I was having issues hearing on my i-phone and called to make an appointment and they said that was a walk in service and I drove there and was in and out in less than 15 minutes and they didnt have a charge. They cleaned out that area on my phone along with the charging port and it works great now. Yes I understand that is a way to get you back for more expensive jobs, but that is a wonderful service and greatly appreciated. Will for sure go back if have issues and would recommend for sure.

I took my phone to T Mobil with my problem. Spent a long time waiting to be seen. Said they could not fix it because I did not insure it. Suggested I buy a new phone even though I still owed on this one. Went to CPR, dropped the phone off and they had it running smooth by the end of the day. Those ladies know their mobile phones! They did not even charge me because it was so simple to fix. Highly recommend CPR!

This isnt just the best cell phone repair shop in the KC area, its one of the best retail stores of any kind. The staff is courteous, incredibly good at what they do and extremely reasonable in their pricing. More often than not they have performed basic services at no charge - for example, cleaning my iPhone charging port so it would charge again. They are nothing but awesome. I wish I had about 100 stars to give them, not just 5, but I guess that will have to do. I totally recommend them to anyone.

The lady that fixed my charger port was nice both times I went in for the same problem. Since I was in a second time because my job is demanding on my phone she recommended doing wireless charging. My phone doesnt have that capability, but I was able to find a wireless charging adapter, so thanks for the great tip. I will definitely take my phone there again if I need another fix.

This place ruined my phone. Had a cracked screen and they broke the cellular antenna while fixing the screen. They promised to take care of me but bought a phone from the wrong carrier with the keyboard burnt into the screen. I then refused the replacement and was told that the burnt screen didnt matter because it was a free phone. Like Im not still paying on the device they broke. Horrible place. Avoid at all costs.

I went in to have screen replaced as the outer edges were cracked well crazy enough, a plastic screen “saver” that came with phone had actually melted on and that’s what was cracked and not the screen. She was so helpful and took screen off with no harm to my phone and for $0. Great service. I’ll be back here if I need a screen replaced. I did buy the new screen protection and very happy with what I bought. Highly recommend!!

I will do business with this location before others just based on how I was treated.Recently took an iPad in for an LCD repair, it was taken care of promptly and carefully. I took my brother’s Switch in for repair. I had done some research and determined that his game card reader needed to be replaced. I took it to them and, even though they had quoted the price for me and had already ordered the part they took the time to determine what was actually wrong and corrected the problem. This fix only ended up costing me about 2/3’s the original quote price. I will continue to go to them because of their honesty and professionalism.

EXCELLENT DIAGNOSIS & SERVICE!We visited this store yesterday because my moms phone had suddenly stopped charging (Xiaomi Redmi Note3). We were served by the store manager, Alisha.As soon as she looked at the phone, she recognized the problem that one of the pins of the charging socket was bent. She repaired it within a couple of minutes! We were very impressed with her prompt and accurate diagnosis. And, to our surprise, she charged us nothing for it.Today we went there again because the charging was slow and wasnt holding for too long. Again, she accurately diagnosed within minutes that the cable was faulty.She offered one from her store but was fine with us declining it and buying it elsewhere. We asked if the battery needed to be replaced as well, but she recommended that we first wait to see if the new cable addresses the problem.We take this as a sign of a business with high integrity, when most other businesses are jumping on the opportunity to sell unnecessary items to their customers.This will be our go-to resource for all phone issues henceforth, and we will recommend this store to all our family and friends as well. Job well done!!!

As I was waiting for my phone to be repaired, I had the opportunity to see the staff work with three other customers who, like me, are not that tech savvy. The staff members were patient and explained things well. They even did some free consulting on things theynwould not have had to do. If I ever have phone issues again, Ill be back. The employees were amazing! I dropped off an iPad my son (he is autistic and depend son his iPad to speak to us) broke the screen on and even though there were only 2 workers and had a lot of walk ins come after me, they still got my screen fixed for me to pick up. I was even a little late past their close time and they still made sure I got the iPad! Amazing customer service and excellent work. I paid $100 less than if I were to go to the Apple store that would’ve had a 2-4 days turn around time. THANK YOU!

I took my kids phone to them for repair after I attempted the repair myself and things were not quite 100% functional. I gave them all the original/extra parts I had for the phone to complete the repairs. They performed a quick diagnose in front of me to see what all wasnt working. They repaired the phone in a timely manner. They were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would use their services again in the future.

On this past Friday my wife thought the screen on her phone had died. I called CPR to see if they could take a look at it for her. Stopped by the store and in no time the problem was fixed. First trip out there, they came to my car and got myand when I return to pick it up they watched for me and brought it out, along with a machine to pay for it. The quote they gave me over the phone was $40 higher then the quote they gave me online. When I mentioned that the staff member talk to the manager and they honored the lower price. It was not close to home, but I will go back if I need their services again and definitely have and will continue to recommend them to others.

Helped a friend call here because the shop has had their phone for 2 weeks and they had no way to call. Spent 10 minutes on hold while they tried to find some updated information regarding the phone. No apology for the unprofessional long hold, no apology for the miscommunication about the phone, no follow through with making sure devices are returned to their owners. Im 100% convinced that all these great customer service reviews are fake. Theres absolutely no way because the 3 times Ive called in the last 2 weeks the customer service is horrible and the girl answering the phone makes it seem like youre a bother when youre calling about your phone. Hard pass on this location. Find somewhere else!!

I called asking about warranty service for a Zagg screen protector that needed to be replaced. Shannon offered to hold one for me and verified that I could do curbside service for the entire transaction. I showed up the next day and Shannon had everything ready and quickly and professionally handled my warranty work. This turned out to be so much easier and less expensive than going through the Zagg website for a replacement. They have earned my business!

When Apple refused to change the battery in my iPhone (it had some damage), I popped over to CPR, and had it changed in no time at all. I wasted 2 hours with Apple. I wont do that again.

Fantastic. Thought I needed a new charge port after I cleaned it all out myself, but they somehow found more lint in there. They cleaned it out and now my phone charges great, and charged me NOTHING. Im sorry, but I dont remember the young ladys name who was at the counter and who answered the phone. She was very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Called about 35 minutes before closing time, looking for screen protection for my new S10 Android. Was able to make it before closing. She offered that it was no problem if she needed to stay. She knew which products she had available, got it made up, installed, and I was on my way before closing time. Problem solved and reasonably priced! Hard to beat that deal! 😊👍

There was an issue with my tablet and I was informed of the issue promptly. My tablet is working perfectly and I just referred my niece here to get her phone fixed.

I was going to replace my phone because of bad battery until I heard of this place. Although I had to wait for the battery to get here from China, once here they had it repaired in 2 hrs. They do most any repairs on phones, tablets, etc. Better than spending hundreds of new when the old is working fine.

Very rude. Canceled my appointment without reason. When I arrived after making a new one; lady at the desk yelled at me. I lost all my data during the repair process. They damaged the front screen on my brand new Iphone, did not apologize and refused to give me a new one unless I paid the full price for it. Dont EVER go to this place

This place is So Awesome! We came in here today to have new screen protectors put on 2 phones. The employees were very courteous & knowledgeable! They did a great job!! I had taken my phone to a Verizon store awhile back because the port wasnt working so I could charge my phone. I was having to charge it on my wireless charger. 2 of Verizons employees said something was broken inside & couldnt be fixed. On my way out the door, I mentioned the port problem to the lady at the CPR Phone Repair shop. She said to let her check it out & she fixed it in 30 seconds. I was so grateful that she went above & beyond for me. I Love this place!!

This place is awesome! Great customer service and fast turnaround on the glass repair. They tested the basic functionality of the phone before doing any repairs so the customer is aware of the working condition of the phone. This is for repair warranty purposes. Their website was helpful and gave me a very accurate estimate to what I would end up paying to repair the screen on my iPad. It was fast service (the entire screen was replaced within 24 hours and if I’d requested it I think they could have had it done in an hour) and I was very happy with the end result. When I went into the store front they also had very thorough social distancing practices in place that made me feel very comfortable despite the covid-19 pandemic.
