap and extended hood protection as well as mirror and rear quarter panel paint protection. They were able to take my car the day I took it in for consultation and offered me a convenient ride back to my house. Communication during the job was prompt and the quality of work was great. I will definitely recommend Auto Image 360 to my friends and will look to them for all my auto paint protection and tinting needs.

Had hail damage on my BMW X1 and heard about Jeff and his amazing team through my brother-in-law. I took my car to the shop, and these guys were able to take care of me right away. Jeff and his team are very efficient, friendly, professional, reliable, and definitely perfectionists. When they dropped off my car at work, it looks brand new. I chose this shop based on the great reviews, but unfortunately I did not have the same experience as others did. The repairs were completed, with the exception of a lower grille assembly that was left up to me to figure out. I wasnt entirely sure why it wasnt replaced and I was given the original broken part, but honestly that was not a major issue and I can figure it out. It was frustrating that much of the contact regarding my vehicles status had to be initiated by me. I understand the estimated completion date will change based on parts, but I felt like I was in the dark unless I contacted them or my adjuster to figure out what was going on. I also felt like I was rushed in when they thought I might choose another shop, only to have my repair delayed multiple times (twice I was told for the same wrong part).I was told on 5/29 they ordered the wrong part and were waiting for the correct part which would arrive by 5/31 with the estimated completion date of 6/3. I called in the afternoon of 6/3 as I had not heard if my truck was still expected to be completed that day and I was then told the exact same thing regarding the same part (wrong part, have to reorder) but this time the same part will take 5 days with the estimated date moved now to 6/7.When I got back home and opened my glove compartment, I also found it stuffed full of used and unused napkins and protein bars that werent mine. Im not entirely sure how or why they ended up in my trucks glove box, and again I just threw them away, but it summed up my experience with this shop. It wasnt a great experience and I dont intend to take my business there again.

I brought my car in for a VERY challenging dent. They not only got the eyesore taken care of but they got it done for me that day! Andy and Jeff are some of the best people I’ve ever done business with. The pricing was great customer service was awesome and I am so much happier I don’t have to look at where some lifted truck put a huge dent in my quarter panel! One morning I was in a hurry to take my two boys to the drs and ended up breaking my right car mirror backing out of the garage... I was devastated! We called and got in that day!! Not only that, but the staff was extremely friendly, honest, and helpful. When my car was ready to be picked up not only was the outside washed but the inside was detailed! My car looked brand new! I’ve been going through a difficult time/year in all honesty. My car definitely showed that unfortunately.. I can’t get over it. My mirror also ended up costing a lot less than initially anticipated. This really made my day and new year. I can’t thank you guys enough for your hard work, dedication, professionalism and kind hearts. My car needs more work and I definitely will be back this year. Auto Image 360 is the best shop that I have found in colorado (including the Denver area and northern colorado). On my hybrid, they have brought the paint back to life, fixed dents, tinted windows, and removed hail damage. Professional and caring staff and I would give 6 stars on this scale. I took my Jeep in to get it ready for my son visiting from Hawaii, and in Hawaii everyone takes exceptional care of their vehicles and I could not let my own son see how I’ve slacked... especially since he helped me pick the Jeep when he was here visiting last time. Clear bra is peeling off after bringing it in 2 different times and less than 5000 miles on it. I was going to get a clear bra put on another vehicle and they expected me to drop it off for a week to do a half day job. Then they tell me they arent taking any new customers. Very poor scheduling, customer service, craftsmanship, and warranty is horrible. Very unprofessional, buyer beware!

Jeff and his team are amazing! I had my windows tinted at the beginning of summer and it made the biggest difference for the season. Clean work, and now that its snowed theres been no wear on the job either. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and it was done by Wednesday afternoon - but he had a loaner vehicle for me to get back and forth to work as well. Super nice and professional - I highly recommend!!

The team at Auto Image were fantastic. I worked with Andy and he was a professional through and through. In the past I didnt feel like tint was something that needed or did feel classy and upscale. With Auto Image 360 it did in a very cool way. From them buffing out scratches in my car at no charge, to them providing me a car for a quick run to get a bite to eat, down to the WIFI so I was able to conduct a couple conference calls I needed to out front. Highly Recommend and as far as the work, it really is impressive the quality of the material and workmanship.

Awesome service!!! Last summer I had hail damage repaired on my 2016 Ford expedition. Allstate gave me a $3000 check. I brought it to Jeff and he found another $5000 worth of damage that they didnt see. The Allstate adjuster came to the shop and Jeff showed them the additional damage. No questions asked they covered the rest of the repair. In fact the adjuster told me that he too was so impressed with Jeff and his shop that he is brought his own car to get fixed here. I have since referred numerous people to Jeff and everyone have had their exceptions blown away. Jeff you keep this up youre going to need a bigger shop. One of the best auto shops Ive ever been to. Ive had them due the window tint on all of my vehicles and every single one of them has come out perfect. If youre not a hundred percent happy theyll take care of you. You will not be disappointed. I cant say enough how great of a shop Auto image is!

Top notch, quality work for very reasonable prices. Tint on my 4Runner looks great. And they vacuumed and wiped down interior surfaces which I was not expecting. Andy and Jeff are super nice, professional guys who clearly know what theyre doing and they truly value their customers. They do quality work and their customer service is exemplary. Jeff and the Team did a great job removing the hail damage from my Prius. They car looked great after they returned it. Jeff was even willing to touch up some chipped paint (from a rock) after I had signed the payment. I would highly recommend Auto Image 360 for anyone who needs body work done to their car.

This was a hard one to rate. On the good side they do great body work and take pride in doing the job right.On the bad side communicating problems and a consistent message to the customer needs improvement.

What else is there to say except these guys do outstanding work. They are obviously quasi-OCD to do work this perfect. They babied my new Tesla Model 3. Phenomenal tint job and Ceramic work all over. To top it off, they worked to fit me in as soon as possible after getting the car so as to avoid any road damage in the interim. Friendly guys, very professional, great location. I highly recommend Auto Image 360, Jeff and his crew are very highly skilled professionals. I needed tint on my newly bought BMW also I had hail damage on my other car. So as soon I came in they were able to immediately get me in and put the tint on my BMW and also start working on the hail damage on my other vehicle. I have never had service this fast and once again I highly recommend them!!!

I have had many cars over the years tinted. It always felt like it was some kind of shady deal. (trying to save money) After the excitement of the new tint wore off I could see uneven cuts, bubbles I missed, and of course the quality of the material. (turning purple)Not here! Jeff and the crew are great, if you are looking for someone who loves your car as much as you do, this is the place to go.They are perfectionists and will take the time to go the extra mile for you. I originally brought my car over to them to fix the hail damage, but ended up wrapping my hood and side skirts, they even wrapped my side mirrors for free just so my whole car looks good as a whole. When I have projects on my cars, Ill for sure will bring them to Auto Image 360.
