I was very impressed with Connie Corona professional service. She is friendly, warm and super helpful since the first time I met her. I felt being taken care of from the beginning to the very end. I have four lines from other company for many years. She worked with each person on my old plan to their satisfaction no mater they live locally or in other states. She made transfer of 4 lines to ATT easy and effortless. She was very kind and patient to answer all my questions and concerns before I made my decision to switch the phone service and helped me step by step all the way to the end. She made sure I have had everything transferred to my new phone and functioning well. She also took time to explain to me my first bill when I had questions. She communicated well so I could get the service in a time fashion. I have a much better plan from ATT: all 4 lines unlimited data and 2 lines with 50GB high speed hot spot for about the same price I paid in the past at the other phone service where 4 lines shared 10GB data and none of the lines had hot spot. Everyone on my plan is happy. Thank you very much --- Connie. I have had best transfer experience because of you.Also I would to say that I like this store as everyone at store was professional and courteous.

Spectrum never has phones in stock...... everyone is always nice. They totally helped me with new phone and plan........do not delay, go there today. AT&T forever!!!!!!

I was able to facilitate getting internet into my apartment but due to the customer service agent who was more worried about getting paid (as there was an issue on AT&Ts end with signing up and he wanted his commission), the price was over what was quoted and I missed out on my prepaid visa of $200 because of his oversight.I understand that we all want to get paid to do our job but mentioning it six times in front of the customer is not a good look.

Everyone at this store was professional and courteous. But especiallyConnie Corona, she went above and beyond to help my parents with a very difficult situation that we were not able to correct on our own. Her patience and dedication to the customer were top notch. The follow through was amazing. I am deeply impressed. Not many people will go the extra mile like she did. This is true customer service. AT& T has mastered the art of torturing customers who come in with issues other than buying the newest I-phone. AT&T is a prime example of why monopolies are bad for the economy, they have ZERO customer service and make doing any business with them pure torture

I came in with three old phones and an older billing plan. I set an appointment and worked with Josh for a little under two hours. He helped me select new phones, upgraded me to an even better phone for one of the lines than I had anticipated being able to afford (better price b/c of trade in), and moved us to one of AT&Ts newest billing plans. It was a lot of details, but everything was well done and is working out (its been about a month since I was in). Customer service, product knowledge, and detailed follow up were all top notch. Thank you Josh!!!!

This store goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and issues are resolved.Last year we did the trade in special for the new iPhone. 4-5 months later the credits never posted to my account and the national 611 At&T support number gave me the run-around.I reached out to the store where I dropped off my trade in and the store manager went above and beyond to ensure my credits got posted. Well I was at the end of my rope, I was just going to stay with Verizon as I had a bad experience with trying to move to AT&T.However, when I walked into this location on 135th and was greeted by Jessica, I knew I would be in good hands. She listen to my situation, and reassured me that she would make sure my problems were addressed. She then introduced me to Connie who over the next 45mins gave me her undivided attention and fixed all the issues that I was having. Taf has been outstanding. He has helped me on 3 different occasions. I’ve came in multiple times for different reasons. Insurance claim, Internet purchase, adding phones to my plan and purchasing a new phone. A couple of times I received little help. Every time I’ve received help, Taf helped me and was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He’s the best representative I’ve had help me at any store. He’s also extremely friendly and polite. I love this location, it’s easy.

So this was a really messed up situation!Those people just wanted to sell me a new phone, but my phone i bought in Germany was brand new, one of the latest models.They gave me twice a new Sim card where the Data wasnt working on any phone (They changed the settings so it wont work).And because it wasnt working they told me its because of the phone and that I should get a new one.Weve been in 2 stores and waited for hours, then we waited ( ~ one month) till we paid the first bill of the SIM Card and still there is no data.We had to lie to the people working there!:My friend placed my SIM in his American phone he bought in AT&T, went inside the store and told the Staff, he bought the phone here and the SIM, but its not working. (Same thing that I did with my German phone)The Staff changed the (hidden) settings of the SIM card and now everything is working just perfectly on my german phone!Why are you doing that AT&T??

I couldn’t say anything but great things about this store. I had the best customer service from associates Jamaal Mitchell & Joseph G. Jamaal helped me with my new phone & adding a new line. He was very patient while helping me with my new phone. He made sure that I was happy with my purchase. Joseph on the other hand, also helped me with adding a new line & billing issue I was having. He was very patient too & made sure my issue got resolved. So these associates went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Jamaal & Joseph for your help. I normally don’t write reviews but I had to do this because the experience I received was exceptional.

Very poor costumer service, disappointing from a huge carrier like AT&T! There is no logical reason to keep your costumers waiting in store to do whatever service you may offer for more than 60 minutes, thinking twice now, i might pay double for Verizon but at least i get the service i deserve.

I was having trouble activating my new phone so Taf told me no problem, come in and we will get you taken care of. He ended up in process with another customer, but still provided a warm greeting when I arrived. Doc was more than happy to help me out. He went above and beyond...helped me transfer everything from my old phone to my new one, helped me activate my new phone, helped me re sync my watch to my new phone, and walked me through some cool new settings I didnt know about (which I kept btw)...literally the guy was incredible. Thank you so much again Doc!!So many amazing staff at this store. Literally every time I go in, I have a good time. Always keeping the atmosphere business, but fun.

This store in general gave me and my wife a different outlook on the contract phone side of communications. They went well above and beyond to help us out and keep us happy. They earned 2 new customers and I couldnt be more happier or appreciative for the level and amount of customer service we got here at the particular store! Definitely look forward to doing business with the staff here at the exact store in the future with all of our communication needs.

I want to know why they never have any accessories for the Google Pixel phones. thanks They sell them and can never provide a choice of cases...my choice was clear plastic or black rubber...Really. My phone cost over $800. and I was given a coupon to 50%off accessories. So I went there only to find they dont have much.But walls full of Apple iPhone accessories lined up everywhere. LG and Samsung too. What do you have against Pixel phones?Disappointed?

Worst store to go to. I went in to trade in 5 lines July 8th. Told me it would be cheaper to ship the phones cool. Well after giving my apartment number several times it still didn’t go in. Then the phone order got cancelled. I did not get my phones until July 16th. One still hasn’t arrived. I’ve called their business unit 3 times since Friday the 17th and still haven’t heard back. Then i didn’t receive my account information and to top it off my name is wrong in the system after giving my got dang ID to them. Y’all about worst customer service ever. Mind you i have tv and internet with AT&T.

I was recently hired to decorate back office for this location.. As soon as I walked in, I was greated with them not even knowing I was there to do a job. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The location is very nice and clean. My husband and I have an at&t account with them, so we had asked questions about all the new promotions they have going on and they all knew their stuff. TK is the manager and I witnessed a customer bring him a gift(which was a $2 dollar bill) just to show how much she appreciated him.. Super nice store.. I live in Lees summit and will drive all the way there to get any help I need with at&t.

Rude and unfriendly customer service...... no wonder the store was completely empty. The word has gotten out. I received help with my problem but it cost me more money than quoted and took 2 hours out of my day to fix a minor problem. AT&T employees all had a different solution for adding a new phone line. Is this not an everyday task at the PHONE company??? I call corporate to complain but I was on hold for so long that I hung up. Well AT&T here’s your review. Please help loyal customers continue to use your services. We only ask that you value and appreciate us and we’ll do the same to you.

If you need a knowledgeable technician to find a what services you need or don’t need, go see Bryan. Not only does he know everything you need to know about all the phones but he knows all the details and intricacies of all the different plans. Working with him and bundling my cell phone cable and Internet I was able to save almost $100 a month and I actually gained services I didn’t have before Many other people know about the awesomeness of Bryan so you may have to wait a while but it was well worth the wait.

The AT&T Representative was a idiot. He was trying to convince me that AT&T corporate was ripping me off and the only way to fix the problem was to return the AT&T Apple Ipad. He was wrong. I was told by AT&T customer loyalty to go to any store and explain the issue and they would give me a new Sim card for free. So the AT&T representative at the store who said AT&T corporate was trying to add another line so some online sales person got commission was wrong. I called AT&T and talked to customer loyalty and they asked me to get the manager and I did and the problem was fixed. Thank you to that Manager that is a floater. I believe his name was Ed and customer loyalty. The problem was resolved in about 1 hour. I guess if you are not buying something from the one sales person than you are screwed. I will give anyone with issues this advice. Call AT&T and say disconnect service and that will route you to their customer retention department. This department is to keep your business with AT&T. They will fix your problem if its fixable and not unreasonable.

This is the best AT&T store I’ve been to. It’s way out of my way, but the service has always been so good I’m happy to make the drive. I’ve had tons of trouble with other stores, huge wait times, not being greeted or signed in for almost an hour, etc... but it’s always been smoothing sailing with this store!

I think this store stole my trade in iphone. Amber/Jamaal say the trade in value is $0 because it was determined to have “internal damage“, so I would not get the $530 credit promised. When asked to return the phone so I could get credit at Apple store, they refused. When I contacted ATT Corporate, I was told there is NO RECORD of a trade in submitted to my account. Corporate also said we are not the first to report an issue with this store and agreed to investigate. Will likely file police report. Beware!

Im not a fan of sitting down at a table and having a conversation with a sales rep when I simply want to pick up a SIM card, pay for it and walk out. I waited 1hr for that transaction. At some level, you are a retail store, have a person at the checkout counter qualified to simply check out customers for simple transactions.

I am the kind of person who wont even send back the wrong order, let alone post a negative review. But I have to hand it to the manager for somehow successfully following every step of the playbook of horrible customer service. Step 1: Attend to personal business while customer waits (talking to friend in parking lot.) Step 2: Blame customer part 1: phones that you reserve online and pay for are still somehow first come first serve Step 3: Rather than fix problem explain arcane internal process that led to said error (blah blah internal AT&T systems) Step 4: Blame customer part 2 with unrelated and irrelevant detail (you have an out of state area code...) Step 5: Provide customer with most unsatisfactory solution Guess youll have to drive to Merriam. Step 6: Profess indifference to customers business Go ahead and cancel your account, do what you have to do, man. Step 7: Call me man like were old pals. This could have been a 2 minute exchange Sir, the phone you ordered was mistakenly prepared at another store, but we can either have it here by Monday or you can pick it up there, or we can re-process the order so that you can have it delivered. Your choice. Sorry for our mistake.

This is by far the best service Ive ever gotten from any service/phone/technology store Ive ever been too. Ive been to this location several times and the service has always been great. The staff is so knowledgable and helpful and they actually really listen to what you need and want from their services. Theyre not just trying to sell you the most expensive plan, they work with you to find the best solution for your situation. I drive past another store to go to this one because the staff have all been worth it. Amber and Taff have been my go-to people and they are so knowledgable and friendly and helpful. Everyone else Ive been helped by has been great too, but those two I know are incredibly knowledgable and helpful for your individual situation. Ive come in with some unusual ones and theyve always been able to help me.

Went in this store with a billing problem that I was unsuccessful at getting resolved via the normal channels.As luck would have it I was waited on by “TK” who is the store manager. It took an hour & several phone calls by TK to get the issue fixed but it finally was rectified. TK was very professional, patient & knowledgeable! RUN, DONt WALK - From TK (manager) to Amber (assistant) to salesman (Jamaal), our iPhone was submitted for trade and AT&T trade-in. We were promised $400 plus $130 in statement credits. Months later, they told us the phone had internal damage and were issuing $0. That is called, THEFT. Submitting OVP police report and handling now with AT&T Corporate.
