The local employee was very helpful in working with me. Apparently uBreakiFix implemented a new call center, and its absolutely terrible. This is the second time I made an appointment, where I was guaranteed they could fix my phone today. I actually double checked when I called. To be cleared Ive already been jerked around by you, so I want to make sure the screen is in stock and can be fixed today. Answer: Yes, as long as its only the screen, it will definitely be repaired today.They did not, in fact, have the screen in stock.The local employee told me next time I need to skip all other options and press 1 then 0 to bypass the call center. He worked with me and said hed stop by another store on Monday to make sure he had the screen to replace for me on Monday. THAT is customer service, not this bologna call center.In all so far, Ive wasted two store visits, two hours of driving/waiting/talking on the phone, and a weeks worth of not getting my phone fixed. Its hard to believe the company as a whole is a certified Google repair shop.

My iPhone 6s battery had gotten to the point where it was only lasting about 90 minutes, went and got a new one and it lasts me all day now. Took about 20 minutes and was a reasonable $55 when comparing to upgrading to a new phone. Would definitely recommend for a phone battery replacement

I have phone insurance through Verizon. I was given an option of taking my phone to this location to have the screen fixed. I took my iPhone XS Max here after dropping the phone and cracking the screen in multiple places. This location was able to fix the cracked, front screen perfectly! The back of the phone has a crack but this is not able to be fixed by repairers due to Apple repair constraints (no big deal to me because once the phone case is on, no one can see that crack and that crack doesn’t affect the functionality of the phone). The process was simple, convenient, and pleasant. The Certified Repairer, Sam, was fantastic! Superb service and I had a wonderful experience. Thank you! Before you take the phone to have it repaired: Disable phone unlock code, save everything to the Cloud, and know your AppleID password.

My original visit was for a screen replacement. They fixed my pixel 4a like new. Right before the end of the 90 day warranty, the touch screen at the top of my phone stopped working. Service and employees were great. The guy that helped me was friendly and helpful. Dropped one star because I did not find out that there was a labor charge on top of the parts until I had to pay. This was even more surprising as their new screen was about $60 more than Apple. I am willing to pay for convenience, but dont like surprises.

They quoted 3 hours to repair my S20+, completed the repair in half the time. Excellent workmanship, I cant tell it was broken. I suggest the cell helmet liquid glass screen protector.

Other than being a challenge to locate the store itself, the staff was great! They did what they promised, in the time promised. Thanks to them, I saved $400 off the price of the new Samsung phone I wanted. Ill use them again if anything breaks on my new phone.

I took my laptop in for a loose charger port. I had just been gaming on it. When I went to pick it up I was told the cooling fan was going out and it could not be fixed, no problems peviously. When I got it home, the fan did nit work at all. Never agam will I let them touch my tech. Now I have to buy a brand new laptop.

Dealt with the manager. He was so helpful and did not charge for a minor service that I bought something just to show support.

Used parts were a repair option, which definitely saved me money on the Macbook repair. The cost was clear and precise, and the time to repair was exactly what was estimated.

This was my first time using this company and it was a very easy experience. My screen was cracked so much that my facial recognition wouldn’t work, but the front camera was fine. They quickly put in a new screen and protector. While I was there I bought a new case and it was very affordable.

One of those times he just needed to clean out the charging port, which he did not charge me for. His customer service is a rare thing these days. This will continue to be my first stop after I do something bone-headed.

I thought for sure that I had damaged the lightning port on my iPhone 7S. The replacement cost with labor for this part was quoted at $120.00. I took my phone in to be repaired and the lightning port was just simply dirty. They cleaned the port at no charge and it works like new now. I could have easily been taken for the $120.00 repair cost and never known differently. uBreakiFix showed their honest and transparency to customer service today. I went in to repair my iPhone as the charger broke inside the charging port and I couldnt charge my phone. It was a super easy fix and they were able to get the piece out so I can charge my phone now. They didnt even charge me given how easy it was for them to fix it. I really appreciate that and will use them the next time I have a phone not working.

I took my I phone in and the technician checked it out and give me a repair quote. The glass screen was crack. I picked it up in an hour. It was repaired good as new. I will be bringing my computer in a couple of days to get it repaired.

I had a problem with my iPhone not charging correctly when I tried to plug it in. I stopped by the U fix it store and they indicated they had a new part to replace for the charging. Before the technician replace the part he asked to check the phone over. It was great news when he came back and said that some lint had just gotten into the charging area he clean the phone and the replacement part was not necessary.I tried to provide some form of compensation and or a tip but they would have no part of that. This was an example of great customer service and if I have any other problems I know where I’m going to go with my iPhone.

Replaced my failing touchscreen and cracked front of phone on my Samsung Galaxy 8+... An authorized dealer... phone works great and new 90 day warranty in place. Did not give 5 stars because repair was promised in 3 hrs or less and it ended up taking 6. But works great.. even picked up their Asurion Home+ no contact insurance for all the tech at my home.

Sam seems pretty grumpy in Overland Park. Rude. Had anxiety the whole time. I was so scared to go back in, I had to call the independence location and get help from another rep all due to nervousness on asking Sam anythingelse. His customer service skills are very poor. He didnt say much nor explain much. The phone prices are ridiculously high. 370 for an iPhone 7 when online I found them for 200, 250 at most for pickup. I was waiting in there, as the only customer for 30 minutes, because the phone, to do a return, was low battery. But it feels like a lifetime when you are inside a store with someone who has a very negative attitude. I was going to look at the liquid glass and see about fixing the camera on my note 8. But honestly didnt want to bother sam, the anxiety was uncomfortable.Edit* been waiting on my refund Hunter the manager has been super kind and helpful. The manager has went out of his way to help me track the refund. All comes down to the holiday. hes been kind and calls back to let me know whats going on. Definitely makes me look at the store a lot better

My 2 year old Pixel2 was shutting off and restarting on its own when the battery was nowhere near drained; 72%! We went to uBreakiFix. Also, I had NO volume for my ringer or alarm; there was no option to adjust. Sam, the technician looked at settings on my phone and determined that maybe if I backed everything up and did a factory reset it could help. When I stated that I really didnt know how to do that, he just did it for me. Im really not all that tech- savvy and I really appreciated it. If youre having issues with your phone, tablet or computer I would recommend this place to anybody. They really do take care of you.

They will stand by their repair. A month later after my phone screen was fixed I had an issue with the LCD and they switched it out no charge. And the repair typically only takes 1 hour. Plus prices are better than apple store. Can’t beat.

My iPhone 7 had a water damage and I brought it in and the guys fixed my phone up in just 1 day. I have the phone running back up again. Just a caution: Water damage messes the touch ID up but thats on Apple not on these guys. Great job Prince and Hunter!

Fredrick is a genius..he looked at the motherboard of my desktop fried by power surge and quickly diagnosed that it’s all good and it’s just power supply unit that needs to be replaced. Wound up going to closer location but just his offer to clean out charging port for free was enough to spur me...and one I went to also took care of problem-a little cleaning, for free also, and I offered to pay-made me a BIG fan of this company-will be going back for any tech service from now on.

The replacement screens they use are very cheap. The first screen they put on started malfunctioning within a month, then the exact same thing happened *again*... I highly recommend Batteries Plus where they offer a 6 month warranty as opposed to uBreakiFix, or better yet going thru Apple directly for an OEM screen. The junky screens from uBreakiFixs distribution center arent worth the drama. Also, dont be fooled into thinking a warranty on the tempered glass screen protector protects your actual screen cracking with it on. It WILL happen on the iPhone since the (overpriced) protector doesnt cover the entire screen correctly. Do your research wisely!Update: I’ve visited this store on multiple occasions for repairs, so the owner stating any differently is false.
