Eric is a gem of a human. My truck had been stolen, and my car was banged up in the ensuing chase. Eric ran point getting the truck out of impound in Commerce City and brought back to Parker, and was so kind and generous in getting everything fixed up on the Subaru. (Truck is still pending as of this writing, but it was brought down several days later.) Trey at a front desk was great too. I really cant say enough about these guys. Super friendly, excellent workmanship. My personal thanks to everyone at the shop.

The head manager there is abusive to customers and employees, just has a horrible attitude! I sincerely hope this individual isnt a broad representation of Service King Corporate?!...I was going to use them to paint three car body panels on my Pathfinder, but after witnessing how the employees are treated and reading the relevant reviews, I will never ever bring my cars for service in this place. Im a Colorado native, a 12 year Parker resident, and a 27 year Douglas County resident- I am active in the community and politics, I love supporting small businesses as well as franchises that BENEFIT it. As long as this location is run the way it is now, I will not advocate for keeping it or supporting it. Needs better leadership!

I have known the body man Bill in the painter Mike for years, they always do top-quality work. The manager Alex is always great to deal with and always takes care of you with great customer service. They took great care of my 2009 Mercedes Benz and she looks better than when I brought her in. Highly recommend the shop for all your collision needs.

My tire popped on 225 and I had to drive on my rim to the closest gas station. After I filed a claim and get towed. In a whim, I chose Service King in Parker and I couldn’t be happier. My car was evaluated and fixed quickly and professionally by Service King. It was also super clean which I did not expect to be included in my service. Beyond impressed. Thank you!

My daughter was hit by a drunk driver on the rear driver side in her brand new 2021 KIA Spotage. This company was very pleasant to work with and the staff was very helpful to ease my mind. They kept me updated through the whole process and finished earlier than they thought. I was rear-ended and needed extensive work done on the back of my car. The sensors, hatchback, and more needed a complete overhaul. I was able to get my car in quickly, and within a week and a half, it was done. The most helpful thing was getting texts at each stage. Whether it was in body, paint, or reassembly, I knew where in the process my car was. Christine from customer service helped me find another rental car company when my first company did not deliver. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My car looks great and I was told how to make sure the new paint sets (Use brushless washing (within 30 days) and no waxing for 90 days.) Even though I am from Parker, I will travel the distance to make sure to come here the next time we need body work.

Called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate but upon arrival they refused to provide an estimate or do the repairs. I needed a jeep Cherokee roof repaired or replaced. I explained this in advance. Waste of time! ps…Carstar down the street provided and estimate and are doing the repairs. Maybe start there first instead of Service King.

These guys were friendly and professional from the very beginning. After dropping off my SUV, they actually left me text messages updating me of the progress of my repair. Really? Who does that. Virtually no one! Five days before my pickup date I get a call from Service King telling me my car was done. When I picked up the car I found they had done an amazing paint and repair job! The car was cleaned inside and out! This type of service rarely exists these days! Thanks Service King!

Unfortunately our daughter totaled her car after 2 weeks of owning it. We purchased the exact same car. I asked if they could switch the radio, tires and wheels after my insurance agent approved it.They did everything for us and were so compassionate when they had to break the news that the car was totaled.I HIGHLY recommend Service King.

I would be happy to be a customer here in the future. Brady, the service advisor, was very helpful and made the entire body work process seamless and professional. Not only did they fix every component that needed fixing but they did it as if it were factory-grade. Great communication with my advisor Brady. Great bodywork. Prep for the return of my car needed a little moreattention for detail. There was a battery cableThat was a problem. Car had to be returned but here’s thething. When there was s mistake made Service King was responsiveand made things right. The took me to work , fixed thebattery problem (even installed a new battery at their cost and delivered my car to me at my work.Things go wrong sometimes but that’s when you find out about a companies customer service.Deb

Service King was great in repairing my car in a timely manner. However, they hound the hell out of you to give them a 10 rating after the work is complete. I received a phone call, text and email all requesting a 10 rating. This is unnecessary and unwanted behavior.

Allstate Insurance holders please read! You will not be in good hands!Allstate Network: If youre in an accident and your car needs to be repaired, Allstates network of reliable body shops can help you get back on the road in no time.Allstate had me bring my car in to Service King for a a free inspection to assess the damage received to my car from my accident.When I brought my car in Brady took the initial look at my car and based on his initial walk through he put no urgency into getting my car looked at. I believe this was due to my car most likely being totaled out and causing him to get nothing from my vehicle. It took Service King over two weeks for them to just to do the initial inspection. If they have any idea your car is going to be totaled out, you will be treated differently from a customer paying to get the car repaired.The car was finally totaled out I got a call from Brady to get my personal belongings out of the car. I was asked to come pick up my car and he said they would have to charge me to put the parts they took off as it was left in an undriveable state. Brady tried to shake me down to charge me to put the car back together for what was a free Inspection from Allstate. I ended up not being charged but its sad this had to be even discussed as this is a Trusted Allstate Network Body Shop. A free service to Allstate becomes a shake down to a totaled out car. No urgency on the inspection and poor customer experience.I recommend ANY other company and I DO NOT recommend this shop to anyone using Allstate you will not be in good hands!

Would have been lower but to be completely fair Im being neutral. I cant rate their work because they ultimately didnt perform the work on my car. Its my experience trying to set an appointment for an estimate that compelled me to review that experience with this business so others can make informed choices. I called to arrange for an an estimate on hail damage repair. The representative with whom I spoke, though perfectly polite and courteous,worked diligently to discourage me from doing so, citing one reason after another why I didnt really want to bother. I repeated clearly several times that I still wanted the estimate to take to my insurance company as directed, so that I could deciden whether or not to repair the damage after discussing it with my agent, but after four tries I concluded that they really didnt want to do the estimate. Im not entirely sure why, as he only explained why I wouldnt want to repair my car, but ultimately all his arguments boiled down to the same thing, just live with it. Finally I realized I was being treated with the patience one would accord a child being told she didnt know whats best for her, and thanked him for his time. Then I called someone else who readily agreed to set an appointment. Because the Service King gentleman was polite and did have the courtesy to speak with me, I rated 3 stars, however I honestly didnt appreciate the obvious brush-off. If I should I ever need any other auto body/collision repair, I wont even consider calling Service King.

They did a great job replacing my door on a 2005 BMW. There was planning to make sure the replacement door was received before I took in the car. Even near the Christmas holiday it only took a couple days. The paint was blended very nicely & you cant even tell the work was done. There were text messages to keep me up to date as to progress on the car -- this was a really nice touch.

The good: They are courteous and do decent quality work. They made sure the insurance company wouldnt force them into buying low quality parts. The paint matching looked very impressive (I will never know how it will hold up because I sold the car)The bad: Communication was a bit lackluster, considering I had to be without my car for 2 months.The headlight they replaced was not lined up perfectly.

I recently purchased a 2017 truck and was thoroughly enjoying the experience, until I noticed a bend in the plastic of my front fender. I immediately went into panic mode and started frantically Googling body shops in the area. Service King was able to offer me a one-day availability for an estimate, so I signed up and brought it in after work.After discussing the situation with Jay, he drove my truck over to the shop side of the building. After about 15 minutes, he came back with my truck, minus the dent. He informed me that the dent popped out easily, but he also had the technician do a quick inspection to make sure there was no other damage. Upon finding none, he gave me the keys back and didnt even ask for payment.VERY friendly service, and super quick booking and response time. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Thank you for the call back I never got Roger. I was hoping you guys would right the wrongs of your other shop. In the time Ive waited for the call back I have taken my truck to another shop where they fixed the electrical as a courtesy even though it was on the insurance companies dime.Not sure if Service Kings is just so overloaded from all the work they get from AllState or if Service Kings just has a sense of job security to the point they fail at customer service in every aspect. Regardless of the reason its become apparent that AllState needs to find another preferred service center. Or at the very least add more non Service King repair shops to their preferred network

It took 8 weeks to do a small bumper job. They refused to communicate with my insurance company in a common-sense way: they would call the company AFTER HOURS to verify something, and then complain to me that the insurance company isnt communicating with us. Never take your car here.

I called yesterday to schedule an estimate for a dent in my door. First warning sign, your call gets re-routed to a call center. Never a good thing, but the person on the phone said there was an appt for today at 1030am and that it should take no more than 20-30minutes, and I would be out of there by 11am. Figured that was accurate as a different estimate only took the guy 15 minutes to assess. I showed up at 10:27am, filled out the simple form, and began waiting...and waiting...and waiting... until 11:00am, when finally I got up and asked what was going on (should be noted no one in that 30 minute time span said anything to me). I was told oh, our call center double booked appss, and we are trying to finish up with the people prior to your appt. It will be a few minutes. About 5 minutes later, a different woman said There are 2 people in front of you, and we will get to you when we can. It was at this point I decided this was not the place for me, and it probably should not be the place for you. Unfortunately, it is 1 of 3 of the only places in Parker that do external body repair. They may do a great job in the actual servicing and repair, but I will never know as their call center and office is not up to my standards.
